U speak like an authority; I like that.
Lol, thanks, we all are. For those that want to apply for both, what I know no place was made for only apply for one position. But, na 9ja we they, power they high people sometimes. All application would be based on sorting so if MR A or Miss A apply for both she would be sorted if you meet requirement. But by chance you are shortlist on both, they look your application and related it to your field and give you a slot giving an opportunity to other. So what is sam saying, apply for where you passion and field is. Reme more slot are in oil spill than telecommunications so decide.

Yes a state office can decide once MR or Miss A is found twice it can be kept atside, top management did not give such order but, it at the sense of the state to decide what is sorted to head office. If you ask me, follow your heart and apply which you feel you got passion for. Na so, you don't serve two master at once. Also if the number of applications is much then anything goes on mode of sorting. If God dey your side no shaking. Relax and wait for feedback after deadline.

I know someone wld ask what if na ssce was used, lol then they look you grade and pick the best. Individual are placed to do sorting. So I can not say what it going on in the person head. What we see is sorting from all nddc state, then final selection is made for shortlisted reme such lucky person would be
Niger Delta Origin on Oil Spill Response Management that will lead to award of globally recognized certification and create the needed skilled manpower in fundamentals of Oil Spill Management locally and international.

And should be physically fit and be prepared to undergo full medical and. psychometric tests.

Note: Names of successful candidates will be published on the local/national news papers. Successful candidates will also be contacted via SMS. Only successful candidates with be contacted.

Expo, carry paper, lol those it look like a training we go do n let you GO.... so take your application serious. Do what you must n let God sort you out if it your time. The change era you too would feel it.

In summary, I don't know, if it spark sorting department in an nddc state both application can scale through to selection or it can be stop.

pls wats d criteria for selection
The truth been told, even state office do not know the mode for selection. Just be sure to meet the requirements and let God do the rest. Just know that this training would open the doors.

With the high rate of students graduating from the Nigerian institutions, what is the hope of a 2.2, third and pass holder in the Nigerian labour market?

Opinions please..
The hope is bright. Just put God in whatever you do. I have a friend that came out with a third class and he is working in PPMC, so anything is very possible with God.

Thanks alot for the clarification. Although I used an A4 paper, I'm hoping it's not a total disqualifier, just that the full scap would have been finer... Right?
It ok... no disqualified on A4, as far u meet the requirements posted, you are sorted... success on all shortlisted in advance.

Thanks alot..
Oya kind-hearted NLanders.... Please anyone going there tomorrow to submit at the Ukwa West office should please help me confirm how necessary it is to write down one's name on the list. And if it's very necessary, also help me ask pls what happens to those files that were collected without any list written
cc: bchi
cc: Abiababe
For those that they did not write name down or those that wrote name down is not the yard stick for been shortlisted, the name writing is to help for record purpose for those collecting the application not to be used by management for the shortlisted. Relax your mind. Some nddc state office are writing some are not. Be rest assured it does not put you in front of anyone. Your document you submitted those. The write name down is a standard process in government administration. As far, your application got to the commission office you are sorted. How you make the shortlisted is another ball game. Pls don't ask how I know.

For those asking if full scap or plain A4, a full scap is preferred. It a writing application. Still don't ask how I know.

As for you are able to get your application to any nddc state office before deadline, you are still in game, if you are to get your application in your state of origin, which better cos it easy for a state nddc to verify a LGA than a different state nddc to get communication for such state nddc. In summary all qualify application would be sorted based on state nddc office and sent to headquarters, which is still another ball game, yes you know my comment, don't ask me how I know that too... lol, ok ask??

Answer: that the way it is done o. Let move on, what else, yes pls don't rush to submit cos people are submitted, there is a deadline so follow instructions cos the verification would be based on the required documents you sent. It is not true that only LGA that produces oil wld be consider in a state. As far you are from an nddc state you too can be shortlisted, my northern friend sorry na the way we see am. Even if you resident in an nddc state, if you can get an original state of LGA you are good. It would be hard, but na document verification that pass one to the next for shortlisted with God o. Yes, your know my conclusion,
........... how I know.

So it good we apply, cos this training would be different n would help ur career in the oil n gas if that is your passion.
RomanceRe: She Masturbate A Lot And Its Worrisome by samokoduwa(m):
proxillin:
I met this lady during my NYSC service.

She is cool, calm and reserved. She is always indoor and act gently.

With lots of stress and persuasion, we dated, although she was a hard nut to crack. She even agreed to date me reluctantly. Her body language is always discouraging. But I still tagged along.

We both served in the same northern town. She stayed in a church residence throughout her service year.

Her lodge was very close to mine.

I went to her lodge on this faithful Saturday evening, I heard some plates rumbling in the kitchen which suggest she was busy in the kitchen. So I just went directly to her room, I didnt knock as I thought she was the one in the kitchen (She actually shared the same kitchen with some guys on her apartment wing).

Truth be told, these guys dont cook. I hardly see any of them in that kitchen. Its milady I always see there. So i assumed she was cooking. So I went straight into her room to drop my laptop bag. Lo and Behold, she was in the room staring at her phone.

She was playing a porn on her phone, while also inserting an object into her private part.

She quickly rushed up and cover up. She felt embarrassed and uneasy. I pretended as if nothing happened. I tried to make her comfortable.

I later brought up the issue and asked why she denied me se.x and prefer to mast+urbate. She opened up and told me she enjoys it more than sex. I was surprise to see all her sex objects. She really invested in sex objects.

She finally allowed me do the (Close your eyes). Everything changed since then, she still prefers to augment sex with sex object.

We had heated argument on it and she told me point blank "I can't do without masturbation and sex object".

I told her "But this is a problem you need to go for sexual counseling or rehabilitation"

She said "thats why she never wanted to date any guy."

I asked, how she is gonna cope with her husband, what if the husband doesnt have a taste for sex objects. She said "Its either I remain single I find a man that will take me as I am".

Well, it was just NYSC, its just for 1 year after which I dont know you again. Its not of my problem. I started playing along.

But throughout my encounter with her. I noticed the following:

1. She is always tired when home alone. She will just mast+urbate ni sha. I tried to ensure she is not home alone. But any opportunity she gets, she is doing her thing.

2. Anytime I make a move, she is not always in the mood.

3. Always glue to her phone

4. her phone browser history was always pointing to porn site.

5. When home alone, always naked (not with her pants and under below always wet) What Da fck.

And many more signs.

Finally, I concluded she is Possessed.

Oga calm down no need to make any one's post/question seem silly. Before you pasted those addresses you say you did, I had already gone to the nddc page to get those addresses. So I have them all saved in my phone.
However if you were not so hell bent on making someone look silly, you would have noticed that kayce911 said he has been to the given address for Abia State but was unable to locate the nddc office, hence my confusion. If the address on their page for Abia State is no longer in use, who is the kind NLander who has been able to locate the new one? Or on the other hand could it be kayce911 made a mistake?
If you had to travel from Port Harcourt to Abia State for this submission, I'm sure you would share my concern.
Next time please read through the chat threads before you mention people in alluding posts
Noted, no hard feelings

What is confusing you. If you can't find address which I know I paste all the nddc office above. If you can't go in person, package what is asked and mail by register mail, nipost would help you out. You got 10days more. 9 states covers Niger Delta, mini is ssce, do the maths. You don't meet requirement you out. No Oga at Top matter. Take your application serious, that is all I can say.

As indicated in the advert, it a training programme for an oil spill response management. Whatever comes after is for those that have completed the training. I can't pin point if job offer but there is always God, we are in era of change. Anything can happen. Take your application serious. That all I can tell now.

I swear the only thing I understood in your whole comment is this
Hmmmm. OK, if a letter is sent to an address presume it normal mail with a p.o.box, nipost would sort and sent to the address, if it has a p.o.box better, it would be sent to that address p.o. Box. Now if staff in charge decide not to submit ur application to director office, how would u be selected if no grace. But if you use a register mail, it would still be sent to the p.o.box of that address, and what if before the staff in charge go after deadline who would you blame.

But if you use a register mail with just address, the nipost staff would go to the nddc office, identity himself and asked for the director office n submit the your letter to the director office who one of the staff from the director office would sign n collect it. Hope you understand, else go yourself n drop you application.

bros do u mean dat if i pay d 100n normal post they wont deliver it directly? wat if d office am sending mail does not have mail box? pls
I don't work for nipost, but an address is needed due to the volume of applications coming it better you use register mail so gate man nor go form oga at top say nothing like that. Normal mail would be giving to any staff but does not have to sign, but register have to be sign for, so it wld be sent to the right channel so it can be sent in. Government Administrative process, bro. Choice is urs, since you have all nddc office pick close to your state, all would be sent to abuja, where the sorting would be made.

More so don't sent to a mail box which staff dey get time go mail box. Look at the nddc office with only address n sent, u pay 430 then u still based on one chance, nipost do their own what if the staff on charge refuse to go mail box. Use nddc office without mail box, ur choice or walk down to any nddc office ask of director office n submit in person.

Pls how efficient is NIPOST in delivering letters from Lagos to Edo State? Funny enough my state NDDC does not have a mail box.
It effective, with register mail it would cost you 430.00 while normal post is 100.00 it takes three working days. Registered is better for it would be delivered to the commission office directly.
EducationRe: I Will Kill Myself On Wednesday by samokoduwa(m): 9:16am On Jul 26, 2015
Interesting, it not worth it. Yes carryover can bring one down, but it a path to know yourself more. Would tell you a short story, I finished my bsc in a private school during my master in a federal university I was good but at the end I had six carryover. Believe me I was shock. But felt bad but never killed my spirit. Did all again and came out. Now I have two master from the same university of different courses. Carryover bring out the best in you if you think positive. I feel the pain, examination was met to see how best you perform not a sign that you are dull but a yardstick. Be strong. If I can do it, you can. And am just 28 now. If I, did not get those carryover would not have known myself. A mere private university with bsc in computer science, now has an Msc in computer science and engineering management. So be strong, God works in a way that look foolish to men. Most vital life is not your to take.

I watch sunrise this morning and a Sense, claim by Tuesday all this mess would be over, let give them chance to do as they like if by Tuesday. We should not even believe any thing that comes out for their mouth. Channel tv, AIT or NTA should stop showing anything relating to them. What the point. Just a pity, that the change we are longing for, is being a shame by our own red and green members. A pity.
