@rvpbae, thanks for responding mama, his poo is the normal egusi poo and he poos about 8 to 10 times daily, The paediatricians are general hospital consultants, and they do not even see it as a big deal,

If your baby is already taking formula then this isn't the norm.
These tips can help.

To battle constipation rn, thankfully your baby isn't exclusively breastfed and can eat fruit in real pureed form.
Squeezed orange does wonders ensure the roughages are intact cos that's the real koko
Pureed Seedless watermelon is okay too
Avoid bananas and apples as they both contribute to constipation.

Thank you for your response. She doesn't fat or poo regularly. And yes she feels relieve each time she does. I saw some baby massage for gas relieve on youtube which i'm doing right now. As per feeding I breast feed and also uses Nan.

I av seen 4 peadatricians, all they say is that he will outgrow it, some even said not all babies will be chubby,I am not after having a chubby baby, all i want is a baby dt is growing and atleast adding weight moderately,but the fact dt he isn't adding weight is really killing me, please don't jump and pass.

He was 4.3kg at birth, and just 5.1kg at almost 4 months he still fits into his new born wears.

ok thank you very much, I was trying to be careful also. But my son doesn't like the palm oil and sugar combination. Will try it again though and thank God the cough is even better without using the septrin sef

Thank you. I was using the pregnacare conception which has B6 but its dosage is a lot smaller. Will look for the 100mg one to get.

Pls, I'm a first time mom, my daughter is 6wks+ and weighs 3.1. she was 2.9@ birth via CS. I noticed her stomach is hard and she's always squeezing her stomach and face in pains most times. From research they said it could be air in her stomach or what they call colic. As a result of this she won't be looking healthy. I'm confused and need solution. Thanks

Good evening houee, pls mum's how do u get ur kids to use drugs. My son is having cough and I bought seprtrin suspension for him. He is just spitting it out. And the cough is really disturbing him. Note that I used syringe oo. Even without syringe he is spitting it out still. Is it possible I mix with his tea?

Please mamas, last year March I had a MMC and during my scan, there were fibroids (at the back). Though they were small (two) at about 5mm. I also had UTI which was as a result of using preseed but has been cleared now thank God.
But of recent, I notice that immediately after ovulation I will keep spotting (dark brown/black colour) till when my next period is due.
Not sure what this is about??

I travelled down to my side earlier December to remove it but later developed cold feet. Was very very scared as I kept on having series of bad dreams that claimed my enemy's life. Even my mum, brother, sister had the bad dreams too. The worst part of it was the Pastors that knew about my case told me not to go for it that it won't end well. They said the enemies are targeting their life (not mine) through the surgery. One even said if I had done it as against their advice, my enemy would have been in the mortuary not me. I did all the tests and d doctor has already booked me for the surgery in two days time before all these dreams started coming up. We have even concluded everything and he told me that I will need three pints on blood.
Hmmmmm! My sis, all these things got me scared ooo and I had to come back. Even as it s now, I'm still scared of everything but the fibroids are dealing with me seriously. The heavy bleeding and other pains associated with it are just too much and unbearable. Even if babies have not come yet, let me just live a normal life like my fellow women.

I have not confirmed yet if I'm pregnant, my period is just a little late but I just wanted to start the routine drugs with faith. The drugs I was given are folic acid, ferrous, paracetamol, white vitamin c, calcium and one other one I don't know the name. Thanks

Hello mamas in the house, please I need advice as I am very worried.

Took my DS to the health centre today for Vit A and he weighed 8kg at 1 year, he was 8kg at 9months and 7.6kg at 6 months. Why is he not gaining weight, I just do not understand.
At 8 months we saw a paediatrician when he had fever and i complained about his weight because he was 7.6kg at the time but the paediatrician said the weight was okay, that he would have been worried if he was for instance weighing 9kg and dropped to 7kg. But I'm not pleased at all.
Should I take him back to the hospital? His birth weight was 2.75 and he does not reject food, he eats everything we eat at home. He takes 3 different types of food everyday to the creche including pap with soya beans. Or could it be genetics? Myself and hubby are not on the big side, I weigh about 56kg and hubby weighs a little bit less.
Has someone had a similar experience, please mamas do not waka pass abeg.

No,it works when not breastfeeding that's if you have a good flow of breast milk.Mine fluctuates according to how much fluids i take,so i use anytime milk flows well and while breastfeeding.

What i use is a haakaa silicon breast pump.I just suction it on my nipples while baby feeds on the other one.In 15 mins of feeding her (not like my breast flows so much sef),i get about 50ml of breast milk to store up for her night . You can watch YouTube videos to see how it's used.I have been enjoying mine.

Mums would you reccomend electric or manual breast pump? I’ve heard some people say manual is better as electricity near the breast is not good/healthy. But I’ve heard electric breast pump is faster and more efficient. Which one?

Thanks mama i'll keep trying o. He eats little of everything and eats fruits like banana, apple, orange. I'll check his current weight. I want to deworm his cos of d too much sugary things don't know how to go about it

Morning mamas, l need advice on how to deal with recurring yeast infection, have tried everything I can think of including reducing sugar, changing undies regularly. Went for HVS , the result is showing growth of candida and staph again. Please what else can I do. Don't need this now as I am still dealing with the hydrosaphinx seen in one of my enemies tube. Why I am can't even get the necessary supplements. Sorry for the ranting I am just frustrated with all this.

Fruits and vegetables doesn't make children chubby. It just keeps them very healthy.

Hello mamas Pls what can I use to deworm my son he's 1yr 9months.

Also if there's any drug I can give him so he can be eating more cos he doesn't like to eat food all he eats is rice, beans, custard, quaker oat, corn flakes, tea and plenty biscuits, cake, mirinda etc and he poos twice daily. Maybe there's something am not doing right cos am confused imagine how I feel when I see other pples children eating food as if it's going out of fashion and looking chubby while mine who was chubby as an infant looking slim now as a toddler. Sorry for d long post it's just that am pained gan
