I'd be more interested in ensuring kids speak many languages fluently than focus solely on English. Some parents apply the same logic even with their own languages.

You people have no idea that it's an awful idea for a country that is in dire need of foreign investments. VOIP is basically Voice Over Internet Protocol. So voice calls using an internet connection as opposed to regular cellular calls. For iPhone it's things like FaceTime calls and WiFi calling.
