I completely support that too. As a matter of fact I think it's long overdue since we Nigerians must abuse and overuse everything.

This is the problem. Do you know what insults even the president of America received daily? Did you know what lead to the uprising in eygpt and other North African countries?

No other citizens any where in the world will tolerate such crap the Nigerian government dishes out to its people.

If oil was found in the north, do you think there will be quota system for those from the south?

Even in NDDC that is meant to be strictly a nigerdeltan affair we have northerners holding key positions.

That's what is leading to these agitations.
Is the northernern not a Nigerian? He/she shouldn't enjoy any benfit from the oil industry because oil is not found in their region?
What I am preaching is equity, fairness, tolerance and peaceful coexistence. That's all.

Did you read what you wrote?

Why should there be quota system for job applicants? That's the question. Do you see anything like quota system in US, UK even in eygpt for job applicants? In foreign countries, if you refuse to go to school you will remain unemployed. It is only in Nigeria that some people who have refused to get educated will be given prefential treatment.

Get educated and you won't need to be bothered about anyone being educationally disadvantaged.
Why are we so quick to compare Nigeria to/with other countries when it come to rights/benefits but shy away or attack the govt when it comes to citizens obligations?
How many Egyptians will curse their leaders and nation like we do without being publicly executed?

NLNG is a 'National organization.'
You didn't answer my question. We all wrote the test, only people from you region are employed because you are the smartest and given the peculiarity and dynamics of the Nigerian state, what will people from other regions say/do if only people from your region are employed?
Don't you think it might be thesame thing you are complaining about?
Be it quota system, federal character, lower grades for certain people, it is the National assembly with the best of intentions that made such provions to accomodate every Nigerian.
Unfortunately, nepotism isn't letting things work properly.

I don't know where you schooled or what federal institution(s) you are familiar with, but I'd attended two Federal educational institutions - one in the east, the other in the south. One thing is obvious. Almost every staff and student is from those regions.

Whatever we think we have, we must learn how to accomodate others. We have the oil, the others have other things too.

Why should there be quota system for job applicants in the first place?
I don't understand exactly how the quota system works but if there is no system to ensure people from 'all region' are employed and let's say, the people from the West or East (because they are the educationally advantaged regions) scored the highest and are employed, what do you think people from other regions would say?

Jealousy is indeed very bad but not as bad as violence.

Nigeria remaining one or Biafra coming into existence is not my worry but for us to do the things that make for peace.

If you care about living in Biafra peacefully and in prosperity, that should be your concern too.

Of course it will not sink in, I actually do not expect it to.
Why do you think NK talked only about the headline and sholve the real matter aside if not to manipulate and brainwash people who would allow only what he (Kanu) says sink?

Do you get referendum by organizing a few seats under a tree to indoctrinate your followers? What is the concrete move he has made to get the referendum?

I should tell my 'god' to set a date for referendum? I have only one God in heaven who sets people in their families, tribes and nations and He does not set dates for referendum. But if you meant the president, is it his place to fix a date for referendum? Do you know that will be an impeachable offence?

Talking about fake news, who will sanction Sun news paper for reporting fake stories? since both government and the media has not shame anymore. Government pay them to lie and they lie shamelessly also to sell their papers

All their lies will always be countered....that i can assure them
Did you read up the story? Which is fake story? That a Biafran leader has gone into hiding?
Who is the Biafran leader? NK even mentioned that they wrote about Ben Owuka but asked if he is the Biafran leader. The question is; is Ben the leader of the BZM not a Biafran leader? Is Owazuike the leader of BIM not a Biafran leader? Is Madu the leader if MASSOB not a Biafran leader? If he thinks he is the leader (and not those another ones that were even there before him), who made him the leader of BIAFRA (not just IPOB)?

You people say IPOB is a peaceful movement and is not calling for war. What does it mean to "take the battle to our enemy?" How do you intend to burn down the zoo if not by violence and war?

My people would say; what is busy licking/caressing the little chick's head is actually planning on kiling it.

The crisis is rather looming much over a goddamned country called Nigeria.
Of course the crisis is looming much over Nigeria (since there is no country known as Biafra for now). Unfortunately, that's the fact and that is what many well-meaning, patriotic Nigerians are crying about. But which part of Nigeria will bear the direct consequence the most?

Every Nigerian feels the wicked and devilish acts of boko haram, but who bears the pang more than those who once lived in their home - now living in IDP camps, surviving at the mercies of other citizens for several years now?

The eye is only peaceful because 'something' has not fallen into it.

What difference does that make? The content of the audio is no more thesame? Or he has publicly retracted the statement and apologised for such careless, malicious and scandalous statement?

This must be Nnamdi Kanu's radio broadcast over 3 or 4 years ago.

Everyone knows he was very radical then and said much more revealing things about many igbo leaders. He did so to get attention and for people yo take him serious.

I doubt if he will say all these now because he is threading more softly and learning to use diplomacy.

The op that posted this is clearly mischievous by not stating the time and context i.e when and where the speech was made. His aim is to cause division among Ibos.

Both Nnamdi Kanu and Roochas are great Ibo sons, and they are getting on well at least politically. Just last week Both of them sat together in a meeting to discuss the welfare of Igbos and Nogeria.

So before you take up arms....ask the poster when and where this rant was made. If its on radio....then ignore it and assume it was part of NK's propaganda to get attention back then.
If what you said is true, has he come up to retract this statement (since you impliedly acknowledge is was wrong) and apologise to Rochas?

This mentally derailed Kanu is talking trash. He is always an impostor and an innate propagandist.
*Kanu claims he is good at getting information, even the one that exist before he was born, whether true or not; then he should tell us the name of the so called Hausa man that is Okorocha father and his overall identity for verification.
* Kanu asked where Okorocha got the money that he use to establish school. Then Kanu should tell us all those that establish schools, where they get their money from.
* Kanu ply his trade by launching hate speeches against his perceived opponent. I think Okorocha should sue him for defamation of character. Kanu believe Okorocha is going to be president someday hence the hatred. He said Okorocha is not an igbo man yet Okorocha had perform better than some of his predecessors as governor.
"Kanu believe Okorocha is going to be president someday hence the hatred."

That's my major worry about my Igbo brothers.
They complain they are not given adequate position/representation at the federal level and Rochas is tactfully, gradually and steadily posioning himself for presidency someday but his people are bent on destroying him just for being APC.

If Nigeria must remain a country after now, then someone(accountable) of "Igbo" extraction should become president for the sake of equity and fairness. You never can tell that might be the long awaited turnaround the enclave "Nigeria" needs, having(Igbos) proved their economic and intellectual capabilities in diverse ramifications
Are you suggesting the "Igbo" man should be appointed president?

In the last election, we had at least two Igbo candidates, did you hear their names? They didn't even get upto 5,000 votes from their home states.

Politics is a game of interest and alliance which unfortunately, the Igbos are not good at.
Believe me, even if their best candidate comes from APC or runs with a muslim, they won't vote him.

Not trying to relegate or project any region before the other. Just my thinking strictly in response to you thinking.
