kenyans causing chaos, YES, and i was one of them.Yardau stole the elections and a nation of over 100 million didnt do shit!100 million pussies!(the rest of africa needs inspiration from u not the kenyans)Kenya is 98% black and control the economy, the govt and its policies so u mentioning indians is irrelevant.U should ask yourself y there r no indians, whites and chinese in nigeria, Kenya is not well endowed with resource so rely on investors and tourists and have held their ground own against south africans unlke u guys with 3 billion monthly frm oil revenues.u call kenyans murderers ,how much was the figting and cost 1025 lives(not sayin i cordoned it),how many nigerian lives have been lost in the delta, biafra and occasinal flare ups btwn christians and muslims?, how come thre are nigerian refugees in kenya and no kenyan refugees in nigeria?,how come more kenyans than nigerians own homes in the uk and usa while ur pop in the diaspora outnumbers kenyans 3 to 1?why r nigerians among some of those braving high seas to reach europe illegally?
where did u get all dat 4rm

i feel terrible 4 commenting in a thread dt nothin gud can come out of in d first place, not somtyn i do. never had any prob with ghana b4 i saw this thread, still dont. not cos i dont have any reason to, just cos it makes no sense. d lil (bad egg) ghanians ere just wont let me view other ghanians d same way again. i guess thats a "mission successful" for them. always thought nigerians and ghanians were almost d same.
God bless Nigeria,
Good luck to Ghana.

are you now trying to compare the nigerian economy to ghanas? wow. u must really know very little. dubai is unique. it makes even the best cities in the US look like kids lego. nigeria ranks 53rd in the word in agricultural output and first in africa contributing 17.3 percent to its total gdp. it also ranks 44th in the world and third in africa in factory output- another 35.5% of the gdp. the service industry takes the major share and keeps a top spot in africa as well. even if all the oil vanished, nigeria would still do better than ghana economically after just about 5yrs. I'm not one to debate, but i don't like people just arguing out of spite. the oil only contributes 95% of its foreign earning. in general, nigeria's economy is only second to south africas in everything. and its fighting.

Ghana is nothing but a symbol of poverty, where 70percent of the the houses do not have good toilet or soakaway. Please when nija dey talk make Ghana shut their trap!Ghana people and their government knows nothing than begging everywhere in the world.
u dont av 2 talk like dat.

jay bee:
u r def living in the past and perhaps maybe a visit to ghana will enlighten u. nigeria cannot even stand near ghana in terms of infrastructural development. constant electricity and stuffs.
I am nigierian and i do have friends that go to ghana on work duties coming back with comments like they'd prefer to live in ghana permanently.
infrastructural development? r u kiddn? u can go to skyscrapercity.com and breeze through a lagos and accra thread. lagos is not even our capital. ghana gets a pass with security and electricity though, but thats the only thing i hear. i think d unis there are good 2.

well, i could comment on the Ba flight, what you dont see on ghanaweb and your government, cameroon etc. but cool, u made a point. and so did salamander. cheers.

cyril3333:
This whole tread is pointless. Because you can never get any ghanaian to believe nigeria is a better country. Same way nigerians think of ghana as insignificant, from what i hear on here. So lets just leave it at that.

cyril3333:
the reason it seems we are always hatin on you guys is because the average ghanaian thinks all nigerians are crooks. and we have a couple of funny sayings to this effect. Like one of them is "God is not a nigeria man" , lol, it sounds funnier in our local dilect. People say this when something bad happens to a bad person, like a thief gets hit by a car, they'll say, "serves you right, goes to show God is not a nigerian man", lol. This is no fault of ours though.Everywhere around the world, nigerians have this similar reputation. Unfairly i think. This is something you the young generation of nigerians have to work on.
now isnt that peculiar that an average ghanian thinks every nigerian is a crook? enough to make it proverbial. people know about the nigerian corruption et al; but its so outrageous in ghana it earned itself a thread here. with that, thats one place- maybe the only place- i wont like to be.

cyril3333:
As for the football, yeah there is a bitter rivalry mainly from the ghanaian side because we considered ourselves to be the best in Africa, especially west affrica, which we were in the 50s and 60s, but in the 70s and 80s, nigerian football started to rise, at the same time as ghanaian football was in a bit of a slump, and we were not happy about this so we relish any opportunity to remind you guys who is boss. These kind of sports rivalries always arise everytime there is a sort of "change in power". This is what still persists to today, eventhough Nigeria is no longer the dominant football force in Africa. Egypt and Ivory Coast took over.
petty and arrogant. an average nigerian does not even care about ghana. we see ghana as very little threat in everything; so we dont spend most of the days of our lives diggin out the numerous dirty news about ghana just to make us sleep better at night.

cyril3333:
And to the cameroonian, I really doubt there is any rivalry between ghana and cameroon. If you pick 10 ghanaians, you'll be lucky to find 2 who know where to find cameroon on a map. I've never heard anybody mention cameroon on ghanaweb. We usually talk about strikers we'd like to have in our team like Drogba and Adebayor. So maybe a few people mention Eto in that category, but even then, not in the last couple of years i don't think. So Don't work yourself up for nothing.
cameroon is a place to fear and respect in everything- thats if your hateful rivalry is "pure". il conclude that ghanians are just jealous and blindly complexed. i saw a thread where someone was hating on india for putting a man on the moon; saying that ghana, as powerful and influential in africa as she is, should have stepped up to achieve that for the whole of africa long ago. Im like "GHANA? wot d hell! makes them think they are better than everybody else? maybe their journalists have been deceiving them or something, with their "ghana soon to become a first- world nation" headliners.
