Spec:

Front Camera: 2-5MP
OS Version: 7.0 above
Battery: 4000mAh
RAM: 2GB
SD: 16GB

I know this is off topic

U forgot to state Ur budget

sulasa07:
Even me self dey laugh when I read his posts, two devices at the same time.

Bros afraid no catch u, from 2 blood relations oh, abeg nobody fit convince me again, Na surely village People

But seriously who pays these trolls cos it's kinda getting boring. Are our local phone company so desperate that they pay trash talkers to come out and disgrace themselves? Damn it's just damn competition, if you make a good product sh*t sells itself, who has seen an umidigi advert or even one by Xiaomi, yet people are afraid of the right change.

Oh well let dem continue, we still dey watch dem like Telemundo

lilachiever:
Picture or go away with your market-spoiling rant.

This is the 4th Umi phone I'm buying and none gave me problem.

I can screenshot my Jumia order page for you to see.

U guys have time, I would have expected him to give us a usage history but no, he didn't. All he can do is apportion blames and to think people will just agree without asking questions is mind blowing..... 2 phones dead in one week? Definitely village people at work

Lexusgs430:
The witch cried yesterday(trolls), the baby died today(story story)............

But who am I to concur/dispute, another person's experience........

Savagery in play

ojeysky:
For LFP? I have some adjustable current and voltage 12v 50A chargers that just came in. It's 50k each.

Can it be used for lead acid battery?

ojeysky:
Battery and inverter for that price or was it a typo?

I think that's just for the inverter

Qsand:
I have 50k

Sorry I'm not the one u should be quoting, do quote the right guy, Ur deal might just go through.

veekid:
Omo, this thread dey fly, who go buy my few weeks old RN8 (4/64)? Make I taste this RN9s

Put it up on the thread store with Ur price and pics and u're good to go.

Gbam gbos gbos.... Plenty people go buy phone for dream oh..... Abeg make I run comot for here

eleojo23:
During our time, we used to read this thread like a daily devotional. You don't skip any page even if the page is full of fights.
But now...

#Good old days...

Na so bros, case of an over-pampered child

Carmal90:
In summary the phone is good, it made my A3 pro look like toy...
I don't actually do much on phone, no game playing, all I do is constant surfing of internet with my Fuji music....power 3 battery is super strong, what am I saying sef..super super strong, contrary to many belief, the camera wasn't bad as it dwarfed all those tecno I have tested it with, most especially at night...
So in a nutshell, a great phone.

Nice review, but that phone heavy sha. Reminds me of my oukitel k6000 plus. That phone battery was the bomb then.
Still have it in my cupboard sef

fibonacci2526:
The answer to your question is literally 6/7 posts above yours.

Is it that people just open the thread to drop questions and can not even bother to read at least a page or 2 before they do?

Me sef tire oh, same questions over and over again when a simple track back could solve the ish. It's even easier to just do a search and it takes u directly to Ur enquiry.

Nigerians no Sabi read, @genius43 u dey try. Well done bro

Carmal90:
Do you have/ know ways I can go ahead with this sir?

Not really but there are guys here on nairaland that would buy and ship for u at very affordable rates and cheaper exchange rates too.

I'll up some of their ads and forward to u

Carmal90:
That is where the actual work comes in, because I don't think it will be economical wise to depend on nipost.

Nope not when u're buying in bulk. Single orders are fine but for bulk purchase, use people who can ship for u.

Carmal90:
The only issue is getting to know if those store will be ready to shipped to an agent in China..

Of it is, it's even the best way since u'll have someone who will handle the shipping ish for u

sleemoon:
am thinking of diving into the business... me and wifey still discuss it yesterday night... still thinking about the logistics problem... once I can clear my head... in sha Allah.... ll start small like 2-3units & see how far... i pray finances comes through

Awesome idea, while at it u could also selling spares and accessories for the hottest selling phone, easy money..... Shhhhhhh Na expo I dey give u so oh.

Unbeatable2:
Thanks for your comment. But it's the tracking page that is messing with my head. You can actually place order on weekends & get it on time, I've had the experience. Just that Covid-19 has affected a lot of things thats why I asked for clarification.

I think it was just a flop on their side, good to know u're aware that's things ain't the same due to Covid-19, but all in all u'll get Ur device soon

Elder0001:
You need to be shot.

No need wasting precious bullets, dead Man walking.....

Elder0001:
Why don’t you guys buy in bulk and sell just like those xiaomi marketers do on this platform?
Ordering from jumia and aliexpress is unnecessary stress that most people wouldn’t want to go through.

Business models are different and opinions too differ. If u can start it, I don't see anything bad in it. But my opinion is why reinvent the wheel?

Unbeatable2:
Chai.. u are not helping matters bro..

Calm down bro, u'll get Ur package soon. I know the feeling when u're expecting a new wife, the suspense can kee person

Elder0001:
Umidigi doesn’t have stores or serious presence in this country unlike oppo, xiaomi and vivo?

That means the only way to get their phones is via jumia and aliexpress. Shame.

Pls can you clarify why it's a shame?

11Anonymous:
Perhaps there was a mistake in tracking.
If the package is ready for pickup, you will be contacted via SMS, email and a phone call.

It seems this is your 1st time of buying from Jumia.
Saturday to Tuesday is too close to get your phone, Saturday and Sunday is not a working day. You should get it by Friday.

Spot on

Unbeatable2:
Please how long does it take Jumia Express to deliver goods outside Lagos (other state)?

I placed A7 Pro order on Saturday (1:46pm), yesterday I saw on the tracking page that it's approaching the last phase (pick up station), this morning, I opened the tracking page only to find out it went back to the beginning phase (phase2).. I'm confused..

Please someone should help me to explain the duration it will take to deliver to other state & what these changes mean.. please

Jumia express delivery within Lagos is 24 - 72hrs, any delivery outside Lagos is an extra 3-4days, please let's try to read terms and conditions of Service.

sleemoon:
since yall posting your battery usage lemme join the band wagon....

Umidigi F2 guys

Warrahe*** are u for real? This is pure intimidation. Enjoy bro

*how is d battery life?
From my usage in the last few days .. I can use a full 100% till 0% for more than 14hrs .
The battery life is okay .. 9/10.
Right now I have 42% on it .. last time I charged was yesterday 11:50pm

*how improved is d camera over d a5 pro?
I don't have a5 pro not used it before ..
But camera isn't all that great say 7/10
Why is bcus the stock camera has very bad saturation or color added to the final produced image ..
But when viewing , its clear .

*can u post some camera samples of d bokeh, wide angle etc?
Check attached.
I have tried several Gcam but all force close and don't seem to work .

*does d fone get unnecessarily hot?
For me .. NO 10/10
note: I have a PS4 and Xbox so I don't play games on mobile except card multiplayer, so I can't say for heavy gamers how it would feel .

*how long does it take to charge?

When it comes to charging ... Divided by the amount of time it takes to discharge I will give this A7 9/10
This phone hasn't gotten below 20% since I used it .. but on per second bases it will take a min or 2mins to get 1% added . So long you kept it to charge . Do the maths.

Honestly apps run smooth for this couple of days .. I go back 2 back over apps and nothing needs to relaunch ..
FREE RAM IS ABOUT 1.9GB OR 2GB
WiFi connection is great
Speed is great.
Screen display is beautiful
Brightness during sunlight hours is wonderful .. (saw a video of the a5 pro with poor brightness outside)

If I should compare to Tecno.. or infinix . I will take the A7 Pro any time any day 2x on weekends

For what it's worth . It's worth the price of 44k (could have been lesser if not for our $ to naira exchange rate)

Overall for me 9/10. If only the camera could improve but I have other devices for that .

This is my review for this few days .. note I don't play mobile games on it.

If you have questions quote me.

Awesome review boss

effectz123:

New wine versus old wine
Unedited

Nice comparison, but more details on the note 5, and truer colour production.

But u can get better pictures on the A7pro by adjusting Ur settings manually to suit Ur taste. Just saying, but all in all great shots

Lexusgs430:
Call me a traitor if you like...... Nah my Oga saint2ace teach me ...........

Received my A3X on thursday.
Its really a good phone for that price, mi Dads phone is old and giving him issues so I showed him the A7 pro and he told me to get it for him he'll pay. I'm thinking of packaging back the A3X and giving it to him and collect the A7 pro when it arrives.
Hope I'm being nice.

U say what?
