Lolz419: When i was a kid, there is this funny song that we usually listen to "I for done marry, gogoro na u cause am o, I for done marry kaikai na u cause o oo". It was funny then and we used to sing it whenever we see an addicted drunkard, I never knew a bigger addiction was waiting for me ahead. One thing is sure, bet9ja virtual (gambling in general) have rendered and prevented many youths from progressing in life. Gambling business is programmed in such a way that many people must loose for them to able to pay the few that will win. Without many people loosing, they won't be able to stay in business. They are providing basically nothing. They are not adding value, they are not rendering service, they are producing nothing. They just want you to bring your hard earned money to try your luck in something you can never control. The opertors have maximum control of virtual games(baby), they determine when and how to win. When it no longer favour them, they rewrite the disk, you are at their mercy. You can never hit them If you understand what match fixing is, that is exactly how virtual, zoom, etc are programmed.
I was a victim of virtual gambling until August 2022 when i realised all these and concluded I have been a fool. Since then, my life is changing for the better and i am happy I made that decision. I will be 30 soon and i dont want my story to end up like that song for the drunkard.
Please quit virtual gambling and if possible quit all form of gambling
imagine me going home happy that I have won today, meanwhile 20 others are crying home that they have lost. Tomorrow could be my turn to cry. Is that the circle of life I want for myself? Meanwhile the operators never cry Think about it Thank God for your redemption Go and play no more |

descarado: Lol at London old boys association. These people host parties every weekend. That's where you see politicians spend stolen money. They can sleep with whomever they like.
When I was in Nigeria, I was invited to one of these parties in London as a married woman. May have been divorced by now, who knows if I had indicated interest. I have an older naija lady I met through work. She has more than 15 boxes filled with asoebi. This lady partied and partied. Divorced 2 husbands. Presently living alone and about to retire. What does she have. Nothing. Still building retirement home. A bungalow. And she has been in uk for 2 decades. I saw clips of their numerous parties. I will rather go to church( I hate going to church actually) than those places. Almost all the ladies bleach. Lots of pancake on their faces. It's all about eho slept with who. The most generous politician etc.
And yep, all these actresses join them. Never seen a country as materialistic as Nigeria. Snd we want to curb corruption. Goodluck to us. The sad reality |

fxexperts: You are very correct.
I dont think you are right, she is a cheating bitch who is easily swayed by emotions, and as we know emotions are quite unreliable, because human emotions most time a deceptive they tend to always want what they perceived that they cant have. If you are chasing two girls and one easily agree to become yours even if she genuinely loved you and the other one who has no interest in you and refused your advances will be the one your emotions will be so attracted to, and you will in turn so value any little time the other lady who rejected decide to spend with you. That is the deceptive nature of our emotions, until you learn to master your emotions you will be a slave to it. The useless Farida had a husband who genuinely loved her. but she in turn chose to cheat on him, disrespected him and ended up divorcing him to be with a man who never really cared about her, am sure she is regretting her decision hence her reason for wanting to commit suicide, they should just let her commit her suicide in peace abeg. Really?😂 |

Bianca have represented Anambra before as Ambassador to Spain, when the State was asked to nominate a candidate for Ambassadorial post. Akeredolu's wife is from Owerri, they refused to give her ticket, they asked her to go to Ondo where she is married to and become a senator....
The issue is that you are just a daft ignoramus that prefers wallowing in darkness than to accept the fact that you are empty.
Diezani Madueke, constitutionally and traditionally is from Enugu State. As long as she is still married to Allison Madueke.
Senator Stella Oduah, married a Warri man. Since they divorced, she is no longer married to him, that's why she is representing Anambra North, where she is from Who says a woman cannot contest ? Your kinsmen to Betty Akeredolu: Betty, go to your husband's Ondo state and contest for election not here in Your father's Imo state". Your Kinsmen to Bianca Ojukwu: Bianca, go to your Father's Enugu state and contest for election not here in your husband's Anambra" Double standard Confused hypocrites |

Dear Op, my people have an adage it is: Aiki lo kabo ile ejo , ka tun sore. It means we don't come back from court to become friends. Arresting your husband may be right or wrong but what happens when he is released? If you were arrested as a wife, will you be happy with your husband and let everything go back to normal when you are released? Especially in this part of the world.
If you still want a happy marriage after a dispute, police station should not be an option. In the sight of the law, you are right but culturally you are not.

CurtisNaro: Sheriff, the Journey so far
The elections have come and gone, and Winners have been sworn into all categories of office. Today we take a look at the office of the governor of Delta State, which is currently occupied by Chief Sheriff Oberivwori. During the campaign, Governor Sheriff made it clear he would listen more and do more, and with what we have seen so far, he is living up to expectations. Let's take a look at some of the highlights of his first month and a half in office. On the 2nd of June, the governor swore in the new secretary to the Delta State government, Dr. Kingsley Emu, and also Senator Emmanuel Aguariawodo as senior political adviser. The appointment was swift, and the choice of the governor showed he is a man who values and understands the importance of having experienced hands in government. The appointment also showed that he is proactive and knows what he wants to do. Not resting on that, on the 5th of June, he visited the Ughelli-Asaba dualization road to inspect the level of work done as part of his Urban renewal plan. He emphasized the importance of the road and urged the workers to make sure it was completed by the stipulated time.
On the 12th of June, he made a courtesy visit to the Asaba Specialist Hospital, where survivors of the Bayelsa State Football Supporters Club who had a fatal accident at the Kwale axis of the Ughelli/Asaba road were receiving treatment. He prayed with them and encouraged them while also providing financial aid to them. He also used the opportunity to visit other patients and purchase an artificial leg for a diabetic patient whose leg was amputated. He also praised the Chief Medical Director and her team for their proactive approach to patients. On the 23rd of June, the governor was at it again with his team, visiting the ongoing project sites in Okpanam and Asaba. During the visit, the governor inspected the state high court complex in Asaba and also phase I and phase II of the flood control measures around Madonna College Road in Okpanam and the drainage channel around Koka. He expressed his satisfaction with the calibre of work they produced and his appreciation for their efforts. Perhaps the most interesting highlight so far was his visit to Warri, Effurun, and environs on the 26th of June.
Governor Sheriff is the first governor to ever go around the interior areas of the cities of Warri and Effurun. He didn’t just drive past the major roads, but those areas known as Ikoro or ghetto were visited by the governor, and when he got to the axis of the first marine gate, the people greeted the governor with so much joy and complained bitterly about how they had been in darkness for a long time due to the bad transformer. The governor immediately ordered a new transformer to be brought to the people of the first marine gate through the local government chairman. I’m pleased to add that the transformer was delivered two weeks after that time.
The governor was also seen personally taking pictures of the bad spots on various parts of the roads that were driven through, and he sent the pictures to the permanent secretary for documentation to visit those places with developments. He also inspected the renovation of the Warri township stadium and the Warri/Effurun stormwater projects, the Ewulu/Isheagu road, and the Otovwodo junction in Ughelli, where he ordered the relocation of the Delta appreciation park and the Otovwodo market in Ughelli. The governor also inspected ongoing projects in the Delta Central Senatorial District to ensure sustainable, high-quality job delivery. However, he complained of the progress of the job being impeded by structures erected by canals on their pathway.
On the 19th of July, the governor also sent the names of nominees for appointment as commissioners to the Delta State House of Assembly for screening and confirmation. Amongst these six nominees were people who had served in the previous administration, showing the dynamism of this governor to mix experience with newbies. On the 25th of July, the governor, on a visit to the Prof. Chike Edozien secretariat, announced the approval of the payment of promotion arrears to the state workforce amounting to about five billion naira.
It’s important to note that he made this promise during his campaign, and he has fulfilled it in that regard. On the 7th and 8th of August, bulldozers and soldiers, along with government officials, were seen in the city of Warri and its environs going about to specific areas to demolish buildings erected on drainage paths. It’s also important to note that the owners and occupants of these buildings were given due notice before the commencement of the demolition. There is still much work to be done and a lot yet to be attended to by the State Governor, but with what we have seen so far, there is hope for Delta State. Written by Curtis Arawore emailcurtisarawore@gmail.com You guys have started hyping the new Governor😁 That's how you hyped the former Governor, Okowa calling him the "Road master" yet he failed to deliver.😂 @tutudesz |
