This is sad. What the Oba said then was very wrong but as a professional you'll need to always be professional at your job. In my former. Most policemen would have protested their poor salaries and allowance but their profession forbids that. You can see very young customers shouting at bank managers but the manager just has to remain professional because of the job. Outside the job it can never happened or will he condone such.

Very apt! State and community policing should be part of the restructure with every policeman and policewoman posted to their immediate community where the hail from. The people in the community know them just as they know the community which enables effective policing.

Tax is the reality of life. We have just avoided it for so long because we have had easy oil money for so long.
Now that the easy oil money is fading, government is now serious about taxes.

Do a letter to the branch manager and put cbn in copy ensure it is endorsed, signed as received with date and stamp because when issues arise in future those bank would deny e,g "I can't remember receiving such complaints". 6months or 1 year is fine depending on what you can get but make sure the sum for 1 year tallies with your annual salary stated in your job reference letter.

How to solve this please

1. Go to standard chartered bank or Stanbicibtc or call their customer service online to confirm if their monthly dollar limit for naira debit card is still $500. If it is you can open account there, get the card and use.

2. Get a dollar card from any of your present bank. it could be a prepaid dollar card which you will fund by buying dollars from aboki.

N.B your payment should be 230 Canadian dollar = $175 USD. Just edit your details, choose postal courier $7 (and not express or DHL) and use your Nigeria address as you don't really need the hard copy from express courier. WES will send soft copy to IRCC and you'll have the downloadable soft copy in your profile which you can save on your PC and print if you wish. You are also not supposed to pay tax HST except you just want to dash Canada money, mind you there are still lots of money to spend in this journey hence no need of wastage.

I'm a customer there and I understand that the restriction s on using naira card to do dollar shopping online is from CBN and affects all banks. If you source your dollars from aboki and fund your dollar card, you can spend whatever you can.

Yes o. Monthly. I was surprised the first time I got the interest alert. No bank (GTB, FBN and access) has ever paid me interest for keeping my money with them. Now, once my salary enters my FBN account, I just wire it to my zenith bank account

GTB condition is that you shoud not do up to 4 withdrawals per month in savings account in order to earn interest. That's why it's called savings account. I hope to try zenith bank soon.

Every marriage has its ups and down, it takes hard work irrespective of how long courtship is. You need tolerance, communication (sometimes difficult though). She's pregnant now so she might not be too ready for s.ex sometimes due to pregnancy stress, workload and mood swings (expect a lot of that) Just imagine you having a human being growing inside of you! Man, it's not easy. So please try as much as possible to assist her in any way especially when you are at home, help with home chores and do it without expecting any reward . You will also need a lot of self control

Very true, they had arranged them, slapped the women while eating with the family which she angrily reacted to. The officers only made a video of the woman's reaction and never refuted any of the accusations.

No not at all. Big original Access bank that I know in V/I, Surulere and Ijesha are being shutdown. The effect of covid-19 will last for at least 6 months and the guy doesn't want to pay salaries during that period as well as branch running cost while maintaining profit of the company for shareholders. Guess how many shares he controls as a CEO that's where he personally makes his money and not the salary/allowance. It's quite sad!

Ebola kills fast within 4-5 days and it's not airborne. But this covid-19 is deadlier as infected people would still be healthy for many days while infecting other unknowingly. The virus is also airborne making it much more contagious.

Also some carriers of covid-19 will not fall sick all through but are still contagious and infecting others. God help us all
