LadyFiona: haha!!!
You're in with sagamite, that guy is a cretinous fucktarrd. Oh god!!, watching both of you in 10D.
Grabs my popcorn and Hennessey. You are a cretinous fuuktard! Is it your family's God you just insulted? Mixty: In Nas's voice - negro pleeeeeease...Never knew you were this dumb and myopic. Can you mention the exams people write in aviation, marine, engineering, oil/gas or even the medical industry You are so full of yourself thinking the accounting/management profession is one of the few 'major' professions . Back in those days, only the dullards read management courses. Even in the labour market, the engineers dust the management graduates to gain jobs in the banks and the big 4. Poo on management / accounting field bro...it's a no man's field. Every dick, tom and harry can excel in such. I am not braggadocios but lemme say a lil about myself - you are actually right. I was a child of the hustle. During my time in the labour market searching for a good living, I got to the final stage of one of the big 4. But I didn't go for the interview. Why? Cos I got better offers elsewhere. So fcvk it! You ain't a superstar if all you can only think within your tiny box called 'management consulting', a very vague term by the way. Every broke and jobless guy out there claims to be a 'consultant'. Negro, you are broke! So stop being daft and bow! You are a daft cretinous fuuktard! You want to excuse your stupidity? Why do you make it so easy to humiliate you? Lol! That was a joke. You don't make it easy, it is just easy because you are a ................fuuuktard. Cretins are always easy to humiliate. First of all, fuuktard, Articles is not the name of the exam accountants write, you cretin. Secondly, in virtually all parts of the world, some of the premier career lines are Law, Medicine and Accountancy. Cretin, any well educated and knowledgeable person should have an idea of the exams in those 3 areas. And you are so cretinous to say you have "brightened your knowledge"? Who the fck gives a shit about what exam you do as a carpenter or plumber? I can't believe this fuukard just said accountancy has historically not been a major religion. Fuuktard, which failed institution produced you? You got better offers but are still unemployed? |

zendy: Everyday, everyone makes change based on "might". There is no certainty in life. Nigeria is already a failed nation anyway so we lose nothing by trying something different. I don't think you understand the meaning of "failed nation". It is just something you have heard and decided to use. |

zendy: That's why that country should split up so that the different people can go and create nations that might work What a steewwpid statement. So you should make a change for "might"? Creating different nations would make the leaders and followers more useful? |

zendy: As an Igbo man, that sort country would have been worse than the one we live in right now and would be unacceptable. Nigeria just doesn't work as a nation. Nigeria does not work as a nation because of its diversity and difference. Nigeria does not work as a nation because of its useless leaders and useless followers. People with a poor mentality. |

KevinDein: trust me, Southerners living in slums like somolu, makoko, ajegunle, and some other slums in Ibadan, aba, Onitsha etc probably have the worst standard of living in the country. I mean have you been to makoko of recent? no northerner living in north has it that bad. true story; been there seen it all. this isn't hearsay. thank God for our huge land mass. we don't have slums like those in the south. Yep. You are right. That said, even those in the listed slums are making more money than those in vast parts of the north. They chose to live in those horrible and worst conditions because of "hope" and "opportunities". Something not existing in many parts of the North. They live on "contentment". |

Should I blame it on the devil or people from my village?
Why this time? Blame it on Mixty who is looking for an interview. |

zendy: If the North had been the ones who had Oil and sea-port, they would have divided Nigeria a long time ago and declared "Arewa Republic". That's one of the reasons why I laugh at anyone who believes on "One Nigeria". They would not have divided Nigeria. They would have ruled Nigeria as a semi-theocracy where they dominate and the rest would be second class citizens. That is how the Arabs and Muslim countries, those they mostly like to imitate, rule when with absolute power. Go look at Sudan, Egypt, Pakistan and Malaysia. |

Rawani: Most southerners have a warped view of what the North looks like. Its just like when foreigners think of Nigeria, all they imagine are the slums of Lagos, the poverty in the creeks, and destitutes in the north because that is what is served up in the media. Only bad news is good news in the news industry as they say. Similarly all southerners imagine are almajiri's, scorched earth devoid of vegetation, and extreme poverty everywhere. The fact is some of the most beautiful and developed cities are situated in the north (Kano, Kaduna, Jos etc.) but due to ethnic misgivings, skewed reporting and misleading statistics, most southerners remain oblivious of this fact till they visit. Ask the ones that have (not corpers posted to villages in Katsina o )
This thread might help...
https://www.nairaland.com/1945471/true-face-north Trust me. Majority of the North are destitute zones without modern amenities. There might not be slums as there is enough land for the population to spread out, but virtually all the areas are still medieval with millions of people roaming the streets without education and jobs. |

Business › Re: Top Ten Foolish Ways Nigerians Loose Money by Sagamite(m): 2:53pm On Jun 29, 2015 |
YouthsPC0: There are several ways Nigerians loose money on a daily basis , while some are unavoidable others are ,below is a list of the top ten ways Nigerian loose money and why
1.Unnecessary Parties
It is estimated that Lagosian's spend close to 40 billion naira annually on parties alone .
Most analyst have argued that most of these parties are completely unnecessary and most times do not add value to either the host or the guests.
2. Insisting on Designers, Labels, and Brands
From groceries to clothing to prescription drugs, you can save money by choosing an off-brand over a fancy label. And in many cases, you won't sacrifice much in quality. Clever advertising and fancy packaging don't make brand-name products better than lesser-known brands.
For example, generic drugs can cost as much as 80% less than their brand-name alternatives.
3. Shopping at the wrong store
If you are Particular about price then don't just walk into any store , a Bottle of drink at MM2 will cost you almost thrice the amount you buy it at your neighborhood fast food outlet , a supermarket in victoria Island will not sell Gala at the price you get it in Oshodi
4. Paying for "ashoebi" you may Never wear again,
Today, almost all weddings, burials,Birthdays and even naming ceremonies now have a uniforms which organizers use in adding color and or liquidating their guests ! This is one of the Biggest drain pipes in most low income Families who can hardly afford three square meals but are willing to mortgage their 5 months salary for a 2 hours programme!
5. Maintaining a Fleet of Cars
Most people keep a fleet of car to show the world they have arrived , However they fail to realize that their cars start diminishing in value the moment they drove out of the show room . The Insurance ,licensing , and maintenance is an unnecessary expense for a vehicle you drive once in a month!
6. Multiple Girlfriends or Sugar Boys.
Women are wonderful creatures, history is replete with men who died because of women only to have those women become concubines of the men who killed their lovers .
A Man with a retinue of girlfriends will have to Buy Credit for Shade , change wardrobe for Ngozi and pay house rent for Fatima all these add up to keep the young mans account in perpetual red !
In the same vein women are reinventing slavery but this time on a different dimension, they have mastered the act of keeping "Bingos" whose only duty is allegiance to the Bosom of a woman old enough to be their mothers .
One peculiar thing about these "bingos" is the Fact that they have taste as such keeping many "Bingos" sometimes leave a tsunami effect on the bank account !
7. Leaving Your Money in a Low-Interest Account
If you're stashing your cash in a traditional savings account earning next to nothing, you're wasting it. Make sure you're getting the best return on your money. Fix any money you don't need and earn good returns from your bank instead of paying account management fees to a bank which charges you for using your money.
8. Not Pulling the Plug on Electronics
If you use a prepaid meter this is one of the reasons your credits develop wings.
Electronics that have a clock or operate by remote are typical culprits. The obvious way to pull the plug on your energy vampires is to do just that -- pull the plug. Or buy a device to do it for you, such as a Smart Strip Power Strip which will stop drawing electricity when the gadgets are turned off and pay for itself within a few months.
9. Buying at the Wrong time !
This mistake could some times have devastating effect Its is dangerous to Buy a Land or House during dry season because the area might be prune to floods or the Land could be waterlogged .
Building during raining season on the other hand also has some advantages
1. Cost of Building materials especially cement falls
2.Molding Blocks and water supply for concretes works could be made easier especially for those in arid areas
10. Borrower !
Pls Borrow me =N= 500,000 I have a business deal I must close tonight?
Many people have lost millions and made great and wicked enemies just because they choosed to help.
The wisdom here is never lend out an amount you are not willing to forget!
Any business that is too good to be true is too Good to be legal!
