The Boer has been trying to enter Kenya since 1990. Only a few have survived - most notably I think is Old Mutual (and maybe Stanbic - although they had to merge with CFC bank) - the rest have collapsed. They throw money in annual ritual and they shut down a few months or year if they are lucky. Actually it goes like this - a struggling kenya firm with no hope of surviving - flies to Joburg - approaches South Africa company and sell some huge stake to it - and then bank the money - and leave the South African holding a dead bag. The same way Nigerian banks are being played.
