I dont think the future is any big deal, how strong or weak a person gets as they age does not really much depend on the age, its sometimes mostly family gene.

Have this old family friend of my family whom i learnt the husband is about 8 years younger than his wife, if u see this couple now, you'll think the husband is a full 10 years older than his wife, so yes, i say age is nothing but a number

Except you are really faulty in your judgement of what is simply a translation to modern English. Just because so many of you have come to love some of your childish,foolish,selfish celebrations and beliefs that brings no good out of it, does'nt make them any good. What the Bible condemns,it condemns out rightly!! regardless of what colour you try to paint it.

Jehovah's Witnesses are no sects!!, shame to all of you who open your mouth to speak in vague naivety to curse and speak of what you barely know about. Their teachings, doctrines and beliefs is as simple and plain for any reasonable fellow to understand. accept it or not!! Why dont u go make PROPER research of what a sect or cult is before saying something about a religious group whose teaching is open, plain and pure enough.

If JW's choose to marry only among themselves, it is a personal decision for each individual and nobody should crucify anyone for that.

They are a lot of cases like this that some people do not give much regard to, times are changing and we have more working mothers now, i think a great deal of effort should be taken to ensure that such minors are not abused and taken advantage of.

Most women leave their children to the care of family members, neighbours and friends alike. We have to be careful cos we cannot say for sure what anyone is up to.

Hear's the ingredient.

Potash

Native salt (it looks almost like potash)

Native Starch or yam to thicken

Dry fish/Meat/Snail (whichever u prefer) Dry fish is a must

Periwinkle

Palm Oil

Crayfish

Pepper (preferably dried)

Salt and seasoning

Note: If you are preparing in the Delta way, you do not need to add tomatoes

*Cook meat with seasoning (Maggie etc, do not use curry & thyme) add the fish to steam a little, after washing washing properly with salt.

*Add palm oil into the boiling water ( you can choose to drain the meet and fish out of the cooked sauce water or leave it in,.which ever way, no qualms)

*Grind the potash and add to the boiling water while stirring, at this time it mite foam a little, just turn the heat down low

*Wait for about five minutes, then add a little starch (starch should be dissolved in water like u do when preparing pap) Stir till its smooth, then wait for another five to ten minutes

*Then add paper to your taste, Maggie and crayfish

*Add periwinkle after washing properly, probably in salt and warm water. The periwinkle should be the last item you add

*Allow to cook for like ten minutes and voila, you Owo soup is ready.

*NOTE: Allow to cool off very well before covering, else it mite dissolve and become watery

Ingredients

1 cup, Palm Oil
6 Garden Eggs, diced
400g Abacha (dried shredded cassava)
Stockfish- 10 pieces, spiced and cooked
10 pieces of Kpomo, spiced and cooked
100g Ugba, sliced
1tbsp Garden Egg leaves, finely chopped
1/4 tsp Potash
1 Seasoning cube
Chilli Pepper to taste
2 tbsp ground Crayfish
Boiling water
Salt to taste

Directions

Season and cook the stockfish and kpomo
Soak the abacha in cold water for about 10minutes
Drain out the cold water, pour boiling water over it and quickly drain out the water
Let it sit in a colander for about 5minutes
Dissolve the potash in water and then stir with the palm oil in a pot
Place on heat and add the pepper, crayfish and seasoning
Stir properly then add the ugba,chopped garden eggs,the stockfish and kpomo
Add the add abacha and mix properly allowing all the ingredients to blend
Garnish with chopped garden egg leaves
Add salt to taste
