You are contradicting yourself. You're saying the man is a true prophet of God and at the same time saying he should know this is Catholic Church. What's wrong with being a prophet and being in the Catholic church? You are calling him a prophet, yet you don't want him to speak like one? Which prophet keeps quiet when God instructs him to speak? Must prophecies now be delivered based on how it's going to be pleasing to the ears or how God wants it delivered? I don't understand you. I this comment should make you appreciate knowing about Nairaland. He has said everything. The only little thing I can add is about his last paragraph. Sometimes, your minister of God may not be able to help, look elsewhere. Find out a true minister of God with result in ministry, especially in the deliverance ministry and pay them a visit.

If your sister knows she won't be able to 'fight' the battle ahead in God, let her withdraw now. No counseling on the face of this earth can change that guy except true deliverance. There's nothing that guy can promise except he gets delivered and then begin to yield fully to the marriage institution as God ordains.

I suspect that too. All I see here is a set up. I think the girl must have reported how this guy used to molest her when she was 7 and the woman now plan on how to take revenge and then this set up here. Go ahead sir. Anything you think is good for your children, make them do it. I don't understand people when they say you should allow a child develop interest for something first when the heart of a child is always thinking about playing with friends. Just make the tools available and they'd adjust accordingly or automatically. If you have another boy, tune him to play football or just send him to a football academy. I can't let my children choose anything for themselves. Only few career paths lead to success. Even doctors are struggling in Nigeria.

I experienced the same issue with my Toyota big Daddy, a road side mechanic told me he will help take away the sound as its embarrassing whenever I'm driving, I reluctantly agreed with him to help me repair the fault that's making my engine to make sound, well he repaired it and the annoying sound stopped and after two days, my car engine knocked,I had to tow my car to a well trained mechanic to repair the whole engine.

Gosh! I've been going with the sound for months now. I better leave it there, except you tell me it can lead to something else.

You're welcome sir. Like you've said, it's all in the mind and anybody can win the moment they make that all important decision. However, they choose to enjoy it, and unknowing to them that they can be trapped for life through same addiction. Apart from death, addiction can make you very poor, or take your dignity away and you'll live without respect from even a child.

See how the devil is killing the children of men? Drug overdose even at the age of 50! Well, this should serve as a lesson to all that's addicted to one thing or the other. Whatever you feel you love so much, same thing the devil will use to pull you down.

Everyone needs deliverance. Deliverance isn't a thing that should be attributed or recommended for people who may be possessed with demons. It's for each and everyone of us. It's something we should subject our spirit to from time to time. No one is out of touch of the devil. The devil can touch anyone.

And when you say you are born again, how did you do it? Was it just a mere confession of the Word? That's not enough! They must be deliverance in the process. Now, deliverance is a process of separation. In coming to Christ, you must be separated from your past and then catapulted into the place of Christ.

From there, it becomes your responsibility to maintain the new life or relationship you've got with Christ.

Worthy of mention are the two primary concepts: the Word and the Spirit. The Word is so you know the language of God and use it at all times, and the Spirit is so this language can work for you, keeping you in a cordial relationship with God. Like I said earlier, no one is out of the touch of the devil and to have the Spirit, you must avail yourself to the deliverance process from time to time. Deliverance is always a time of refreshing to keep the Spirit with you.

Don't be deceived that once you are born again you don't need deliverance. That's not true. To maintain your right standing with God, you sure need it. Take note that right standing isn't about being a good person because God doesn't look at our good deeds, but our heart for Him.

For example, Judas Iscariot was with Jesus for a long time but today we all know his story. So, would you say Judas wasn't born again while he was with Jesus? Of course, he was. But at some point, the devil possessed him and used him mightily. If only he was delivered before he sold off Jesus, he wouldn't have done it. Now, you see how important deliverance is in the life of a Christian? Brethren, we all need deliverance.
