In Ghana you can easily run an mBbS directly if you passed out with 7/ or 7 aggregate. It is only law that requires first degree and it has even stoped now. You can easily run a law degree directly ( it is four years for a direct program and three years for post first degree program .

Pre med if you want to call it that- is full four years in biology or chemistry in the US. In Kenya or UK or Ghana pre-med is 2yrs - as bachelors of medicine and surgery is offered. In US medicine is only offered as post-grad.
