Family › Re: 7 Reasons Why Some Guys Marry Late by Sagamite(m): 1:19am On Jul 05, 2015 |
XavierBlue: Ladies love to marry early, but men will go for the opposite. Women wonder why they have to wait till they are older before possessing such thoughts. Ladies may marry as early as 20 but men is a rarity.
1. The commitment thingy.
The whole commitment thingy is scary. Don't tell them they'll have to commit their whole life to one lady when there are millions and other varieties out there The thing is, it easy for a lady to make a commitment but not for a man.
2. Scared of their decision.
Men always get scared of marrying the wrong person. He still posses doubt even when he's sure of the one he vouched. 3. An end to his bachelorhood. Once you're married, your free life and fun get cuts off. Guys are scared to leave that in a hurry as being a bachelor can be fun. They want to enjoy lives so that once they're married, they won't cheat. So they believe
4. Hustling or making money first. Men want to be more than comfortable before looking towards marriages. They want to make money, have more cars, houses and wealth before going to the alter.
5. Polygamous in nature.
Men are naturally women lovers. And commiting to one for the rest of their lives is not a decision that will be hurriedly taken . They want to sow their royal oats before before settling to one , perhaps a virgin
6. Their friends.
Ladies Marry early because their friends married early or want to marry early. Men don't want to hear of such words, money and fun maybe the thing on their mind. To them marriage na future sontin
7. Who to trust when they have the money.
This is another reason. After making money and acquiring wealth, they don't know who to trust as every female that comes their way might be regarded a gold digger who only comes for his hard hustled money and not his love. They don't know who to trust or stick to. in their quest to find a trustable partner, they end up marrying late.
Feel free to add yours

stan241: What you don't understand is that some folks only saw highlights of yekini but never got to fully watch him play, i never understood how good his link up play was till i saw Drogba years later...yekini was pure class And that is where you are on point! Yekini I think had the highest goals for any African national team (bar Hossam Assam) until Drogba came into the frame. He was our most prolific striker who was very intelligent in front of goal and out of the box. He had the muscle, pace, positioning, speed, dribbling [at pace], shot accuracy and aerial power. The worst thing is that looking at him, you will never refer these attributes to him. Extremely intelligent player that only Okocha can claim to be Nigeria's best player before him. No other Nigerian striker has matched up to that since. He was such a prolific goal scorer that when you hear he is on the team sheet, you will be like " at least I know we will score, let the opposition just not score more". Opportunist my arsse! |

arsetalks: So you criticised Kanu's inclusion and ignore that of Mikel? And what f*ck the Kanu did at national team level?
Won African best for Nigeria, killed Brazil for Nigeria, was second highest goal scorer behind Oruma at Japan 1993, first ever golden goal? Helped Nigeria to 3 bronze medals and 1 silver at Afcon. Not enough?
What did Mikel do? Shall we do it? What nonsense! I already said the whole list is rubbish, I just used Kanu to exemplify it. So why are you moronically asking me to defend Mikel? Secondly how are the moronic " Won African best for Nigeria, killed Brazil for Nigeria, was second highest goal scorer behind Oruma at Japan 1993, first ever golden goal" relevant to him being the best? Another of the moronic "pick from your arsse" selective methodology I was alluding to? Let me join you in such moronicity: Ifeanyi Udeze is Nigeria's best ever fullback because he reached the ANC final for Nigeria twice, he passed the ball to Okocha 49 times, he played in 3 different countries and he played in the inaugural UEFA-CAF Meridian Cup.Can you see how "fine" the Nigerian ratings style is now? Ediot is telling me someone is the greatest because he scored the first ever golden goal. Nigerian are so reetarded it is shocking. |

farano: Here are some things that set these kinds of girls apart:
3. They don't avoid eye contacts. When it comes to attraction, eye contact does a lot. If a girl locks eyes with you, looks away, then looks back at you all within about 20seconds, she's interested .
5. They focus on their strengths and not their weaknesses. They spend most of their time using their strengths to get what they want.
6. Smile! Smiling is by far the most effective things smart girls do to attract men . It sends the signal to men that you're happy, friendly and approachable These are the only ones that stand out that I can vouch for. 3. and 6. are two areas black girls will fail on miserably. Being able to practice those are powerful as it means the girl can easily make the guy she wants feel welcomed, comfortable and encouraged. These are things many black girls actually think is a taboo despite wanting a man. 5. Means she is highly likely to be sexy. Who no want sexy girl. You will see a girl that is set die, absolutely gorgeous, but she would still be moaning about some little imperfection. Irritates the fck out of me. |

mans114: Nigeria’s top five rated players of all time By Mansur Abubakar Since the formation of Nigeria’s first national football team in 1949 which was coached by the famous Fulham star' John (Jack) Finch, the country has went on to produce some of the brightest players in the history of the game. From the Christian Chukwu inspired side that landed Eagles their first African Cup of Nations trophy in 1980 to the immensely talented ‘dream team’ which took the world by storm in 1994 (many also describe it as the best of all time).
All manner of stars have adorned the green and white before going on to achieve stardom, international recognition and trophies alike, these five players are the most highly rated as far as football in Nigeria is concerned.
5 Stephen Keshi- present coach of the senior national team who apart from guiding Eagles to their third AFCON title in South Africa two years ago also enjoyed a sterling playing career with both Nigeria and a host of clubs in Europe.
A no nonsense centre back who was occasionally drafted as a holding midfielder, Keshi got his debut at the age of 17 in 1989 and went on to captain the team to both the Tunisia 94 AFCON triumph and their first FIFA World Cup, gaining over 80 caps on the way.
His record with Belgian side Anderlecht is also admirable having being part of the team that clinched the league and cup double in 1993, today Coach Keshi is one of the most decorated and recognized ex Nigerian players.
4 John Obi Mikel- came to limelight during the 2005 U17 World Cup in Holland where he almost eclipsed arguably the greatest player of all time, Lionel Messi to the coveted Golden Ball due to his mesmerizing display at the tournament which made many rate him among the three most talented footballers in the world at the time.
Apart from being part of the 2013 AFCON winning side in Johannesburg, Mikel’s Eagles career can best be described as average but Chelsea FC of England is where the midfielder has really made his name, being part of the team that has won three EPL titles, four FA Cups, three League cups, UEFA Champions League and the Europa League.
All that meant this list would have been incomplete without including the former Lyn Oslo player who due to his talents was at the centre of a transfer tussle between Manchester United and Chelsea in 2006. Today he is no longer a first team player in the ‘Blues’ team but will go down as one of Nigeria’s biggest exports in football.
3 Rashidi Yekini- No one is yet to break his goal scoring record for Eagles having netted 46 times in 94 appearances. Was the focal point of Clement Westerhoff’s amazing team of 1994 where he scored vital screamers that helped landed the ‘Tunisia 94’ AFCON title. Scored Nigeria’s first ever goal at a FIFA World Cup against Bulgaria in USA with his goal net celebration stuck in the minds of millions of football lovers till date.
In Europe, Yekini didn’t disappoint either, notching up goals wherever he went to from Boavista, Vitoria Setubal to swiss side Young Boys, the Kwara born star was able to achieve high international rating and stardom during his playing days, may God bless his soul.
2 Austin Jay Jay Okocha- He remains Nigeria’s most technically gifted player till date, he was able to do things no one could do with the ball. The great Pele once said of him “Okocha is the only African player that could walk straight into the Brazil national team” what a compliment from the legendary player.
Another player from the great 1994 team, starting his career with Eintracht Frankfurt in the Bundesliga (one of his goals is rated among the top three in the history of the league) by 1998 Okocha was Africa’s most expensive player when he moved from Fenerbahce to Paris Saint Germain after the World Cup.
His stint with Bolton Wanderers is still fresh in the minds of football crazy EPL fans where he mesmerized English top flight with his abundant of skills. Bolton fans just like Nigerians rates him among their best of all time having helped them avoid the drop several times not forgetting guding them to the league cup.
Nwankwo Kanu- What haven’t been said about this player, this week a pub in South London which celebrates a legendary hero every week, wrote this about their ‘man of the week’.
“ inspired Nigeria to Olympic gold in 1996, overcame heart bypass surgery to win numerous trophies with Arsenal including being part of the invincibles of 2004 not forgetting FA Cup win for Pompey, all hail King Kanu “ they wrote on their board
Kanu was already an Eredivise and UEFA Champions league title winner with Ajax at the age of 17 before engineering the miracle of Atlanta 1996 despite being close to death at the time. His inability to lift the AFCON is the only blip in the career of Nigeria’s most highly rated and respected player. Nigerians and their stewpid ratings. What metrics did this author use to come up with this junk? People just pull opinions from their arsse and then say "Top", "Best", "Most" etc without explaining or it being obvious what their methodology was. What the fck did Kanu do at National team or club level to be the most rated? Nonsense! |

Anyone telling you how you live your life (within the limits of the local laws) can fck off. That said, when you choose to live your life in a certain way, then be willing to accept the consequenses of your choice. Accepting the consequences of your own choices is what it is about. Basically, be "responsible" for your choice. If it works for you, good. If it does not, bad luck. If tall and gorgeous men are into you after that, congratulations. If not, please don't start insulting/belittling them or screaming lack of fairness because they are making their own choice. |
