Having worked at the Nigerian Correctional Service for sever years, I have noticed a lot of evil happening there which need the attention of the whole Nigeria and the presidency.

I will briefly highlight some of them here. Pls, if you have also experienced anything similar, kindly drop your comments.


Have you asked who buys uniform for police? Or the maybe what I saw online is a lie

Some of the bad things happening at the Nigerian Correctional Service include:

1. Poor working condition

2. Non implementation of harmonization of salary and rank with the Nigerian Police

3. Staff buying their official uniforms

4. Non payment of promotion arrears and other allowances

5. Irregularities in staff promotions

6. Non consideration of staff welfare

7. Under payment of promotion arrears, even when they decide to pay

8 A police inspector earns more than someone who is on the same rank with an assistant controller of corrections

technically yes!!!
there is one of 20k. its called sunking home 600 solar. you pay 20k they give u the unit. it contains a 60w solar panel a controller 5 bulbs and one standing fan that can run 14hrs in the nite. yes it has 2 usb slots for charging phone. it actually cost 194k but you pay 20k as deposit and pay 2,900 weekly. u pay weekly until u complete paying 194k, they give u a token u load d token u get light for the specific days u pay for. i got one last week and am simpressed by its performace. it is only how to pump water and charge my laptop that is d issue i have now. am systematically saying bye bye to nepa

Crude is 79 per barrel while budget is 75 per barrel. This means Nigeria is making extra $4m per day on crude.

So how did they arrive at 537

Dad's late, we're 5 in number minus 2 girls, when his madness started he told us that my mum is not her mum and that we'll see his brothers at the court. Our cousin that's working at oil company and our uncles came to the court so those are the brothers he has lols. Where it pains me most is the number of times he beat up my mum and when we took the case to court they gave judgement against my mum that mum who's older beat him who's an adult charged my mum around 100k for defamation of character. The judiciary is corrupt to an extent if you don't have money you can't get justice. After everything mum had to stay in a rented apartment when her husbands house is there.

I've been seeing and hearing different stories about anyone that's in a position to assist other family members neglect them.

Sometimes these people are not to be blamed as you might not hear their part of the story. They may be some underlying issues or redflags that such a person sees before deciding to disassociate his/herself from such family.



What can make you cut ties with your family members as the topic depicts.

I, my mum and other siblings were taken to court by our first son+uncles, I don't have plans of going back to that village and if I should make it I can't assist them again cos all what my mum worked for was taken away from her by the court which led to her quick demise few years ago. Till this moment I can't go to my own father's compound as the court said we don't have right to enter the property.
