The importation needs to continue so that Dangote oil will not be like Dangote cement that is more expensive than imported cement. Nigerians expected Dangote oil should be less expensive than imported oil like Diesel, Nigerians will prefer the cheaper one but rely solely on Dangote is dangerous as there won't be price competition. quote author=adenigga post=131062689] Source: https://punchng.com/Fuel-import-FG-working-against-local-refineries-operators-cry-out
|
What is he doing in his state to reduce hunger? Problem of hunger is more of state problem than the FG, if the governor's allow the LG to function optimally, the problem of rural development, insecurity and agricultural output wouldn't have poor like this. The governors converted the local government money to national cake and they kill administration at local level. It was not like this between 1999- 2003, atleast the chairmen were doing rural roads, supporting agriculture at local level, doing drainage, manage vigilante and traditional issue and recruiting staff of level one to six. Since the commencement of so called state joint account, no any local government was able to do all those programs and they made rural area become the place where there is no head. The governors are not happy and they are not in support of the laudable supreme court pronouncement, either distraction or not, we are waiting. The governors should reduce hunger in their various states through financing agricultural friendly program for the youth, they should stop blaming FG. quote author=fergie001 post=130938907]Makinde was speaking during a chat with the National leadership of the Nigeria Union of Journalists who conferred on him the Grand Patron of the NUj Seyi Makinde (Oyo State Governor)
|

I think it is better u should start the farming with the weekend engagement while continue ur work during the weekdays because u will still money to do somethings like feeding and ur daily activities before u will harvest ur cassava. Start with combination of farming with ur present work until u mastered the farming and also stabilise financially quote author=kilisi post=127625805]Good day friends and trust we are coping with the current state of things I plan to resign from my current job by the end of February 2024 so that I can go into full time agriculture. That's my discipline from school anyway. I've been able to raise just 1 million naira within a year and 2 months and the plan is to plant cassava and maize on a 12 acre farmland I'm about to secure. 6k per acre of land I also plan to use about an acre for planting pepper and tomatoes. I hope I'm not making a hasty decision by resigning from my job soon.
|
U can manage them with some steps such as registered them in a good teaching hospitan or any govt hospital that is closer to you. Also, they need to manage any sort of stress either from exam preparation or daily hassles, they should manage Thier time without rushing. They should avoid malaria that is sleeping under mosquito nets. Also u they should be taking enough water and encourage to eat balance diet and enough fruits. Lastly they should reduce all the strenous activities such as playing football but encourage them to do lesss strenous exercise. Let them be going to clinic regularly to check their FBC and they should not be exposed to extreme weather condition either rain or cold . God will be with them uote author=Yemike post=127244109]I need people with experience on how to manage SS Crisis. Both my parent are AS and we the kids are 5. I'm the first child and I'm lucky to be AA, the 2nd born AS, 3rd, 4th, 5th - SS. I have 3 SS siblings and right now most of their responsibility and wellbeing is on me as the first born cuz my P-man is old already. Just last week I have to rush down to my brother's school to bring him home cuz he called me in the middle of the night weeping cuz the pain is just too much and his roommate isn't around. My question now is how can it be managed? cuz it's really affecting everybody cuz It's affecting their studies, I'm exhausted right now cuz anytime it happens it's ends with me borrowing funds to send to them and lastly it's sucks happiness out of the atmosphere as hearing a teenager weeping and knowing you can't do anything about it is saddening. I've seen some people asking if they as AS can also marry AS please and please don't try it as you'll just be bringing innocent kids here just to suffer. The trauma of you seeing your kids in pain sef no be here. How can SS Crisis be avoided/managed? I'd have loved my write up to be well detailed but the little I wrote up there took up to an hour cuz my phone is bad. You experience and advice will be well appreciated. Thanks.
|
Mention one southeastern state that you cant find substantial number of Yoruba or Hausa. Advise southeastern too to accommodate other tribes and other state of origin, if they want other states to do same for them quote author=mightyhaze post=127215060]Even though southeast authorities are guilty of some of these accusations, but then, how many yoruba and Hausa live, work and pay taxes in the east .. how many yoruba and Hausa kids do you find schooling in the southeast, and making meaningful contributions there?
|
If you can't forget and you still love her, swallow ur pride and meet her so that u can withdraw the divorce case, I don't think it is too late for that instead of putting urself into unnecessary trauma. Even her might be passing through what u are passing but stronger to cope with it. Swallow ur pride and approach her quote author=GVTAsiwaju post=127201825]When I was with my wife I never cheated on her, loved her and she knows... I think the only issue was my unstable finance then and her parents ungodly attitude that really irritates me( I should have managed it better though). We have seperated and her divorce case in court but I don't stop thinking about her against all odds. I have dated NUMEROUS ladies while she left yet it doesn't help me forget, whereas, she never look back... Divorced persons, how do you forget! I want to feel love again. I cannot marry or be with anyone if I don't love them, sex is truly overrated. Your suggestions pls.
|
Some of the universities mentioned here are not located in Abeokuta such TASUED is in Ijebu ode 2. OOU is in Ago iwoye |
BUA cement demand is more than supply, so there won't be much difference except there is increase in demand or other products reduce their price, otherwise there won't be any difference in price |
What do u turn urself to? How did u mean that Obi won election with poor performance in Northwest, North central, North East and Southwest. U mean only the good performance in south east and south south can make him a President of Nigeria. U are a Muslim, u should be sincere to urself and stop deceiving ur candidate |
I wonder how politicians think sha, so if Tinubu legal team wrote the judgement and they will be so careless to put it on their letter head paper. U are referring to some of the best senior lawyers we have in this country. Abeg, go and rest and lets talk about something that is important to the masses than this election tribunal matters that ur primary aim is to embezzle the country resources. It is not under must to serve ur country. |
Why are u people disturbing urself? That was how u made noise throughout Buhari time that he didn't attend any school except military school. They have testified in the court that he attended Chicago University, what else do u want to hear? Please let this man concentrate on governance and let's Atiku wait till next election. quote author=ochejoseph post=125392829]The Presidential Candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party PDP H.E Atiku Abubakar just released a tweet that is sending shock waves across the political landscape in Nigeria. Atiku who has known Tinubu for several decades appears to be at a loss as to who Tinubu truly is, in a tweet on his verified Twitter page, the former Vice President wrote: "I woke up this morning wondering how we got to this cul de sac. In 1999, @officialABAT claimed he attended St. John's Primary School, Aroloya, Lagos, before proceeding to Children Home School in Ibadan. According to him, his next port of call in his educational journey was Government College Ibadan and, Richard Daley College and Chicago State University in the United States. Curiously, in 2023, Tinubu settled with attending only @ChicagoState. I am scratching my head. How is that possible? Methinks that all well-meaning Nigerians should be as confused as I am with Tinubu’s declaration that he had no primary and secondary education, yet he has a university degree. You may wish to #AskTinubu how he attained this feat so that we can learn from his ingenuity 😆 -AA" Recently, Abubakar approached a US court for the northern district of Illinois in Chicago, for an order compelling CSU to release the academic records of Tinubu. The case appears to have triggered confusion in the camp of certificate forgers and those shopping for technicalities to illegally keep them in power. The next few weeks will be interesting as Nigerians passionately wait to see the "magic" that transformed a Nigerian with No primary or secondary certificate into a holder of a Chicago State University degree in Business Administration or Business and Administration as the fake result summited to INEC reads. Somebody that doesn't have more than Diploma and probably purchased the Master degree certificate at age of 70 is questioning somebody with first degree certificate. Must u be a president of this country ? |
We have many of them outside and many guys are suffering in silence and this is common among career ladies. Leave her alone and look for second wife if ur income can take or serious relationship so that u won't be starved of sex. |
Tinubu handled insecurity in Lagos state better than any other state government and FG and we should forget politics, he will do better than any other candidate SpecialAdviser: |
Why are u people taking like a baby? Ur people were celebrating when u people claimed that Tinubu was sidelined in his govt. How many times Tinubu advised him to carry out restructuring and state police. He can only advise which he did, he cannot force him how to run his govt. |
Pls don’t limit urself, I think the academics is better than most of the other fields, just to get higher degrees or with what you have now, try to get teaching appointment from teaching service commission, I have seen many sicklers doing well in their various fields by not allowing their condition limiting their capabilities. Though it is not easy sha, may almighty God continue be with u |
Mr Chairman, it is 95.6 percent not 99 percent. It is 95.6 percent that accept consensus candidate not 99 percent sir |
What of EKSU? I don’t think there is any school that is slow in processing the transcript |
I wonder why these people in PDP can’t give us people that have integrity and technocrat like this AFDB man Akinwunmi, Aminat Vice President world organization and Ngozi Nweala and many of these technocrats that are doing well and have interest of this country at hand. Let’s forget about these politicians that are only care about there pockets, egos and their party members. Mentioned names like Atiku, Tambuwa, Er Rufai, and Anyim is like super eagles still thinking of using Amokachi, Mutiu Adepoju and Garba Lawal to play World Cup. This country is more divided and complicated than what any average politician can manage |
Bros, Nigeria road is not safe for now, if u can afford by air, it is better but travel by road with ur car it is not safe at all. If it is must u should travel and u can't afford by air, go through with registered and commercial operator. |
This is a good development but it is coming very late. I hope it will be implemented |
This is a good idea, it is just that she has no or little chance in winning the election because most of the people complain will not vote for her. Sincerely speaking my vote is for her if at all I will vote because of her integrity, love for nation, fearless and her competence. It is a good trial. Imagine an aspirant given as much as 5k dollar for each delegate for vote, where do u expect them to get the money back. |
Well done, pls done forget Nigeria roads, they need urgent attention. Only few of us make use of air but majority of us make us of roads. |
