It's a thorough procedure I won't be able to explain properly.
I once suggested to the moderators yrs ago to refine this forum by actually getting all the professionals on this forum together by identifying each other's specialization(hardware,software,wannabe..),location,experience on display..that way it wld be easier to locate the professional nearest to u..eg if ur based in Abuja and onegig resides there,it's easy to meet him and I wld even feel more comfortable to describe the procedure to him..for hardware,I tink that's adetwin space so All hardware related issues can be directed to him..
Av been in this forum since 2008,I av equally learnt do much as well(it was here I first learnt abt huawei unlock tool)and some other tins not in my everyday practice..
Once u av been certified here,it's easier for strangers to meet u up(once again I'm tankful for this forum for providing this space and thanks to all those pple who av kept the faith to actually meet up wit an "online presence" in person)

no need formatting it...it needs to be regenerated 1st...regeneration(repair sectors on a drive) is different from formating(preparaing a drive for use)...with all u have done,the info to be gained from formating unconditionally has already been generated...u have bad sectors and even ur smart has warned.....

Windows 7 was perfectly running on it before problem started. It can run 7,I have deleted and formatted everything in both partitions so there's space.

let me shed light on this particular quote...
when u format a hard drive in windows,the default setting is "quick format"(/q) which just runs through the harddrive without really checking deep for the integrity of the hard disk and without a bad sector search...(you would find out that if u want to buy a used harddisk and those chinko flash in comp village,this is the quick command they would use to bypass a getting-faulty,chinko flash disk)..so just cuz it has been formatted doesnt mean its that good.
but when u run an "unconditional format"(/u- In Dos 7.x the Unformat command has been dropped and all formatting is unconditional),them it wont only format the disk but check the integrity of the disk...in windows,just uncheck the "quick format" box

i just checked the history of your complaint.....you are having difficulty installing the os because your hard drive has many bad sectors on it and your SMART has flagged it already..but from the screenshots u provided...i can re-generate the harddrive(if its a reasonable amount of bad sectors are found)so u can still use it..but here is the risk,in the future,other sectors may become bad as well thereby making your os unstable..
until i diagnose the disk would i be able to advise on the next steps you should take...

it has taken a lot of practice,dedication to even perfect those skills so explaining in detail may not help..
last week,i explained in detail the procedure of creating a new user profile (even though i mentioned i have never used win to "luckygurl" ..i was totally wrong...that detailed procedure dint work on her system....
i had to connect to her system via teamviewer to remedy the situation...i have never seen windows 8.1 bing version before..the limitations on her os was likened to that of a home edition....but with my experience,i could workout a solution..
so pls take no offense wen ur referred to professionals...we equally dont wan be responsible for misleading u wen something goes terribly wrong!

you will have to repair your system with the required os cd..this situation normally arises when u partially install another on an active os or maybe u dint complete the process..
in some rare cases,a failed multi boot session

one of ur devices is malfuntioning and forcing a buescreen....from my experience,i would say its your hard drive at this point..but if u were working on the system before u experienced a BSOD(blue screen of death) then i suggest u retrace ur steps into a recent hardware plugged into the system,a device drive updated or an un-install that wasnt properly done.....
u can try pressing f8 to enter safe mode,if succesfull,u can force a restore point...else remove the hard drive or memory to error trap..
lastly,your os may have been corrupt from the restart cycles(u may need to "partial" reload ur system)

a bad sector hard drive needs to be regenerated first before u attempt any further procedures..if the hard drive responds well tehn there wld be no need to format it...the data in the bad sectors wld be moved to a new sector and that bad sector marked so data is not written into it..

moreso,its just a 100-120g hard drive....if u dont have any meaningful info on it then it aint really worth the trouble..just replace it

first u need to understand the difference between a bluetooth radio hardware and a software interface...
an inbuilt bluetooth radio hardware is an inbuilt device by the manufacturer running through a software interface which allows u communicate with it...
an external bluetooth hardware are those devices that aint inbuilt but serves as an add-on to the system to provide an extra service eg those bluetooth devices u buy at computer village and plug thru usb to provide a bluetooth service...
now its possible to install a software app interface and a hardware is not available or not enabled through a device driver...
so i suggest u check ur laptops manufacturers website to check if your laptop model actually has an inbuilt bluetooth hardware
from there onwards,u can now identify what the real problem is...

i had a similar problem after i made a clean insatll of windows 10 and installed fifa 15....win 10 already comes wit dotnet 4.5 so wat i did was i did an offline install of dotnet 4.5 again before re-installing the fifa and left my internet on...so wen it got to that point..i started making a partial download of 3.5 and when done,it ran...u will experience this with a lot of x-86 applications running on x64...just get a strong internet running and in some cases,set the application to run in compactibility mode for win7 before running it...

let a software engineer do it...you are likely to encounter problems with compatibility,drivers and activation...else you will lose yor personal files if not properly backed up...

except its a home made dvd(dvd u created urself)all common dvd movies are dvd-r as dvd rw wld be expensive and i bet consumers wont buy more than they always buy...so what ur asking is impossible....i suggest u get a blank dvd-rw or dvd-rw dl(double layer) to achieve what u want..
besides writing xbox iso to dvd occasionally,i cant recall what a cd or dvd still stands for?ordinary memory cards now are even 32-64 gb(talkless hdd)as compared to dvd of highest 8gb..

it wont make any sense...the same storage is wat u can use personally...there are many advantages to have a pre-installed recovery....in 2006,wen i first got my dv 1000 laptop..i was thinking just like this...infact i dint only want to remove the recovery,i wanted to downgrade from vista to xp(i was so sued to xp then) so i formatted the whole system hoping to install xp the real problem started..the system wont allow me use our comp village software.....it took 8months before an hp official online told me to go to bios to disable the sata native mode...and everytin worked just fine.....it led me to a new procedure slip-streamin xp cd and nlite...
for u..it saves u the cost of meeting a software engineer to help u reformat for 3-4k..wit the recovery,its just automated till the end
2...back then,u are allowed to make recovery cd sets just once off that partition else u wld buy it online
no matter the size u attain after formatting,u will definitely need an external storage as even an off-site backup of ur data(if something were to happen to u system,u will be guaranteed u have a copy somwer else )

there are many types of dvd disc in the formats DVD-R,DVD-RW,DVD-R DL,DVD ROM,DVD-RAM
its only the DW,RAM formats that can be erased and re-written....so check what format you are referring to

I deleted over 100gb of stuffs on my system recently to increase the space I got on my system.my c drive seems to have more space now but my recovery drive seems to be the same way it was before I deleted those files. Please is this normal?

your recovery drive is read only so u cant delete the contents except u format it ...all the files needed to restore your system back to factory mode are on it so i suggest u leave it like that..
i also suggest u get an external storage if u need additional space...
