Ah. . . stotari was the star of the show for Milan. . . . He was just stopping shots after shots - Bari have themselves to blame for not taking all 3pts, the had loads of chances. Well, in fairness to Dinho, u could see that he was frustrated at himself and really wanted to make an impact; he tried to play but it just wasn't going his way. He did have a good crack at goal that pulled off a fine stop from the Bari goalie though. I think he should be patient and take it step by step; first thing, he should try to press the opposition defence when he is not in possession of the ball-that will endear the crowd to him a li'l bit and will go a long way to raising his morale. . . . Lazing around the field when not in possession of the ball is what most fans in this situation just hate to see. Any sign of lack of commitment or conviction is a mortal sin; thats why Hunte still has the sympathy of the coach and fans even though he is yet to score for the team, when he's out there he runs and puts himself about. There was one time Dinho actually tracked back and won the ball off a Bari player with a very good tackle; the applause was deafening as if Milan had scored - more of that and he'd surely be in the good books of the fans which is a sure way to getting your confidence back. bari have this young Argentine Rivas, he gave Abate a torrid time on the left; ran him ragged all night - that boy is strong, skillful and by God, he has pace. . . . thats 1 player 2 certainly watch out 4! |

Sampdoria on top in Italy. . . . Serie A is pretty good - I really like Florentina, Napoli, Genoa and Sampdoria - pretty good squads they have. Oh but Milan is in such shambles at the moment; Bari could'a over-run. . . . feeling sorry 4 Leonardo at the moment. He just can't seem to get it right. Hope for his sakes their fortunes change! |
My mind tells me Barca are most likely to lose first before RM; but thats where the problem starts for every other club in the La Liga. . . . cuz they will bounce back with a good run but when RM finally do lose - oh blimey! |
RM are like Chelsea at the moment. . . . the chinks are there; its obvious, but their vision is blurred by the victories mostly the fans though This team looks far from solid - forget the results - Kaka and Benzema are ok; Ronaldo is scoring but doesn't look like he knows what position on the field he's playing. . . . In truth, I really don't see a great deal of cohesion in RM; just a bunch of players running around. Can't see this team get the better of Barca, on a good day, in a head-to-head contest; just won't happen this season! |
