There is this coursemate of mine, he is an introvert and due to his behavior a lot of people think he is a proud guy which I know he is not.

He told me about his situation and need advice on how to relate with people, don't know what to tell him. His nature is really disturbing.

So house how do I advice the guy.

The only way out for your guy is to force himself to join a church group with few persons preferably. He will begin to take up small roles like leading prayers, contributing during meetings. From this small group he will move to a larger group, after which he can now begin to relate freely well with people.

He should also try to talk to opposite sex, this is very important, he should force himself to discuss issues with opposite sex to break out of that shell. I know he doesn't have a girlfriend. Because he can't talk to girls if he is unable to relate with people. It is important for him to do all the above now that he is still young. He can't break out from his shell alone, he needs to join a group & relate with opposite sex. When he becomes comfortable doing these, then is problem his half solved.

About the tank scaffold..

I went to a building where one was done.. the tank fell off from the top of the scaffold. It was a two storey building somewhere in sangotedo after ajah. The scaffold was quite high.
Luckily the tank fell into a bare land just adjacent the building. So no injury or life lost..

So i am trying to get all the information possible to be sure he is on the right track.

Please guys i need your input.

How will u know he is on track when u are not into construction? How will u know he is using right mix ratio? Just get someone competent & relax.

I made this water tank scaffold recently. It is 4inch galvanised steel pipe and it is meant to carry two 1500 litres tank.

1.)Those of us in lekki/ibeju lekki who have constructed this type of scaffold. I hope its holding. Any long-term issues...?


2.) How would the foundation be. My Engineer recommended 2ft into the ground and a slab above ground surface. Is that how it is done.

Abeg make una assist me before scaffold go fall o.

I think d little issue here is d manner of communication & expression. If u are telling him to assist u in a commanding and condescending tone he may try resisting it. I told my sisters d greatest tool a woman can use to bring down a is whatever u do should be in a submissive Manner, the man will just melt, but many women don't know this. It is working for them perfectly in their marriage.

I think u should express it as peaceful and calm as possible. Honestly we shouldn't view marriage as a trade by barter system, saying if u do this he must do that is likely to affect the happiness in that marriage, likewise for him. If not for anything at least for the kids, just view everything u are doing is for d kids. Couples really don't know the joy children feel when they see their parents living happily together, money can't buy that happiness for them.
