peepydelano:Speak solely for yourself. |
Voter apathy will be much in the SW, followed by the North. However, it is an open secret that account details are being submitted today to politician's, and I believe it'll continue tomorrow. Buhari only made Nigerians to undergo excruciating pains in the name of curbing vote buying. The irony is that vote buying will even be more pronounced this time. Buhari abeg do and go. |
Atiku's desperation calls for serious concern. He knows if doesn't get it in 2023, E don finish be that. Sir, never again will our refineries and national assets be under your control to sell. Stop the desperation! |
This is small o, very small. Politicians have already bypassed the so-called cash restrictions since.😂😂 If you know how much CLASS-B politicians have stashed at home, you'll be shocked, not to talk of the heavyweights. Votes are being bought through TRANSFER and Physical Exchange, and it'll be worse tomorrow. Adopting stringent security measure should have been the sole focus of President Buhari for a hitch-free election. |
They are on their own. They speak for themselves only not any Muslim or Northerner. ![]() We no follow una collect any shishi. Kwankwaso is getting my vote tomorrow, Insha Allah. |
These pastors will continue to be dragged, as long as they dabble into politics. If Osibanjo had won, trust me, the RCCGians will be agog and color the whole issue with their own brand of Christianity. ![]() It is quite clear that these pastors are principally divided between Tinubu, Obi and Atiku. To avoid losing followers and juicy 'tithes they will refuse to make their intentions public. Nevertheless, some daft people on this thread will decided to bring Islam into this and you'll wonder how it relates to the whole discussion. ![]() |
This election may prove to be the most complex, surprising and sadly, the bloodiest election in the history of Nigeria. If you think power will be relinquished willingly to the winner, think again! |
Ruggedniggaone:LOL. You dey mind dem. Same Kaduna that Atiku is carrying out last minute campaign and permutations. As a matter of fact, one of their campaign entourage just passed by my place of work now. |
My PVC on standby for you sir😊😊😊 |
PlayMaker14:Oh Lord of Mercy😂😂😂😂 |
acewines:Kwara State is majorly Populated by the; Yoruba, Nupe and Baruba ethnic groups. Followed by other significant minorities. Stop being an ethnic bigot. |
Enough with the uninterrupted rule of dynastic families in Ilorin. Kwara North lokan! Though, performance and competence must be considered. |
Buhari has finally lost his respect. They know he'll do nothing to them, as he's too lily-livered And predictable. Farmers, businessmen and ordinary Nigerians still have significant amounts of the old notes with. The Emefielian voodoo economics can never work! Personally I feel this election may be the craziest and most violent ever. If Tinubu wins (which is becoming very much likely) he's most definitely going to deal with those saboteurs and cabals which they all fear. Though I feel they may want to deny him his mandate and not handover power easily. |
Since rule of law does not come natural to this government, we'll teach them! We'll keep spending the two notes, and NOTHING will happen! It's like those banks want to witness another round of fury from the masses! ![]() Also, why do I have this feeling that some silly people are trying to to cause mass panic with threads like this? ![]() |
If the marriage was a clause prequel to her sponsoring the guy abroad, then it's not fair o. But is the world fair? That's why the elders on this forum keep warning us. Don't sponsor anyone you are not married to. You are better off upgrading your own qualifications with the same funds. It just doesn't make sense! ![]() You've got BSc and she's yet to go to the University? No problem, buy your Masters Form and Upgrade! When you marry her then you can sponsor. If she says no sponsorship, no marriage, better thank Almighty God and look for a graduate to marry! |
Family business can be a nice place ONLY if a proper structure is in place. I've worked in one, though not heavily concentrated with close-knit family members. The reason a lot of Nigerians dread working for family business in Nigeria, and rightfully so is that; there's no structure in place, many take delight in being wicked, it's filled with nepotism and tribalism, and finally struggling to survive. I mean even if you're just starting and struggling financially as a company, try and provide a blueprint and structure in place no matter how little. The reasons stated in the previous paragraph is why most family-run companies don't survive. Whereas they are part of the building blocks of a stable in other climes. Examples are; Cargill in the US, Burnbrae in Canada, Samsung In South Korea among others. |
Lolz, so CBN is gradually shifting grounds. Pump new currency or not. Two things are sure: 1. They will obey the Supreme Court 2. The old currency will coexist side-by-side with the new one. No Central Bank of any serious nation will take such move that Emefiele took. |
Sensational headline. Don't force the failed nonsense down our throat. Many Nigerians are still spending it as matter of fact, I still withdrew some this night. In fact na me and Seyi Tinubu dey follow drag the POS lady. If you no want the old notes, abeg send am through courier, it's as simple as that. Lily-livered citizens ![]() It's a pity we unofficially collude with the CBN to further deepen the current suffering when there's no feasible alternative. The old notes will have to coexist with the new ones till June 31st. ![]() |
Well-said prof! We saw right through this. Even though you dislike BAT, you honestly should admire his capacity to decisively deal with betrayals. And if there's anything you can be sure of, is that he'll extend that to also deal with insecurity and undo a lot of the anomalies that has characterized the Buhari ignoble regime. |
Both are still accepted. To even get the old notes na war. I withdrew some yesterday at an exorbitant cost. (After this whole ish, I'll make it a point to significantly limit my patronage of POS operators, many are really heartless). If anybody likes let them join some politicians in rejecting it without any easily accessible alternative, na una go hear am. |
This is most likely fake. However, it doesn't discredit the fact that lots of politicians already have this new notes in sufficient quantity ahead of the election. |
Both the old and new notes are currently scarce. POS operators charge the same exorbitant amount for either notes. Here in the North, lots of people are damning the deadline as it is quite clear that it cannot stand. You'd be very unwise to reject the old notes when the alternative is unavailable. Not to be pessimistic, but unless the new and old notes coexist together, this problem will extend well beyond the elections. As we speak the available new Naira notes are being mopped-up by politicians and their agents in preparation for the elections. Who are those on the losing side? The masses! So if we like, let's keep rejecting the old notes and shouting cashless policy. E go reach everybody. |
Antoeni:Lolz ![]() I'm very confident you're not well-travelled. Continue reeling out fictitious data our able Vice Chairman, NPC, Nairaland Branch. |
Importing Western cultures blindly does no individual/society any good. ![]() Theatrics like this should only follow when you've crossed all your T's and I's by introducing yourself to her family, done all checks etc. ![]() I'm confident that he does not know her background and past comprehensively to inform this decision. |
How did Rashida got access to public funds when she does not hold any office? They were the same set of people sharing millions to state house workers and officers. ![]() Anyways, November 11th is fast approaching for the rapacious family to be sent out of Lugard's house. |
It's quite wrong to slam the 'liar tag' on him. Marriages like this can happen between humans and jinns/genies. Kindly delve more on the study of Jinns. |
Racoon:@Racoon, just moments ago, I heard a core Northerner seriously lamenting that Buhari has breached the trust the public had on him, and he did so disgracefully. Tinubu or Obi will likely clinch the ticket and that's where the cabals will be unveiled fully because they will want to deny their mandate. They fear Tinubu more because he'll so deal with them. He matches them in every way; power, wealth, network and dirty fighting.😮 They also don't want Obi, because he'll expose their stinking shits. Atiku should never rule this country, because it's business as usual and he'll clearly do their bidding.😏 The signs are are already showing clearly that this election will be a fight to the finish...denied mandate and spilled blood everywhere, fighting for justice. CC: Moh247 |
If we review the whole shenanigans, we'll see that the main issue is the Cabals HEADED by Buhari not wanting power to leave the north. Which a unjust and not fair (by the way I'm nt from the core North or core South and we've also never tasted power). Perceive this from a factional end or regional end and you'll see the game they are playing. It is becoming obvious that either Tinubu or Obi will eventually win. Like them or not, support them or not, despite their flaws one thing is common with both (especially Tinubu he fears no one and he's he'll bent on bringing the Cabals to their knees and freeing Nigeria) they want progress. I fear that this is a prelude to what's coming immediately Asiwaju or Obi wins. They might want to deny them the mandate. What follows? Violence, protests and killings becomes the order as I see Nigerians fighting to the last drop. |
Sir, respect your age please. Is it Asiwaju who already has the notes in sufficient quantity or Kwankwaso, Atiku or Obi? May I remind you that NONE of them are at the helms of affair, and only President Buhari and Gov. Emefiele can end this rubbish. It's already obvious that the objective of the redesign policy cannot be achieved, rather it is having the opposite Effect! A single pronouncement reversing this will clear up all these wahala by the end of this week. For once, I wholeheartedly agree with Nigerian senators for the extension of this policy. Aside politics, many of them are also big time farmers and businessmen whose business revolves around physical cash. Hence the pain hits home directly. I also agree with Gov. El-Rufai and others that the two forms of currency should be the legal tender till the next 6-months. A lot of businesses will lose out badly if the two suggestions are not implemented. |
ufotunang:Extension is no longer the sole problem, worse than that. Nigerians cannot access either forms of cash both old and new. |
ezechi242:I believe you bro. Or possibly a 6-months extension will be given and the old notes be released to the public. |
In as much as the guy must bear the full wrath of the law, there's something fundamentally wrong with cohabitation. The thrill might be tempting at first, but it'll get to a time, then degenerates to boredom, and finally, hatred This is one of the reasons why cohabitation is prohibited in all major religions in the world. |
