I think a book needs to be published on when to dump a nigerian babe, the signs are so standard it seems they attended the same training. Hides on you FB, hides you on BB, uses other guys for DP, hides her fone/ locks it, sneaks out to recieve fone calls (classic- my own dey tell bobo at 1am say "I am at that place I said I would be", I was left wondering in my sleep where this mysterious place could be cos last time i checked , location was buck nakeed under my duvet)

@ OP, the earlier, the better. I checked out in the morning  wink, u checked out after marriage. It is well - dont overthink it

@Sagamite, you add to the fun I am already having. You asked for the schools I attended in Nigeria. What in God's name has that info got to do with my position on this subject. Is my english bad?  Do you know something? Tonak, the real story teller can also read; why are you standing in the gap for him? Let him be the one to interogate me. You dont stand a chance with me on this one. Of course, this is one of the situations Tonak's story is meant to create and I am still laughing. Sagamite, cheer up! Tonak can fight for himself, or are you BH who must fight for God?
grin grin grin grin grin grin

I am laughing at the bolded. And I am sure several NLers are laughing as well because they know what chance you stand next to me on any issue, any topic.

I am asking for your schools because I want to know the failed institutions that tutored you to use visceral intuition as grounds for dogmatic opinions.

What schools did/do you attend?

@Sagamite, It is not everytime you come up with evidence, there is a''knowing'' that cannot be disputed by Tonak himself. He asks for permission to name the Nlander involved, what a funny guy. He really made me laugh with that and some advised him not to. Who asked him to post his story? Why then does he need permission from us to mention names?

TONAK is a good story teller and knows how to engage people with his fiction. I repeat: ALAWIYE Part V. Thanks for giving me something to laugh at in 2day's 9ja---full of pains. Good and timely spicing!!!!!!!
So it is fiction purely based on your visceral intuition? And you used such tosh to ridicule others for believing it?

So your visceral intuition is "fact"?

Name the schools you attended in Nigeria.

What proof or hints do you have that led you to believe it is fiction?

thameamead:
I don't feel sorry for Kobe, apparently he was advised to make her sign a pre-nup but he was so inlove wit her that he thought there was no need for it, same goes for Thierry Henry, when he was about to marry the model Nicole Merry, his lawyers drew up a pre-nup which she never signed for some bizarre reasons, when they separated she kicked him out of his £6M house in Hampsted, when they decided to divorce, she employed the most expensive lawyer and fought for every penny she could get from him, she was awarded £10M which i think is too much because she hardly contributed anythinh but it serves him right, she's dating the singer from the Street (the Ibo guy) she's told him she has no plans to marry him, clever girl!
They both deserve what they got.

If you don't have a brain, you deserve the consequences of your own actions or inactions.

If I tell a girl to sign pre-nup and she doesn't (or even hesitates annoyedly - in this western world we live in) the marriage is off, without a shadow of a doubt.

Fck her love, fck her fairytale.

Bros, as I keep on telling you guys: Most women don't understand the meaning of "fair", "equal" or "balanced". They just want an advantage that is all. grin

And if you give them the advantage, guess what? They would still dumb your arse (if they are still attractive enough to play in the market) because to them you are a wuss.

As far as I am concerned, most woman will leave a relationship they are not happy with or not interested in (if there is no restraining constraint - financial, aesthetic, baggage) but yet they will scream if it is the other way round. They only want an advantage. undecided

Now is the time to be proactive. . .What does the other guy have that you don't have, ehn?[/quote]This is rubbish advice.

I will say it categorically, unambiguously, inexorably and unequivocally that from the second, the absolutely fcking second, that the babalawo puts the rings on our fingers, divorce is on the cards on my mind. It can be in 5 mins, 2 hours, 3 years, 20 years, 60 years. IT IS ON THE CARDS!

Fck your fairytale! I repeat, unrepentedly, fck your fairytale. If I am not happy because of you and I tell you and I see no change coming, I am off. You are free to do the same.

I am going to live the rest of my life happy without any regrets.

I repeat, I am going to live the rest of my life happy without any regrets. Any woman that thinks only her happiness is priority needs her head examined.

If I get married, I will do my best to make it good. If my best can't, I will leave it. If I find a girl/wife is not happy with me and my efforts are not changing it; she wants me to do ridiculous, ediotic things out of my comfort zone (probably things that would make me unhappy) before she can be happy, before she realises that "it is true love" then I would leave her eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeasily. I watch all that stuff now. Fck your fairytale! Fck your concept of romance!

When I say "do my best", don't think I will sweat. My best to keep a marriage good should not be some kind of laborious process, it should be an almost easy and reasonable set of routines. If that is not enough for a woman, FCK IT, I will go and enjoy my life.

If my reasonable and rational lifestyle and affections is not making you happy, then go.

Relationship is an easy thing, anyone that wants to make it complex, can fck off.

igbo2011:
Racism is very bad in America just because one man made it to be president doesn't mean racism is gone. Black men are still seen as thugs and cops still look at us.  I have klived in America before and racism is everywhere. Go to an all black school then an all white schooland you will see the different.  African Americans have no opportunities for college and other things. Watch this to see what I mean:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kpfMD9gWNf8
Lets stop giving excuses.

Yes, racism might exist and things might not be perfect but it is ABSOLUTELY NO EXCUSE for the rot the black society is in.

Why are black men seen as thugs? Don't they do their best to be seen as thugs? So why are they complaining about when they do?

Lets stop giving excuses.

Apart from the video link you showed me obviously being a contrast between a private and a public school, that is still no excuse for the rot the blacks in America find themselves.

I am sure there are lots of Chinese, Korean and Indian kids that have no option but to attend a poor school and still shine like a million stars.

It is the same lame excuses I hear when I first came to the UK, some useless blacks complaining about not being giving the opportunity. When I see what they had in terms of resources at primary & secondary school, it was a million times better than what I had from my public primary and secondary schooling in Nigeria but yet people like me were still able to come over and excel in the same exams they were doing and failing, or which they are just plainly avoiding to do in the first place. So does Indian, Chinese and other kids excel in the same exams under the same impoverishment.

Lets stop giving excuses.

Let black people fcking work hard and put their heart in it like other "disadvantage" races have been doing instead of rampant, senseless claim of victimisation while they sell drugs, gun each other down and have babies they do not care to take care of.

Lets stop giving excuses.

igbo2011:
Also they don't teach about greeat African history, they want to keep African Americans down and tell them that Africans are backwards. That is why Africans are portrayed badly on TV in America.  Alwways in mudhuts and what not.
And do the likes of Gucci Mane, Lil Wayne and co that have access to the kids teach African history?

Blacks should keep on waiting to be spoon fed and given everything on a plate while they smoke weed and try to be the "cool" ones.

Do they teach Korean or Indian History in the States? Does that stop children from such origins from excelling in school?

Blacks should keep on blaming everyone else but themselves.

Portraying Africans in mudhuts does not stop some black reetard thinking having spinning wheels is the ultimate aspiration instead of a good education, does it?

LOL funny you mention nephews. If you had neices you will see that drama starts from very early on. Even the kids female cat has drama & my daughter is certainly very dramatic  grin

She has had ham sandwiches in her lunch box for weeks now. She requested for ham and refused any other filling. It had to be ham or nothing. All of a sudden on Wednesday she didnt eat any of her lunch so we asked her and she said that she hated ham. The same Jam that she hated a few months ago. Isnt that drama for you?  grin

I will take drama from my daughter, na my pikin. My nephews don't like meat and fish and cry they don't want it (I look at them and think of these kids in Somalia) but when they see me eating they will come and eat it.

Too much drama from an adult though and I would change channel to action. I prefer action films to period dramas. grin

The prevalence of prenuptial agreements (in the West) shows a big failing of the judiciary in relation to marriage laws.

It clearly shows that most wealthy people (men or women) do not trust the legal system to deal with them fairly in the case of a divorce.

I still shake my head at the woman I saw on one year's Forbes rich list, source of wealth: Divorce Settlement.
Lunatic laws.

But politicians don't want to change it because it favours women and they feel there is no political capital in changing it.

I will never understand why anyone should legally get stupendiously rich from money they never earned and which was not given to them out of free will.

Sagamite, you are still on this matter. Just look at it this way. You will not take rubbish from women in general but will make an exception of one who you think has the X-factor you want in a female (as your wife, I expect). Let me tell you: there is no woman without drama, we just have to learn to cope with them.

It is not like we as men are perfect too, women have to learn to cope with us as well.
An exceptional one that I think has X-factor will not give me rubbish, otherwise she herself will not want to be with me as I no be agric chicken.

Let her have her drama but she should make sure it is not as popular as EastEnders, let it be subtle and stale.

As I have grown older, I am very comfortable with walking away at any stage in a relationship. She can huff and puff and say but we have been together for X years, we have history. If I am not happy and not getting what I want for an extended period, I have communicated it to you and it is not likely you intend to change, then we are history.

I aint coping with shyt! grin

Trust me, if you are not what a woman wants and she has options to switch, she would without a shred of contrition. Look at J.Lo na. grin

I will get myself a fresh, new one. If she doesn't want that to happen, she better quit hollywood storyline and be a good partner without drama.
