This is white vinegar, you also have the dark /malt vinegar, white wine vinegar, red wine vinegar and cidar vinegar etc. As long as you got it from somewhere authentic it should be good to use.

they've even just increased it to £2m and tied settlement to 3years after investing £5m.

It used to be £1m a few years back and then settlement after creating about 10 new jobs or so.
