Family business can be a nice place ONLY if a proper structure is in place. I've worked in one, though not heavily concentrated with close-knit family members.

The reason a lot of Nigerians dread working for family business in Nigeria, and rightfully so is that; there's no structure in place, many take delight in being wicked, it's filled with nepotism and tribalism, and finally struggling to survive.

I mean even if you're just starting and struggling financially as a company, try and provide a blueprint and structure in place no matter how little. Here in the North, lots of people are damning the deadline as it is quite clear that it cannot stand. You'd be very unwise to reject the old notes when the alternative is unavailable.

Not to be pessimistic, but unless the new and old notes coexist together, this problem will extend well beyond the elections. As we speak the available new Naira notes are being mopped-up by politicians and their agents in preparation for the elections. Who are those on the losing side? The masses! Extension is no longer the sole problem, worse than that. Nigerians cannot access either forms of cash both old and new.

I live in Keffi, I have lived in Jalingo, Makurdi, Lokoja etc. I can tell you with 100% certainty that Obi will win Benue, Taraba, Abuja, Plateau, Southern Kaduna and pretty much everywhere Christians dominate. I might contact you later to help set something up for me in Anambra there, I just remembered that you're already in the state. My experience farming there is ugly which is why I want to move to the southwest. Farm labourers are scarce, unserious and heartless. The only way to farm successfully there is to leave your city job and move into the rural areas to do it by yourself which is not feasible for me since I want a gradual transition to the rural areas for retirement. It's also difficult to get up to 5 acres in that state for integrated farming plus the fact that flooding is disturbing farming communities there continuously since 2012 nonstop. Land disputes is another problem as every community there seems to be in court over land dispute. Anambra offers best prices for farm products but their trouble is too much. Very expensive land prices is another matter.

Wow @ greenermodels, the east is certainly not the best place for commercial agriculture. Crazy land disputes and genuinely limited arable land.

Quick question please, how large and sustainable is the eastern market for veggies like, carrot, cucumber, greanbeans, garden eggs, strawberries etc.?

I can confirm that M.Sc. Peace Studies is minimum of 3 semesters. The same may likely apply for M.Sc Mass Comm. Project Registration has been placed in the 3rd semester.

The memo actually said based on NUC approved minimum for 3 semesters or 18 months for M.Sc, MBA, M.A and M.Ed and hence the change.
