Abagworo: Amaechi never disrespected Jonathan. Rather it was Jonathan's wife that has been treating Amaechi like a school boy. Jonathan might be a good man but his inability to control his wife shows his inherent weakness and lack of leadership qualities. He was born a follower and became a leader by mistake or luck. Amaechi only represented the interest of the Governors in some issues which differs with that of the FG but he did the right thing by being truthful about what majority of Governors want. He complained about the suffering of Rivers people because of the lackluster pace of work on East-West Road and Orubebe claimed it was an insult on the President. Now tell me what else Amaechi has done to warrant all these persecution? Ikwerre people believe in "Owhuo nu ogu" which has served as the basis for dealings with your fellow men and judgement by the Gods. Amaechi has his flaws as a man but "ojirila GEJ owhuo".

Nashville: The honest truth is that if Nigeria were to break, it will break gradually and when it finishes breaking, there would be at least 6 new countries. However, the first break must be dividing Nigeria into North and South. Until we all realise that we need to undo the mistake of 100 years ago first and foremost, all other divisions will never happen. Further divisions will happen only after a clean break of Nigeria into North and South.

If you now examine the South, there will be at least three countries, similar to what we have now (SW, SS and SE), but I even see the SS breakgin up further. So I eventually see 4 countries in the South
1. Odua/Edo (SW + Edo)
2. Biafra (SE)
3. Niger/Delta (Delta, Rivers, Bayelsa)
4. Efik/Ibibio (Cross Rivers and Akwa Ibom)

For the North I see three countries too
1. Middle Belt (Kogi/Plateau/Benue/Kwara)
2. Arewa (Hausa/ Fulani)
3. North East (Adamawa/Taraba op to Borno)

But the first division we should start with is North/South. Then and only then can we now talk of further divisions. The moral of my story is that if we want a divided Nigeria, then Igbos, Yoruba and Niger Delta all need to work together to make it happen. Interestingly all three mentioned above want Nigeria to be divided, but the sad thing is that they do not want to work together to make it happen. Each just feels they can make it happen on their own and that is why Nigeria will remain one!

am very sure you don't want to imagine the kind of war that will erupt in delta,the urhobo and itsekiri would not want to be part of a nation that will be dominated by the ijaws,the problem every where is domination of a particular tribe against others,a confederated southNigeria where every one control their resources,with a weak center just like we have in UAE will be the best for us all.
