as for his erratic driving, so far this has not been confirmed. he could have been driving properly and some careless kid ran out on the road (like it happens so often)

its not about winning or losing a case, it is about this being an accident or not. no matter how much money someone has, if the case goes to trial, RIGHT will win unless the judges are corrupt too. it is what happens before that is the amazing part, especially on the police side.
