You‘ve spoken well. Bot mind you, i first applied for NN Trademen in 1999, in 2002 i applied for NDA, Also in 2012 after my sevice yr, i apllied for NA DSSC but never been shortlisted for any of them.
I understand everything but just dont want to be too forward cos my friend was shortlisted in 59th RC, 2007 & d sametin hapened 2 hm. You can confirm his name, ogunyele wale osun state.
Then, 5cnts with 2 reserved & his name was nt selected for final list but d list still carried 5candidates when it was released. Some names came in and the never b on d invited candidate for screening.
But i hope my LUCK will shine ds yr without godfather but with GOD as my father.

He said he was not selected despite d fact dt he made it to d last day. I feel for d guy. He shared his xprience in other thread which was very interesting.

How many of you were able to gt to d last stage from ur state? Did you see any strange name in ur state list? Can somebody pls tell me, What is hapening in ds country now?

How can someone participated for screening exercise from day one to d last day & was nt screened & his name is nt among d names released 4 admisn for 2013 REGULAR COMBATANT.
Why was he not screened during medical or even during d 3.2km race? He passed tru all ds and still not selected. After he performed excellently truout d whole exercise and d list released just to find out his name was not selected.
What is hapening in our country or let me ask what is what is hapening in NDA.

People are celebrating right now as sms is rolling to ppl‘s phone from INEC to come for their APL & DOCUMENTATION.

We should all remember that NA do regorous exercise (to test physical & medical fitness of canidate) b4 final shortlistment.
If i may ask, have they fix any date for this exercise for all d list released so far (RRI NA & DSSC NN) ? I don‘t think they have cos they can subject people to do all the exercise on this condition (fasting).
With all indications, i dont think there will b any apptitude test for NA SSC/DCCS before shortlistment that is why they have not released d list.
NN will do d same supose they do test after d exercise.
I think we should be expecting d list toward d end of d month.

Those saying u shud hv high contact said so due to the Nigerian situation, slot for jobss are shared even bfore some job advert, they arent sayin we shudnt trust in God. God really will not come down to help us, He only will thru someone. So instead of just relaxin I also advice that we pray to God for helpers. I read a testimony where a guy seek jobs and later resorted to a laborer but one day I contrator of d site he woks noticed his grammar nd asked, that was wen the guy opened up that he is a graduate nd d contrator had pity nd started makin contacts to help d guy, he is wit d FG now. Who wud hv known that a smal contrator cud pul such, u must not seek a senator directly, meet any big man around, he may hv som1 who can help, if not for FG job maybe a gud job too. I blive in God, he is a God of possibilities. But I do not subcribe to folding your arms and livin evrytin to God, not in situations wia u can do somtin to help ur faith. My advice is hv faith and also pray to God for a helper nd den go out in search of the helper, thats how u cam meet him or her. God can be helpful somtyms nd let the helper to even knock on ur door or b a frnd to ur aunt or uncle. So please dont crucify those that advice you get a contact, dey didnt mean u shud forsake God ' only a fool says there is no God'... its just to improve our chances of getin there, cos dis is Nigeria! i pray these rantins turn to testimonies soonest.

If u check from d 1st page, somebody said people should not apply if they don‘t have contacts that everything is fraud. That‘s why i make my own coment. I don‘t even like it when ppl argue on religion but when it comes to level of trusting in GOD, i have seen so many unthinkable miracles. God will definitely send helper when we need one. He is THE HELPER of helpless. If He can reveal the king‘s dream to Daniel, i dont think there is anything HE can‘t do.

I applied for NA DSSC & i tell you i dont need to applied for airforce cos i know GOD has already done it. But if HE (GOD) says NA is not for me which i dout, & says go for airforce who am i?

A friend of mine applied for navy last year without knowing anybody, he told me he was ask in d final screening by one of the officers, “who do you know?“ and he answered, “i dont knoe anybody but GOD“. His name was in d final list and he is an officer in d navy now.
God can do anything impossible in d eyes of man.

idris4r83: am talking about the first 20 selected applicants from each states. The thing is godfatherism works wella in the nigerian army even after d first shortlist if one is not properly backed up by at least a colonel mehn it takes grace of God for 1 2 scale through especially that their medicals where they tag healthy people with 1 ailment they've never heard of before. Lots of underground politics and lobbying is involve even in d screening camp. May God help us bro. Am very optimistic most of us will be favored by God.

anienwe: Dear all, we should not be supprised at d delay in releasing d DSSC/SSC list. Same happened two years ago. D list was finally released 2-3 months after closure of d submision. My brothers and sisters, a lot of things usually happen expecially once it exceeds one month after closure. My small army oga ( a Major in d dept of MS) den told me d following: at that point, what happen is adding and deleting of names (who is who comes into play here): long list from all quarters including top senators, ex presidents, some mighty civilians in Nigeria etc. At that point some army ogas becos of d fact dat dey do not want to step on toes and to get early retirement give up at dis stage. Some applicants even do not fill d online form but stil get shortlisted with special numbers. U can check d 2011 list for confirmation. Its just God. I have a friend who made it dat year. He told me point blank dat if I do not have a Major Gen on appointment and on his slot I should forget it, except if God is interested in ur case. Infact, dis is my 7th year in dis race. I have facts and d experience is dere. Thank God dat I have made dis years course. At dis point I will sincerely recommend dat we keep reminding our contacts and be prayerful as well. Don't wanna go and be turned down hence wasting money for transportation and hotel bills
