wildlife9999:Pls explain..... |
mattmogan88:Lolz, it's well we still dey wait for name of device we him dey use.... That one will give us better understand of him statement ![]() |
mattbass:No Wahala, try the steps I outlined above and give us feedback, na all of us dey this umiversity |
VEXT:Really? Thought you posted the Umidigi one phone that wasn't coming up... So which phone do u use? |
ceejay80s:Na only me and u get wanlesanhe oh. It became too expensive after we bought and Anjing was a cheaper alternative..... So no worry u get partner for the house ![]() |
Chai this thread will never fail to make me smile... Abeg make Una calm down oh. Make Una leave @vext alone jare, the thing dey pain, no matter how cheap the phone is, but like someone above said, the life time warranty for phones is 2yrs max, after then even manufacturers will not renew ur warranty. @vext though I understand ur plight I think u're taking it too personal, from the looks of the phone u posted, that phone was WELL used. But let's forget that and look at a solution, plug ur phone to a computer and check if the indicator light comes up, if it does leave it plugged for awhile most likely the battery has over drained and needs to be topped up slowly (u can also use a 1amp charger for this too). If it doesn't work, check if it makes a noise when connected to ur computer, if it does, then head to the Umidigi community webpage and download the ROM for ur device and flash, ur device should come back to life. If all above fails then I believe the device has had a good life, u can crap it and sell as parts. Then a word of wisdom from oga Lexus, don't buy a dog and expect it to work like a donkey, if u want durable devices u must be ready to pay for it. There's a reason they have categories from budget devices to flagship, each has a place and a cost attached thereof..... Cheers |
ceejay80s:Yes oh, my brotherman.... It's a continuous learning process.... ![]() |

eleojo23:Spot on.... |
remi2good:Like I always say, the longevity of batteries is based on an understanding of the charging algorithm. If u follow manufacturers specifications u rarely go wrong. Your battery can bulk charge to 15v and float at 13.8v if u had used the manual setting on the Anjing while charging, then u were charging at more than 16.4v, which of sustained with definitely destroy a cell in ur battery, the more reason it is written in the manual that the manual function should not be used without supervision. Secondly, if ur battery already had a bad ( u can identify this when ur battery heats up astronomically when charging) then the pulse charger will only make it worse, as it will continue to pump in current to the battery while try to reduce resistance. So In The long run, u'll just get an even bigger problem than u started with. Lastly, allow the battery to cool down for some hours and use ur rechargeable fan to charge it as normal (slow charge) u might be lucky to get it back the way it was. We all learn everyday and like I always tell me DIY friends, every mistake is a learning curve. Cheers.... |
earthrealm:Your first statement is quite correct and the 2 chargers have different functionalities with the same goal, the foxsur is mainly a pulse repair charger with ability to trickle charge while desulphation happens by the pulsing current. However, the Anjing is first and foremost a bulk charger and only enters the pulse repair mode when trickle charging after battery is full. So while Anjing is a bulk charger with pulse repair function, the Foxsur is a pulse repair charger with a trickle charger attached, it's a case of heads or tails which wins .But let's also bear in mind, the Foxsur has an 8a max charging capacity, so while it's very good for small batteries such as car battery, golf cart battery etc it will take days if not weeks to fully charge up a decent sized battery and yes the pulse charging starts immediately if programmed to do that but cannot be effective until the battery is fully charge and in a float of at least 13.4v. The Anjing on the other hand will charge full and begin the pulse charge at 1amp and less and reduces as the internal resistance is chipped away. So I guess it's a thing of choice, I don't see any of the above being better it all boils down to usage and preference. My 2 kobo..... |
ugonna1054:Can u look at the stickers at the back of those appliances and give us the current wattage they use, this will aid in calculating backup time in respect to ur desired battery bank. |
ugonna1054:1. Luminous 900va and 100ah battery (pure sine wave for me any day and twice on Sunday)..... ![]() |
wilmaria14:The capacity of the inverter is not the issue, the main issue here is the capacity of his battery bank for someone wanting 24hrs power |
Tolutopsy:This is not realistic on ur budget and estimated load, except u're going solar and ur batter bank will be quite an investment..... |
remi2good:We await your review.... |
So unfortunate..... |
DestinyToRule:I have a Redmi note 5a prime 3gb 32gb rom, quote if interested.... NB: Bootloader is unlocked... |
Jecyangel:I received 2 packages that arrived Nigeria since the 17th of November on AliExpress. The truth is Nipost isn't 2hat it used to be, so calm down u'll definitely get ur package, the only question is when...... |
Olamak1:If you say so, guess I failed mathematics then..... ![]() |
Olamak1:₦402 as at this evening ![]() |
haywire1:The pictures you posted just answered ur questions, the 650w is 12v so u can use a single battery, while the 1.2kva is 24v and therefore will use 2 batteries. But be mindful blue gate is modified sine wave and not pure sine wave, so u can use this for a start together with an external charger while u better equip urself to get a solid pure sine wave inverter. Cheers brotherman.... |
Lexusgs430:Egbon I don retire from presale oh, my heart isn't as strong as it used to be, so am taking life easy ![]() |
earthrealm:I agree with this breakdown completely. ![]() |
muyannie:Bros even before u start, pls scarp the idea of a deep freezer, refrigerator can be accommodated for a few hours but be mindful that ur consumption will go through the roof and u might need double ur energy needs just because of it. Just my 2kobo... Cheers brotherman |

remi2good:Lolz , I have for sale if interested..... |
haywire1:No I don't but why would u want an off-grid modified sine wave inverter? Ur appliances are in big trouble. I only bought mine for test PURPOSES ONLY |
