OPC have more weapons than the whole militants combined, do you think all the weapons brought in to fight Sani Abacha has been thrown away? If you think so you're a learner. Why count Edo as part of your PDP? APC do not need those States you mentioned as the major trophy is Lagos which is a mini Nigeria, then Kano & Ogun whom their economy if combined is larger than all the states you mentioned.
