If Africa were to be better than America,Africans wouldn't be emigrating from their respective countries in droves in search of green pastures abroad.

I agree with what you said but I just want to add something...there wouldnt have been anything like the colonial period where The Europeans stole alot from Africa without Europeans migrating.

That being said, there is no way they should get the same pay with men even if they do the same amount of work.
If you don't like your pay, tender your resignation letter and find your way out of the company.
You don't wanna be discriminated at work because you are a woman, then go build your own fortune and be the boss of you.

As long as it is the world outside, women will always be below men.

It was just yesterday night i was advising a secondary senior of mine,that has a philandering joke of a husband who is hell bent on getting into the Guinness books of Records for the amount of women he has bedded.

Why the man even got married is puzzling, he should have remained a bachelor and slept around as he wants.

I hate divorces. But when a woman walks away from a cheating husband to spare her life, then i have no problem with that.

The " STAY BECAUSE" of your kids in the marriage mentality in Nigeria should be discouraged. I mean, a woman is faithful to you the husband, and you go carry incurable " WakaWaKa Diseases" then pass it on to the innocent woman.

Shame on you if you are a man, a married one at that, that only does not care about your well being, but to put your wife at risk?shame on you.

Now to the women. If you have a cheating husband, and you know he sleeps around a lot. Especially if he now has a love child(children ) outside his matrimonial home,and you still make excuses for him because you want to remain a MRS. Shame on you too.
