Just because it looks targeted as many claims and as I also believe does not equally translate to taking responsibilities.

During the 9/11 attack, check out how many terrorists groups claims responsibility. There was this attack during lockdown in 2020 that ISIS claims responsibility but later on it was discovered they were not even close to the area as at that time.

When the mall in Ukraine was hit, russia refuses to take responsibility and only claim it was a Ukrainian missile that was wrongly shot. Later on, some of the wreckage of the missile suggested it was a russian missile and even till now it was clearly a russian missile but they refused to take responsibility.

Taking responsibility of an attack means you intentionally plan it, act on it and you are ready for any consequences. That's how one nincompoop in this thread is just busy exposing himself to the world.

I personally so believe it was Ukraine that act on it but they don't have any evidence and they even have not taking any responsibility to the attack because they will be telling the world and russia they are ready for any consequences.

This is the funniest thing I’ve seen in nairaland this month.

The ‘man with a cigarette’ meme has been used for months to describe explosions the Ukrainians don’t want to publicly confirm…it started after Russians started lying about causes of explosions. From the videos, the explosions etc, it’s clear missiles were used.

Also, you don’t really know anything. Kherson fell in the first few weeks of the war. Mariupol was surrounded in that same timeframe. The Luhansk campaign rounded up months later in July. In the meantime, the Ukrainians defeated Russia around Kyiv, drove them from Kharkiv and halted offensives in the South. It’s a large frontline.


At this point, even a blind, deaf and dumb person would know that the war isn’t going well for Russia after their planned 3 day war is still persisting for 6 months.
