1,2 look like SAFA read my comment, they've moved the Japan game to the new Nelson Mandela in Port Elisabeth. How difficult was that? ![]() Regarding update on pics keep them coming bro! |
tosh_acer:If you ask the Brits, they will tell you there's a difference between them and the rest of Europe,it's not only white South Africans who sees that difference, blacks South Africans do as well.We all know that most African states are backward, barbaric, corrupt, undemocratic, undeveloped and plain uselss.South Africa and other countries on the other hand quite the opposite. Yes SA was developed by whites and yes they own the economy,so what? They're paying tax that; is educating our youth, that is also building our infrustructure, that is creating jobs and maintaining our hospitals.Thats all you need from your country, the rest you'll do it yourself. |
Wrong heading you should have saidSouth Africa named the worst emerging market for Uk Investors ![]() Lots of SA haters in this forum ![]() |

God! I lov my country |
mevisbleek: ![]() my friend that was a true story. |
EloSela:let me first say,the posters is showing the beautiful side of capetown, and correct me if I'm wrong every city has it's good and bad sides, and to be honest Cape town have more good than bad, that is why it's been rated the best city in Africa.Just for the record majority of capetown are coloured/mixed race/cape malays, blacks come second and whites third interm Coloured people 48.13% Black Africans 31% Whites 18.75% Asians 1.43% http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cape_Town |
A_K_O:I hear you A K O,same could be said about Zimbabwe,Mozambique,Namibia even Angola. We all know why white South Africans are Africa's richest nation. One thing you seems to not to understand about SA is,the black government's intentions where/is never about taking the riches from whites, but it was about introducing blacks to this riches.Yes it means it will take time, educations, experience and other factors that will lead to true transformation, when majority blacks reach that stage SA should be first world country. In Brazil majority who are blacks are the poorest, whites dominate.in India the majority are very poor, their economy is control by few elites possibly coming from a certain group of society. And beside there are poor white people in SA,maybe they don't go to the malls because they can't afford to that is why you won't see them. http://www.southafricalogue.com/travel-tips/poor-white-problem-back-to-haunt-afrikaaners.html http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/7526158.stm https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e5jJSjpztmA |
hadexman: will do that,I have a small office in Umhlanga Ridge, maybe we might have some drink if I'm in durbs.God bless you too,and grant you all your wishes. You're good man. ![]() |
hadexman:@Hadxman don't make me give you my little sister oo ![]() |
I weep for SA for having one of Africas fasted growing black middle class, for having the first black billionaire from Africa on Forbes.I weep for MTN group that have a black MD,and where blacks have majority shareholding.I weep for Telkom,Africas biggest landline telecomunication that is black run and owned.I weep for all the SA universities which are some of the best in the world for having a majority black students.I weep for all the black town/city managers who are mantaining and improving our towns and cities,I weep for all the professionals, black businesses that are doing well all over Africa,Yes I weep for all this archivements in the last 16 years. Maybe me and the poster will stop weeping when minority whites start living in townships, and being security gaurds, cleaner and ect, ,I think in the posters dream or movie thats how he want this story to end,it could be an interesting nollywood movie, long, pointless and uselss but will surely kill time if you have nothing meaningful to do. |
South Africa at work. Achitect of aapartheid wont recognised SA if they could come back ![]() The black goverment have maintaned, improved and is building our cities like there is no tomorrow. Well done the hard working people of SA. |
backspade:Thank you for your wishes, well I was not looking for self glory, and when we invited Jonah at our home I wasn't expecting anything back. But Jonah became a blessing in our family,I was a young small businessman with a new family and a baby and after we bought the workshop I was able to grow my other business and ventured in new ones. All this because of that Sunday. Jonah introduced me to Naija, and since then I have made lots of friends from Naija, that is why I'm on nairaland. Akaraiwe:Yes you're right, this could easily be a made up story, but its not about whether you believe it or not,its about me telling you my experience.Maybe Jonah did the same on other forums,I'm addicted to nairaland and it's my corner.I have said some nasty things about Naija and its peeps on this forum and wont want my friends to know I can say all this about their country (Morpheus knows the story)Point I was trying to make is, there are good people in this world with good hearts and intentions.I am where I am today because of my friend Jonah,I'm thirty and could not have wished for a better life. Now when we look back we realised that it was destiny. @Diggle you're right,my freind went through a lot before he landed at our church, about sleeping at clubs,he went through that and he doesn't drink nor smoke. He went through some very difficult time, but he was always telling me about the Naijaman spirit,he used to say impossible is not Nigerian.I learned a lot from him.Like I've learned to comment on everything even if I know very little about as long as I could be heard ![]() |
thando:They called that goal Tiger Woods ![]() Mzansi diski all the way. |
mukina2:Muki I've said it before,Vuvusela's are not for couch potatoes The only way you can enjoy them is when you're at the stadium ![]() It's good to know that Naija peeps are following in the footstep of their bigger, prettier and wealtheir brother ,except for the lights of course(youstill have a lot to learn ).It look like for the first time Naija is playing the right age,for that you've got my support.Win or loose those boys will go far. |
1,2:Just read on KickOff.com that the game has been moved again from Orlando to Randfontein, whatsup with SAFA?I mean why not move the game to Port Elizabeth? 1,2 did you watch Arrows against Ajax? what do you think of the last goal ![]() |
agor1974: agor1974:Stop smoking socks,slowpoke |
1,2 good job.I am dissapointed that Japan vs SA at Moses Mabhida Stadium in Durban was moved to Orlando,I know they say the stadium wont be 100 % ready for that match. It will have been nice to see the first game there, and 1,2 why are we not playing the other friendly at Nelson Mandela Stadium in PE?since its completion national team team has not played there. |
At poster, you've hit it in the nail. Four years ago me and my wife met Jonah(who was from Nigeria,I am a South African) at our church,he just happen to visit our church that sunday. We introduced ourself and invited him for lunch at our home.he told us how he ended in South Africa, and how his 'brother' lied to him and took his money and other sad stories about his ordeal.I asked him what can we do to help,he said he just needed a place to stay, and if we could help him for couple of days he will find a job and a place. We had a room on our compound that was used by our babysitter and we told him he can stay there until he's OK,he was a qualified mechanic's and because I had and old car he use to fix it for me and I would pay for his services, even though he tried to refuse to take my money but I insisted. I knew this other guy who had a workshop and I arrange for Jonah to meet him,and he got a job.And after a while because of his honest and hardwork people started to ask him to fix their cars on his sparetime, and my yard became a workshop of some sort,we registered a company and where lucky that an old couple where selling their workshop premises with all the equipment. Today Jonah's workshop has 10 employees, four of them are Naijas and five Zimbabweans and two SA-cans,we have a turnover of 2 million rand, yes I am minority shareholder because I sold some of my shares to him,it's his baby. The moral of the story is it's not easy out there but sometime you go through difficult time before you hit the good time. There is a better chance of you succeeding in the foreign land than in your own.Because when you're on your own survival instinct kicks in,you cant fail, failure is not an option. Jonah visit Naija whenever he fill like it,he attends wedding, funerals and other family functions,he visits his brother in US whenever he can.I guess at this moment he doesn't regred ever coming to SA. |
Apparently the Germans will be wearing bullet proof when they come over ![]() Africa deserve respect,me and my friends are planning to wear bullet proofs or something like it at the airport when the Germans lands, just to show this Nazis that we don't give a fukc about them and their racist ways. Vuvuselaaa Mvuvuzeli ![]() Shoooosholoooza! |
Adiyah! Ghana we love you. |
Definetly the coach must go he is clueless, but at the same time SA don't have a team, even if you hire Ferguson or Mourhino they'll still be dissapointing. My only hope is that with football anything is possible, they might win one or two game during the tournament, which on it's own will be a success, and go to knockout phase where they'll be hammered. And for RSA second round will be the ultimate archivement. |
Too Nice ![]() FIFA wants the stadiums in November(next month) and I think we will be ready. It's gonna be a wonderful world cup,a very noisy one ![]() Hope Ghana and Ivory Coast meet in the Final after Ghana beat RSA in the first semi, and Ivory Coast beating Brasil in the second semi ![]() Woza 2010 ![]() |
Let me say Naija and SA pipps will never win BBA,I know why SA wont stand a chance but I'm still trying to figure why Naija. BBA will be won by Elizabeth or Hanny because east africans are more united. |
candylips:She is representing us well well, hail black star. |
Can someone open a thread for Naija vs Tahiti ![]() We want to know what we up against ![]() |
