RomanceRe: Do I Really Owe Him An Apology? by RuuDie(m): 12:58pm On Nov 09, 2009
Ujujoan:
Well if my best friend decides to start dating my ex, I'll really feel bad. And I'll think they at least owe me an explianation why out of all the numerous guys and girls they decided to settle for each other.

But if I realize they really love themselves, I'll let them be. But will we still be best of friends? dont think so!

So poster I guess you had a choice to make and choose her. You choose to lose your friend over her and from what you are saying, I think she was worth it!

My advice, don't beat yourself over it. Let you friend be. Let him deal with you dating his ex and you have to deal with losing him as a friend. I guess you cant eat your cake and have it!

Do you owe him apology? Technically no! But if you put yourself in his shoes, you'll be able to at least understand how he feels!
uju, u have spoken well. . . .
but if he's beating himself up, thats becuz he knows deep down inside him that he aided and abetted the hijack of that r/l'ship else he'd have long forgotten about reconciliation or forgiveness and moved on with his broad - i mean the dame seemingly doesn't give a Bleep right, so why does he!? GUILTY CONSCIENCE!
lets face it, if he doesn't have any skeletons in his cupboard; by now he should have damned the whole s**t outta anger or utter frustration. . .  but after 5yrs, he's still pleading for audience - nigga plz!

& by the way; 5yrs together don't justify jack. . . .  it means zeeep. . . . . for all we knw, it could be d 5yrs of his life he rues d most!

ritchboy:
Well i said before the game whoever gets the big decisions WINS and thats exactly whats happened.
Rooney was clean through on goal in the first half and was flagged offside. . . Ashley Cole was CLEARLY playing him on.
I also think Fletcher won the ball, or at least enough of it, with his tackle. . . Again Cashley has conned the ref and Chelsea score from the set piece.

Something has to be done.
you said it alright. . . & to add to that, DD was offside when terry flicked the ball and he tried to toe-poke the ball; which was interference but the flag stayed down.

but i won't blame it all on the officials even though those flaws were glaring enough. I'll just say on the night, the luckier side won not the better one. We played far better; in all the Chelsea-UTD games at the SB i've seen, this is the only 1 time i can say UTD really rattled Chelsea. . . .
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)Re: Manchester United Fan Thread by RuuDie(m): 7:40pm On Nov 08, 2009
Brave performance by the lads today. . . . we lost but i'm fulfilled that i've seen UTD not give the opposition too much respect and have really come out and play their own game. The center-backs did tremendously well; it was a marvel the way they shackled DD and stayed with him all the way. Good job lads. . . . keep it up!
On the night, the luckier side won. . . . not the better one!

inspite of the loss. . . .  am happy; UTD took the fight to Chelsea in a way few woulda expected for 1ce.
SportsRe: David Haye Vs Nikolai Valuev by RuuDie(m): 12:58pm On Nov 08, 2009
David. . . . massive win. I thot valuev was gonna pound the brit to pulp - but guess boxing ain't all about size and strength, hayes used the ring very well and simply out-thot the mammoth russian.

Interesting to see how hayes manages against the Klitschko brothers. . . . they are really very intelligent fellas (expecially Vitali). they study their opposition so intently u'd think they needed to pass some exam in skool grin

RomanceRe: At What Point Does A Man Stop Chasing : by RuuDie(m): 6:31am On Nov 07, 2009
@ topic,

i think a fair amount of this is dependent on TIMING and how EMPHATICALLY the lady says "NO"!
RomanceRe: At What Point Does A Man Stop Chasing : by RuuDie(m): 5:42am On Nov 07, 2009
Tcrack:
1, YOU SHOULD NEVER CHASE A LADY.meet her, become friends and make you intentions known early enough. its either yes or no.if she says no, move on immediately because there are so many others waiting for someone like you.
2, the fact that you are still at the chasing stage, means you dont even know her well yet.(you are not even sure she is what you want. you are only attracted by what you see/hear).
3, if she is playing hard to get, its because you have presented yourself as easy to get.
what are u talking about. . . . the very first instance you meet her, open your mouth and declare your "friendship" intentions. . . . man, the "chase" has started!

Ruud,
Last matchday might give credence to your claim, but I still am not totally convinced. Atrocious conditions that set the big boys up for the odd slip do not make things better in my view;just more exciting since the outcome is not cast in stone.I'l lgive that to this years competition.
if you truly deserve to be champions, you have to be ready for WHATEVER! the "big" clubs have financial might in their favor, the "small" ones have "atrocious conditions" to help them, so all-almost square!?

& by God, teams shouldn't just qualify based on name or pedigree. . . . its how u play & if u ask me Unirea, Rubin, have done far better than the likes of Bayern, L'pool & Athletico Madrid.

True. . . . & yet it migth still not. Come last matchday might well see all the "threatened" big-teams still scale thru; but, the mentality of everybody (the fans, the players, the managers) is going to change and every game will be treated as "big." no matter who is playing what.
WebmastersRe: Php Class For Beginners. Question Will Be Treated With High Priority. by RuuDie(m): 11:52am On Nov 06, 2009
Thanks Quadrillo, even my untrained eye can see its a darn good script. . . but my computer must have massive issues with finding "paths."

I used your code - exactly as it is but guess what huh I get a frigging parse error right here
$upload_path = './files/'; // The place the files will be uploaded to (currently a 'files' directory).
I just don't get it. . . . i created the folder "files" folder inside the folder where all the other pages are!? Can you think of anything i might have gotten wrong?
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)Re: Barcelona Fans Thread. by RuuDie(m): 8:36am On Nov 05, 2009
i really hope that turns out to be a key game. . . . a game that will decide if 1 or both of those teams will stay or drop out of the race. It'd be magic - Kyiv and Rubin qualify to the K.O stage and Barca, Inter feed on the scraps. . . . classic!
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)Re: The Uefa Champs Ligue - Better Now Than Before? by RuuDie(op): 8:18am On Nov 05, 2009

I bet Barca won't field their strongest possible line up cuz they'll rather concentrate on defending la liga. Even if these teams field their strongest teams, nothing is guarranteed in football. Big teams are there to be shot at.

True Talk sha. It's looking very competitive. I still stand by my point that the quality of teams in countries like spain, italy, germany, holland et al have dipped and therefore created more of a level playing field
lets face it. . . . there are teams in the lower end of europe that play far better than a lot of teams in the top european ligues - if you continue stifling 'em, how are u ever gonna know the stuff they can produce huh

barca got the chygrysk(*whatever) from where huh
arsenal got arshavin from where huh
bayern got tymu(*whatever) from where huh

the only thing seperating the "big" clubs is the money. . . . & i'm not even saying give the minnows money; am saying let them play & we'll all see that some of em are far better than a lot of these big-budget, empty-barrel bullies we see every year.

Now. . . somebody tell me that this season's UCL isn't looking tight and very much like a competition. . . . this is where u know a tournament is "strong." we don't have to wait for the so-called "big names" to congregate at the K.O stages before the high-octane stuff starts coming out!

What i'd love to see is Barca, Inter or Liverpool fall-out into the Europa ligue. . . . .  lets see how they cope there. xpecially Barca - am sure most believe if down there, they will just breeze thru the rest to the cup - y'all will be shocked!
