Politics › Re: Oyo LG Chairmen Defy Makinde, Resume With Heavy Security Backing by saajus: 11:22pm On Jan 27, 2020
I don't like how Governors always mess up with LGA's in Nigeria. LGA should be the strongest Govt cos it's the closest to the people. We need to restructure our system so that all tiers of Govt will be truly independent.
Celebrities › Re: Ernest Asuzu Battles Stroke, Turns Roadside Beggar by saajus:
Ha, may God heal him. Many of these guys are the Architect of their own problems. When I talk here, many Nairalanders shut me down. Sometimes, they even say I have a poverty mentality. Some of our celebrities spend anyhow, eat anyhow, drink anyhow as if there is no tomorrow. They thought they will reign forever. A few among them that buy houses even take a loan to buy instead of living modestly and save to buy. When they are in "the market face", they align themselves with our oppressors. They praise them in their songs, they chant their names in the movies, they attend their political rallies. When they are in trouble, they remember we fans.

Oh my God. Life is too short. We are like a flower quickly fading, here today gone tomorrow. Kobe tweeted just 12/14 hours to congratulate Lebron after surpassing his NBA scoring record. Sports lovers all over the world can never forget his contribution to Basketball. RIP Legend.
Investment › Re: Treasury Bills In Nigeria by saajus: 6:42pm On Jan 26, 2020
Smaller units are the future, especially in Southern Nigeria. People are not having 3/4/5/6 Children again. Youths are getting married late and we have a lot of them in our population. Many men are sticking with just one wife.
X21:
this makes a lot of sense. smaller units are in higher demand and rent paid almost equal big units. thank you for sharing
Crime › Re: Fatai Yusuf (Oko Oloyun) Shot Dead By Unknown Gunmen by saajus: 12:43am On Jan 24, 2020
What's going on in this country? The rate of insecurity is very high. Our highways have turned to death traps.

Business › Re: I Released My House Document To My Cousin To Obtain Loan, How Can I Get It Back? by saajus: 4:00pm On Jan 23, 2020
No cause for alarm for now. If he refuses to start paying after his Grace period expires, then you may have to be really tough on him. Presenting your house docs means you guarantee the loan. Unfortunately, it's too late to break out now. Make sure you are monitoring his payments so that the bank won't suddenly render you homeless. Some bank loan officials are wicked o. Some stupid loan agreements we sign in Nigeria even allow banks to acquire loan collateral if one has just one payment to pay off. You know most of us don't read those agreements thoroughly. There's a recent viral video of a woman who said she has paid 23.5m out 25m Naira loan collected by her late husband, but the bank still went ahead to sell the house.
Crime › Re: Boko Haram Executed Ropvil Daciya Dalep, University Of Maiduguri Student by saajus: 1:59pm On Jan 23, 2020
This is painful. I wish Northerners can put politics aside and think about the future of their children. In fact, Southerners are talking about the insecurity in the land more than the people that are suffering from it most. By now, I expect Borno state youths to have occupied the streets of Maiduguri.

Crime › Re: Seye Onigbinde: Former Banker Defrauds 354 People Of N233m by saajus: 6:46pm On Jan 21, 2020
We never learn. People have been using Forex to scam Nigerians since time immemorial. Forex trading is very legit but it takes a lot of learning and consistency to be profitable. If someone is promising you 300% or 500% profit, it's a lie. Hard work is the only shortcut to wealth. The same youths telling us they have no capital to start a business are betting away over 700Billion Naira annually. The only winners are Kunle Soname and Akin Alabi.
Christianity Etc › Re: Abule Egba Explosion: RCCG Fellowship House Miraculously Didn't Burn (Video) by saajus: 4:43pm On Jan 21, 2020
This is unfair. People are mourning but we are spreading this kind of news. I am a Christian and I believe my own God will not allow his people to burn and save one poor looking uncompleted building that He's not even dwelling.
Even if this was a Miracle, this is not the best time to talk about it. Let's respect the families mourning.
Celebrities › Re: Eniola Badmus Shows Thigh And Cleavage In A New Video by saajus:
Yes, she can. It takes discipline more than money if not all our potbelly rich men would have lost the fat sharp sharp. Money can hire you a fitness trainer but takes discipline to attend the training. Money can buy you gym membership, but no one is entitled to tie a rope on your neck and drag you out of your home.
Stallion93:
But she has Money already, At least she has friends/colleagues to borrow from so why not just Embark on the ultimate journey to lose all that fat and feel much more better?

Let her confront you first na. Tell her you just appreciate her and nothing more. Apologise if she's not taking it easy. Now that you know the kind of lady she is, don't try it again.
Car Talk › Re: Accident Or Car Arson? by saajus: 8:37pm On Jan 19, 2020
It is possible scientifically but still investigate for Arson. Are you suspecting anyone? Do you have some documents that you think someone may want to destroy? Is someone fighting you? Do you have CCTV around that could help your investigation?

I don't know why some people are so bothered about rapture date when individual rapture (death) can happen in the next minute. Live right, obey God and expect ur own rapture (death) anytime.
Science/Technology › Re: The Big Differences Between 4G And 5G by saajus: 4:28pm On Jan 18, 2020
Because we don't have good Government. NCC should be enforcing our Telcos to give us good service but they won't do anything because they are collecting bribe. They will build a cell tower in an area where they should have 4.
reiddecuti:
Why 9ja still struggle with 3G.

Foreign Affairs › Re: Iran Rejects Uk's Call For 'trump Deal' To Replace Nuclear Accord by saajus: 8:42pm On Jan 16, 2020
He confidently lies but I'm amazed his supporters don't care. He studied his people very well and he understands what they want to hear. Americans are the easiest people on earth to deceive. The majority of them love confidence more than truths. That's why, with all the awareness, "yahoo boys" are still cashing out on them every day.
Blindersoff:
The so called $150b is Iranian money and not new money given to them by USA. This is why Fox news will always deceive people like you. Iran had money in US possession and Obama told them we would trade this with you for this nuclear pact. We will release a part of your money and you sign this deal and Iran agreed.

To me that is great diplomacy and a peaceful way of resolving issues. it was a win win but people like you who listen to Trump who lies 500 times a day and to Fox news a Republican media house would believe when they simply say "The dems gave Iran a plane load of money" and deliberately not telling you that the so called money actually belonged to iran to begin with.
Foreign Affairs › Re: Iran Rejects Uk's Call For 'trump Deal' To Replace Nuclear Accord by saajus: 8:30pm On Jan 16, 2020
I thought the US has more upper hand in the new negotiation because of the series of event that happened in the past few weeks.
Blindersoff:
I saw this coming when Trump broke the deal originally signed and thus placing power of negotiation in the hands of Iran and no longer in US hands. The guy goofed
Politics › Re: Nigeria To Borrow N510 Billion Via Bond Sale In Q1 2020 by saajus: 7:34pm On Jan 15, 2020
Why borrowing when we know those that stole our money. Tinubu alone will cough out nothing less than $5Billion if properly investigated.

Zero APC in the House of Assembly. It's a wonder o. I was thinking he can be easily impeached but his first game plan will be to win APGA and AA Rep to his side
