With the recent viral video of Asiwaju Ahmed Tinubu in his urine soaked clothe trending in all the social media one would have expected it to hit the front page of nairaland at least for once but the biased mods wouldn't allow it to happen. One can only but imagine if it were to be someone like Peter Obi, Atiku Abubakar or Nyesom Wike that was caught with feaces soaked dress, all hell would have let loose on this forum as the mods will be outdoing each other to push different news about the topic to front page. Any good observer here will also notice the way the moderators delete any comment that is against Tinubu's presidential ambition. With all this hypocrisy of the moderators it doesn't take a rocket science for one to know that nairaland has been compromised in favour of Tinubu

If you from Owerri West you would have heard about the issue of Amakohia Ubi with some heardmen,we didn't need no Esn to sort our problems out.
Infact in Obiokwu,the very few fulani peeps staying in the community joined in the forest search for any nonsense elements,bcus we sent a good message assuring them that any further attacks will be met with consequences,no be everything them dey put for news.
In the Whole of Mbaitolu I can tell you with confidence that Fulani heardmen no dey pass their boundary.

Firstly let's always tell ourselves the truth.
Ipob picking up arms for whatever reason is a big own goal.
No Union in this world will sit back and allow a secessionist movement bear arms,it's not allowed in every part of the World.
Secondly, Igboland is not under the govt of ipob,yes they can make an input as a group but since the Leaders of the land do not support their militia they should please rest instead of creating this unnecessary hit.
I had to use money I am supposed to use in doing something better to bail 2of my boys that were tagged ipob,this ipob thing is not giving Igbo any gain, only loss and more trouble this is the reason why the big social-commercial men in the land will never sign their support for the movement.
Lastly in my opinion and with how ipob parades itself in such an intimidating and oppressive manner against critics,I doubt if the Esn was created to fight against any heardmen,it might be created for something more like bending others into submission and accepting the ipob struggle.
Now that's not going to happen, never never never,an Igboman can choose to be pro or anti ipob.
Ipob should just rest for now and focus on battling the fg's proscription order instead of all this unnecessary killings and destruction,if they truly care for the region.
I want to ask you a very important question.
What does ipob truly seek?
Do they imagine to be in charge of the affairs of Igboland??,

The army is really shameless and have zero regards for the rules of engagement.
It happens everywhere not just Ala Igbo.
I am from Imo State, Amakohia Ubi precisely,it really saddens my heart what is happening in my everly beautiful Owerri that's always been envied and admired for her peace, although some of the news are over excalated to potray Imo State as unsafe.
I still think ipob has a great share in this problem too,it's no secret that the Fg will do everything to crush opposing vioce, secessionist movement and people who seek self determination.
Ipob picking up arms for whatever reason in the guest of creating a militia is an outright invitation for the Army into the region, which in turn will put the lives of the common man in danger,ipob picking up arms gives the shameless army the perfect excuse to carry out brutality against innocent people.
This kind of thing happening in Imo state is really saddening.
Let ipob surrender their guns and embrace amnesty,the senseless killings started when the Esn was created it's not good for the region,this cord that holds this union keeps breaking it's strength everyday,let's not with our hands bring destruction upon a land that should be focused on building.

I strongly fear what will happen in the region after 2023.

I don't know why bl8ck people take too long to make a decision.

This issue can be resolved very quickly... politically.

The region is one of the tripod that got independence and should be treated equally like the north and the West.

They have been claiming being marginalized for too long and successive government have not done anything in the past to solve the problem.

They claim that the country should be united...but how can you be united when only the two regions gets everything irrespective of which party is in power?

Take the rail project for instance....the northerners can go from Abuja to Kaduna.... the westerners can go from Lagos to Ibadan...what about the easterners?

To Nigerians who are shouting patriotism up and down...is this what you guys recommend?

Please lets discuss this issue without ethnic bigotry, as violence and deaths are not the best solution.
