This is a kind reminder about the call for applications for the Disability Rights in Africa Master's Programme. The deadline for the applications is approaching and we urge you to apply, or send the call for applications to anyone who might be interested.

The Centre for Human Rights, University of Pretoria is calling for applications for the LLM/MPhil Disability Rights in Africa (DRIA) degree programme. The programme was launched in 2018 and is the first master’s degree programme in Africa focusing specifically on the rights of persons with disabilities in Africa.

It is open to individuals from diverse professional backgrounds including disability rights advocates, lawyers, researchers, social activists and educators. Students will be empowered to develop new legislation, jurisprudence, policy, research, and scholarship to harness the available innovations and opportunities.

Utilise enforcement mechanisms set forth in the CRPD and the African Disability Protocol
Take forward disability rights litigation requesting CRPD and the African Disability Protocol-compliant remedies
Engage in disability rights advocacy and
Develop law, education, or other academic curricula informed by the CRPD and the Protocol.
The two-year programme is offered through a hybrid teaching approach comprising online interaction and residential contact sessions in Pretoria. Two contact sessions will be scheduled every year (four contact sessions over the period of two years). The first contact session will be in March 2021.

The application deadline is 30 June 2020.

For your wife to denied you sex is wrong , however, how is your sex life before her refusal ? Did she reach climax ( orgasms) or you just release after few minutes? Sit your wife down and discuss issues . Your marriage is too young for fighting and nagging over sex and money . Above all, work on your finances and pray for God help .

Some men especially the religious ones don't know how to ask a lady out. Some are scare of rejection or the lady reaction ! Since you love him because he is God fearing man and caring, set a meeting in an eatery to discuss with him .Please don't ask him out some men are not mature to handle women proposal they see it as desperate move ,though nothing is wrong with that . Tell him you appreciate him for his caring attitude and love for u ! And what are his plans for the future ? What about his fiancée if the lady is in Nigeria ? You will like to meet her some day. His response will determine your next line of action . The relationship must be defined !

This man has the most backward and crass mindset I've ever seen. I just completed my OND when we got married and he never let me further because he felt I will begin to challenge him if I'm too educated.
Whenever he is travelling to the village, he goes with a deluge of tagalongs. People that live same lifestyle and mindset. When we started the project at home, I told him to not let anyone know until you can't hide it. Mainly because there is a politician in my town who he handles contracts for and the politician is owing him a lot of money. I told him that of the man finds out he is starting a Project, the man may feel that he has money. Do youbknow that this man still went and called the politicians younger brother to come and check out his project. He wants everyone to think he is in money, but I knownhe is just there.
I saw a text where he told a doctor "I need to see you, it's urgent". I'm just very sad.
it is only the living that can train children ! You need to take serious steps before he infest you with Hiv ! Are his parents aware of al these ?

Good day folks. Just remembered to come back here to share my experience because my application had taken too long. I applied for a study visa on 23/08/2019. My visa was approved on 17/02/2020. I was going to withdraw my passport that day for another application I had started in another country, but I fell sick that morning, so I couldn't go to VFS office that day, I got a mail that my passport was ready for collection in the evening. It was delivered to me the next day with study visa approved. The application is for flight training in SA. Thanks to all those that has been providing valuable information on this thread. Cheers.
Congrats sir ! Are you coming to Aviation school in Durban ?
