Fulmigati: Make sure to spread this video, so that when arms are picked up there can be no doubt it wasn't self defense. Don't let such a glorious opportunity like this go to waste, my people. This is God sent. You know the worst that will happen? Buildings will be razed, families displaced, the old, women, children and the vulnerable killed, young ladies raped, economic life grounded, life becomes unbearable, a few foreign nation come in in support and against, then we get tired and seek to end the conflict. Life continues thereafter, Biafra or no Biafra. But if Biafra, several years later, we shall wake up to the fact that there is no paradise on this side of life...here will have no lasting city. |

We need to secure a better future for our unborn generation and not condemn them to share a national identity with primitives like you. I am sure Abagworo would want a Biafra (country) built on love, peace, respect for constituted authorities and civility and not to share "a national identity with primitives" who desire to be treated well but treat others with disdain. |

Drogbs: I never implied in my post that I supported attacks on anyone buddy, but you can't overrule the fact that getting involved in acts that brazenly mock or deride your host in very volatile situation is asking for trouble, in this case the Hausas saw people getting shot at for simply wearing the Biafran insignia and hailed the army for it! If that's not insensitivity then I can't find a better name for that, even the Hausas would do much worse had the reverse been the case in places like Kano or Bauchi...lets be honest here. No problems. Let's see how all this ends. |

Drogbs: Actually the detail the op left out was that the Hausas invited soldiers to their quarters and hailed them as they pelted bullets into the air, basically the Hausas were too irrational to get involved in an already tense situation that pretty much didn't put them in a good and safe gauge from the onset since the army is Northern dominated from a true ethnic demography , obviously you can't be that insolent on a mans turf and not expect a bloody nose... So you are cool with the violent attack on the Hausas because they invited soldiers to their quarters? I thought you said IPOB is non-violent? |

attackgat: Whenever Biafra is agreed on and we know the ethnic make up of Biafra is decided through referendum, a sovereign national conference must be convened in which all the ethnic groups discuss and decide what form government Biafra should be, restructuring, resource control, revenue sharing formular, devolution of power as well as a constitution reflective of the people. All these things are not possible in Nigeria as the North will never allow any of them.
Igbos generally dont like Buhari, the man has been on killing spree of Igbos since 1966 to this day. He will still kill many Igbos before his tenure ends. We wont hace anything to do with such an evil man.
Yorubas should face their Oduduwa Republic. "Whenever Biafra is agreed on and we know the ethnic make up of Biafra..." Honesty, this is where NK or any Biafra aggitator should start. You are asking for a Biafra that the citizens are not known, the boundries not specified. If 'Pharaoh' let's you go now, where are you going to? |

attackgat: There are internal bickering in ever family, religious or not. Even in the Islamic fate, Shia and Sunni Muslims dont see eye to eye.
As for Buhari, Igbos not liking Buhari is a long time thing and date way back in 1966 when Buhari and other young Northern officers paricipated in a counter coup that slaughtered Igbos. His participation in the civil war, the executions during his tenure as miliitary head of state and his heavehanded method of dealing with IPOB. Buhari has been involved in killing Igbos since 1966 and it will never stop.
Yes Ijaws ad other tribes are to vote in a referendum because nobody should be forced into Biafra. Those who are happy to continue with Nigeria should vote accordingly while those who want to leave should vote that way - "There are internal bickering in ever family, religious or not." It therefore means it will still be there in Biafra. If we can't solve that problem now, we won't be able to solve it in Biafra. But if we can, then let's start now. - "As for Buhari, Igbos not liking Buhari is a long time thing and date way back in 1966..." Thanks for the honesty and the information. It means both of you are still carrying on with old time hatred. It takes two to tango. You are thesame and if one is having a upper hand now, I honestly don't think any should cry foul. - Since the Yorubas are Southwest, don't you think they should also be involved in the referendum to determine if they will be in Biafra or Nigeria? |
Politics › Re: The Nigerian Army Attack On Biafra: Its Mixed Feelings For Us. by RoyalUc(m): 6:01pm On Sep 12, 2017 |
obyrich: Buhari is radicalising IPOB. Jonathan ignored them and there was peace. IPOB is not armed. Their case is still in the courts. They have always been on the receiving end of military attacks. IPOB is not about Buhari because it preceded his government.
Jonathan was called a weakling because he was cautionary. Osibanjo has also been labelled a weakling for being intelligent and cautionary. Buhari has given IPOB too much attention for my liking.
Buhari should know that Nigeria is not his property. It belongs to all. All must have their say. We are not in a military regime. A good leader must learn to tolerate. One question for you. If NK were to be in the US or UK, and threatened them like he is doing to Nigeria and Nigerians, would those governments ignore him so 'there will be peace?' |

attackgat: Biafra is tolerant of all religions, what Biafra is not tolerant about is Islamic fundamentalists. If Asari Dokubo or Ijaws dont believe in Biafra and are using it as a smokescreen for some other agenda, when referendum comes, they should vote to continue with Nigeria.
Biafra is only for those who are tired of Nigeria. - Biafra is tolerant of all religions: I don't think that's true. The hatred for Buhari didn't start when he became President but before then. The hatred for him is not because he actually did anything wrong but because he is a muslim and Hausa. If we tolerate all religions in the real sense of the word 'tolerate,' then there wouldn't be internal bickering even among 'christian' denominations. - Are the Ijaws (and other tribes in the south) to vote in the referendum? Why? - Biafra is only for those who are tired of Nigeria: So Biafra is a rest room...sorry, country? As in paradise where weary pilgrims find rest? Oboy, it's time for all of us to think straight! |

inkon: Permit me to be that uninvited guest Sir.
I'm a Biafra who lives in Nigerian territory due to yet unactualised state of the place I would heartily call a home.
Are you saying that because Nigeria has the military might today, they should simply kill off these Biafrans, Perhaps because you consider them recalcitrant? You are welcome! If you'd followed the discussion to this point and have read catefully, you would've noticed I never said and don't support the killing of innocent, unarmed, law abiding citizens. And if you are a Biafran who lives in Nigerian territory, please live by the laws of your host country. No American will come to Nigeria and violate the laws of Nigeria without any consequence. |

I guess it's that 'smartness' NK never had when he was busy insulting everybody and other regions. Believe me, Asari never fought and is not fighting for the emancipation of the ND. He only fought for his pocket. It's only in Nigeria that people like him can still come out open against the govt with impunity. Asari doesn't believe in Biafra. He is doing what he is doing out of his hatred for Buhari. He is a 'muslim' who actually converted to islam to gain relevance. Will Biafra tolerate islam? Well, he can still 'reconvert' if Biafra comes. |

Terkimbi01: Please explain to me why Nigerians are rejoicing over the killings of unarmed fellow Nigerians by Nigerian soldiers.
It is on carnivorous animals that take delight in killing their kind. Points of discussion. 1. "fellow Nigerians?" Are you sure you are a fellow Nigerian? If you are then; i. You are an animal, going by his assertion. ii. You cannot or should not describe Nigeria as a zoo and other citizens as animals. iii. Work towards the destruction of Nigeria. The average American may speak ill against Trump but will always say; "God bless America." iv. Respect the laws of the Nation. And if you are not a Nigerian (a 'Biafran'), then you are an illegal migrant. You are not suppossed to be here. Then for a non Nigerian to come and threaten the Nigerian state is calling for war. You can see that playing out between US and North Korea. 2. "Nigerians are rejoicing over the killings of unarmed fellow Nigerians." No right thinking Nigerian will rejoicing over the killings of unarmed fellow Nigerians. We condemn extrajudicial killings. But to be honest with you, I am a lover of peace but I support the "show of force" now. Why? No nation can be brought to her knees without suppressing violent extremists. Not even Israel or US. Nobody should be allowed to break all known laws with impunity without any consequence. Believe me, not even Biafra if it is achieved will allow that because that will spell disaster. Finally, if you keep sentiments aside, you will see that this is for the good of the region if and only if IPOB don't do anything silly to warrant complete breakdown of law and other. I am one of those who will forever blame GEJ for allowing Boko haram to grow to the point of taking over a region larger than some countries in Europe. Don't you know it's even an offence to hoist the Biafran flag in the public in Nigeria? Let me stop here and wait for your reply. |
