Horus:
The only person with mental desorder here is YOU, I am not African, I am not Nigerian, and I was not even born in Africa so how can you think that I am part of your colony when you dont even know who I am and where I am from?. You obliviously have an extremely narrow mind and can only use sarcasms but no facts. You are not even aware that you are mentally used as a tool by white imperialists. You are mentally colonised by whites. As you can see nobody here can or want to debate with you. What are you doing to help black south africans who are suffering under white economic apartheid and who are forced to remain in poor living condition?, NOTHING !!.What are you doing to remove poverty in south africa?, NOTHING !! And you want to be an imperialist for the F*** white man?
Give me a country in Africa where there is no poverty?and also mention a country in Africa where their poor people are better off than South Africa's poor.

South Africans clubs really never repected Caf competitions and wonder why Caf is still inviting them,I mean when they do play in it they normaly send their reserve teams or developmental teams. And until we commit to this competitions no one will take Absa Premier Soccer League seriously. So clubs like Kaizer Chiefs are a disgrace to south african soccer.God I hate this mentality.

When I said it became little Lagos I meant majority where Nigerians, not the drugs part or prostitutions

honeric01:
Those leaving are the ones i just explained to you in my previous post, i will never leave Nigeria to live elsewhere, and i know there' are alot of Nigerians with this same mentality that i have. those making it here don't have 2 hands, so i will live in my country no matter what happens.
Good for you and also for your country, because people like you are like black South Africans,we stick together,in our country and build it.When you do find us somewhere around the world it will be because we have businesses there or we're there to study or get knowledge.South Africans don't like exploring other countries before they're done with theirs. We are a proud Nation, just like everynation,so we need respect esspecially in our backyard.I know we do respect other nations when we are in their countries even when they're here.

Foreign AffairsRe: The Love/hate Relationship Between South Africa & Nigeria! by RSA(m): 4:32pm On Nov 30, 2009
honeric01:
So? just deal with it bro, Nigerians are Nigerians everywhere, you just can't change a Nigerian from being who he or she is.

Let me tell you, those outside Nigeria are even the ones with less confidence, those still in Nigeria believe nothing is impossible for them, so you thinking Nigerians in SA are cocky, then you ain't seen anything yet.
It's a pity that those who are in Nigeria(I mean the one's you say believe that everything is impossible) they're eager to jump the border at any given time.
Nobody in South Africa has issues with Nigerians, except their reputations.I mean prior to 1994 average South African did not know where or who lives in Nigeria, and when they came they where welcomed with open hands,I remember the Fresca guy('nothing taste like Fresca') I think his name was Kazeem Kai Kazeem or something. And the was Akin Omotola who was a main actor in SA popular soap Generation and his father ,who is a proffessor at the univercity of cape town was a face of Vodacom(SA first and biggest mobile network)

But then came druglords, they took over Hillbrow turned it into a no go area for any decent human being,it became a little Lagos, where you'll find group of guys at any given day or night sitting on the street corners selling drugs,I will give Nigeria credit for being the first blacks to sell drugs to whites. They turned desperate foreign girls moslty from Zimbabwe and Mozambique and some South Africans who come from rural areas coming to Joburg for better jobs in to prostitutions.

Now with that reputation nobody will remember or want to learn what you did ages ago, people will judge you on your current actions.

But having said all that,I think South Africans are very forgiving, look at the current follow up Chris has in Southy.and there are lot of pastors in every corner of SA who have churches and are well supported.

Considering the nature of Nigeria's second goal which even die hard Eagles fans admit was fishy and an even fishy penalty that lead to Mozambique's win over Tunisia, those Kenyan fans had reason to be angry. Nollywwod fueled this by depicting endless scenes of manipulation of reality through those red clothed, one eye chalk painted spiritualists sitting under trees in 9ja movies.
which penalty? please stop lying now.there was no penalty.Dario Monteiro scored a rebound after he released a scotcher.

But I gather that he's just an IT guy who's job is just to make sure that this site runs smoothly.
Foreign AffairsRe: The Love/hate Relationship Between South Africa & Nigeria! by RSA(m): 11:05am On Nov 30, 2009
others are quick to point out that it was only with the arrival of Nigerians in SA did they know that a black man can look a white man in the face and tell him off. Could this therefore be a source of the conspiracy against Nigerians?

This is a root of all sh@#t,No Black South African in his mind will support this stupid statement, are you telling me the Palestine cannot look in Israelis face and tell them off?even though they've been defeated by the mighty Israelis?
Mpele I think most Nigerians when they come to SA they come with the percetion that the local blacks are just stupid, frighten chickens who are afraid of whites, and it's quite the opposite,South Africans are violent bunch, but they also use their heads, the reason we didn't kill the whites during aapartheid was not because we where afraid,it was because we liston to our leaders, when they asked us to solve this peacefully.

Nigerians are arrogant bunch, and they expect to do that in your backyard,so the treament some get, personaly I think they deserve it.I know lot of good human beings from Nigeria, but we also have people from Ghana,Ivory coast, cameroon, malawi,DRC,Mozambique, leostho, swaziland, botswana,Angola,Namibia who live dignified and peaceful lives in the Republic.

Nigeria has issues of its own and it's got nothing to do with SA,go anywhere in the world, few people say good things about Nigeria.I don't think as South African we should have sleepless nights about this relationship.

True that, only 45 people killed. It was poor on poor. there was no a single nigerian killed. Most people who were killed are from Mozambique and Zimbabwe. These are the people who live with poor South Africans. Most nigerians live in the Cities, and there were no a single reported incident in the city centres.
Just to correct you the majority of people who died where South Africans, majority of people misplaced after this fights where mozambiquen and Zimbabweans.
I think most people just remember that guy who was burning but it was a fight where South Africans where killed as well.We have been living with other African immigrants for as long as I know peaceful,I don't think South Africans hates their other African brothers,I will say that those attacks where a misundustanding whithin a community that was getting along for a very long time.

Why? It's not like they give a shit about you. Did you not hear about the recent genocidal attack on immigrants down there?
Genocide when was that?or you mean the killings of the mallams or whatever you call those terorists brothers of yours?.Look in a country like ours, tensions is bound to be high.We have here one of the few country in Africa where people are flooding into the country for better lifes, they meet other local people who are having difficulties of their own,and they all want to survive, they're all gunning for the same jobs. It's only human.

I don't remeber hearing stories of proffesionals having problems in SA,a black South African professional will never have issues with a fellow African. So Mr BlackSpade I'm sorry to bust your bubble but your wish will never be granted.Get a life, join Paddy lo and post picture of the beautiful Lagos,so something positive,it's good for you.

I dont have a job offer.I am actually coming in search of greener pasture.I want to do something legit.I am a mechanical engineer with my masters in view.

Please enlighten me
Please try couple of this websites for carreer in mechanical engineer in South Africa

http://www.vw.co.za

http://www.mercedes-benzsa.co.za/

My advise will be,apply first before coming.Let me explain something about South Africa when it come to employment.Because of our past(apaartheid) goverment has passed a legislation that encourages or force companies to first employ people in this order 1.Black South African womans,2.Black South African males(this include mix races,South African Asians),3.SA white woman and last SA white male and other people.Remember that is if you're all have the same educational backround and experience. So finding a good job in SA is dificult for any foreign person.
Even if the company is wholly owned by Nigerians they will still abide by those rules.

So good luck my brother

Animal rights group unhappy after Zulu king’s snub
2009-11-25 13:15

Animal Rights Africa (ARA) today said it was disappointed by Zulu King Goodwill Zwelithini’s decision to boycott a meeting called to discuss a bare-handed, bull-killing ritual.

“Sadly, it appears that the king remains unwilling to enter into any dialogue or mediation and is clearly not prepared to support the efforts of the commission,” the organisation’s Steve Smit said.

Yesterday’s meeting was convened by Pat Mkhize, commissioner for the promotion and protection of the rights of cultural, religious and linguistic communities, to try and resolve a dispute over the Ukweshwama ritual.

Mkhize called the meeting after ARA went to the Pietermaritzburg High Court yesterday in a bid to stop the ritual, scheduled to take place on December 5 at Zwelithini’s palace in Nongoma.

Ukweshwama is a symbolic way of thanking God for the first crops of the season.

ARA, which argues the ritual is cruel, had agreed to attend the meeting hoping the matter would be settled out of court, said Smit.

“We agreed to the meeting in the hope of reaching some kind of amicable agreement that would result in the suspension of the bull-killing event at this year’s Nongoma festival.”

Zwelithini’s spokesman Nhlanhla Mataka said they didn’t go to the meeting because they felt it was not necessary.

“We hold a view that if there was to be a meeting to discuss customs and culture, all cultural groups should be invited. Why single out Zulus?” he said on yesterday.

The respondents in the case are the king, Minister of Co-operative Governance and Traditional Affairs Sicelo Shiceka, Minister of Police Nathi Mthethwa, KwaZulu-Natal premier Zweli Mkhize and the province’s MEC for local government, housing and traditional affairs Nomusa Dube.

The ARA argues that during the Ukweshwama ritual, men pull out the bull’s tongue, stuff sand in its mouth and try to tie its penis in a knot.

The Zulu Royal Household has vowed to go ahead with the ceremony, even if the court rules against it.

ARA was acting in the interests of an animal who would die in a manner which contravened the Animal Protection Act, the National Environmental Management Act, and the Bill of Rights in the Constitution, he said.

Mkhize said the commission was expected to issue a statement later today.
