We are a foremost Real Estate Development Company in Lagos Nigeria.
We invite Expression of Interest from eligible and qualified Contractors for Building Construction and Infrastructure including road construction, borehole, bridges, perimeter fence, house wiring, street light air-conditioning and water installation


Each Contractor must state in the Expression of Interest, the preferred area.

Interested Contractors must submit the following documents:

• Company profile: Including List of Directors
• Company Organogram
• Memorandum of Association
• Certificate of Incorporation (CAC)
• Evidence of Occupancy of Business Address
• Tax Clearance Certificate (TCC) for Three Years
• VAT Registration Certificate
• Tax Identification Number (TIN)
• List of construction equipment and age of the equipment.
• Curriculum Vitae of Key Technical Staff
• One Year Financial Statement
• List of general construction works undertaken in the past five years with the names and addresses of client and contract amounts etc. in the past two years.
• Pictorial evidence of similar works handled in the last 05 years, showing the Project Information Board.
• Certificate of Completion of past projects.
• HSE Policy and Procedure Documents

The Nigerian labour act is silent on casual leave. Casual leave is majorly at the discretion of the employer and going by standard practice, it is usually 07 days in a year. Casual leave is mainly for emergency situation. For example, you want to attend a funeral ceremony fixed for a month ahead, you cannot take casual leave as it is not emergency, such will be taken as casual leave but deductible from your annual leave. If per adventure, you rushed your child to hospital and you need to be with the child, such will be treated as emergency as you are entitled to casual leave with pay. Above all, casual leave is at the discretion of the employer.

Annual leave is provided for in the labour act and it is a minimum of six days in a year.

The remains of former United Nations Secretary-General, Kofi Annan, will arrive in Ghana on Monday, for the start of the three-day state funeral organised by the government of Ghana.

The Kofi Annan Funeral Committee in consultation with the family of the Former UN Secretary-General released details of his burial in Accra, reports Citinewsroom.

Kofi Annan, who was the 7th Secretary General of the UN, died in Switzerland on the 18th August, 2018.

Addressing the press in Accra, Information Minister-designate, Kojo Oppong-Nkrumah, said the body of the former UN boss will arrive on September 10 accompanied by his widow Nane Maria Annan, children, and some officials from the UN.

The remains will be received by the Ghana Armed forces and the President of the Republic, Nana Akufo-Addo before it is moved to the Accra International Conference Centre.

Annan’s body will be laid to rest on Thursday.

A former basketball player, Jason Maxiell, has revealed that he has slept with 341 women in his life.
