Wow! That's a painful knockout for APC if this is true. Uba Sani is much more focused than Ashiru TO ME.

I'm not as pessimistic as you are about the overall trajectory.

I wasn't surprised by Buhari's malfeasance. But I will be if Tinubu fails to perform on key indices like infrastructure, manufacturing, education, health, agriculture.

On security matters, I do not expect improvement.

I think one aspect you're omitting in your long term predictions is that no one likes a loser. Obi outperformed this year, but when he continues losing election year after year without fail, Christians in vulnerable areas will return to PDP and recognize the dire straits they're in. Hopefully, that would not be too late.

Understandably, this will be known as the Islamic golden era in Nigeria, but a lot is still in flux.

That said, I used to be concerned about Islamic domination in Nigeria, I'm not anymore. Nigerian Christians deserve all the punishment they'll receive. Amaechi, SW, and NE Christians were used to usher in Buhari. Now Obi and Wike have ushered in a Muslim Muslim ticket. In 2031, there will be another Christian willing to do the hatchet job. If Christians are unlucky, they'll only realize their folly when it is too late.

Worse, if Tinubu performs in terms of the economy as I expect, that'd be an extra feather in their cap. Because then you'd have a very vocal percentage of Christians trade the cassock for their stomach; using the competence line.

The poor economy is partly responsible for long-distance marriages in Nigeria. Some couples eventually succumb to cheating because the bonds weakens and love dies.

If this type of marriage can be AVOIDED, please do. Especially marriages which the partners live states or countries away.

Except couples who deliberately choose this type of marriage; it is sad seeing couples staying apart for years in the name of making ends meet.

Many of us whose parents worked for paramilitaries and private companies where transfer is the order of the day highly dislike this type of marriage.

I agree with you that Atiku should not have gotten the ticket. However, I maintain that Gov. Wike will really enjoy after Tinubu wins.

In as much as I do not support any form of rigging, don't become part of the statistics post-election.

I'm afraid it seems so at the moment. This is partly driven by Buhari's disgraceful performance, El-Rufai's demolition exercises of prime properties in the North, and his apathy towards the killings in the South.

Not forgetting the famed vote-buying prowess of the PDP.

Vote-buying (mostly transfer) started since yesterday and practically all the major parties are guilty.

Here in Kaduna, PDP outsmarted lots other parties by deploying their agents much earlier. Though APC is likely to come out tops.

Strangely, Obi might actually performs better, the youth here will enable this, as they got massive love for him. I predict a 15-20% for him based on what's on ground, ditto Kwankwaso.

Seems Bello El-Rufai might be gracing the HOR this here.
