clearly. Which interested candidate will tell you to brace up for a tougher economic situation in the coming years. If after nearly 4yrs you couldn't fix anything, That's gross incompetence.

Edited, did anyone say it's paining PDP that APC are yet to start their campaigns? grin grin grin

It's only PDP that is used to peddling lies in order to win elections. Negative statistics come out of BBS because even though they are under the FG, PMB is not influencing them to dish out fake numbers. That is integrity.

First time in history that elections did not stop governance. PDP had made it a norm that the government will close shop when campaigns start but Buhari has shown them otherwise. He's not as desperate to win as Atiku with his Dubai strategy. now Atiku has suspended campaign awaiting APC to lead the way.

Way to go

Anyway, it's only idiots that take the words of an idiot as a point of reference.

That was how trump won..

Publicity matters, do you know nobody believes Buhari integrity propaganda again after gandoje endorsement by him?.

Atiku will win this election because he's addressing what the people want.

Restructuring
End herdsmen
Stop hunger.

That's all, if he like let him loot, 80% don't care

Keep dreaming. There are people who are popular for good reasons while some are popular for bad reasons. That Offer Robbery tops the list of most searched doesn't mean it is good. Atiku may be most searched because he is the main opposition trying to challenge the incumbent. so it is normal. the search will end in FeBuhari after he is defeated. all his twitter account will be closed and he will retire to Adamawa or Dubai for grassroot mobilization

It's funny how the so-called educated people are against what will make our electoral process transparent. I can't believe I'm in the same country with these people. Funny enough, these people would go to church on Sundays or Mosques on Fridays... Spits on you all that are against such a nice bill!

GEJ prides himself to have conducted a free and fair election? Is it not thesame electoral laws he signed.

And you and I know that the amendment is just a strategy by saraki and his cohorts to gain advantage over PMB. Who would see something that is against his interest and still go ahead to accept it? That would prove buhari a dullard. Even for the singular reason that only PDP and their apologists are pushing for the law, I wouldn't sign it.

Why are u bothered about a matter that affects only politicians? Why are they not putting pressure on PMB to approve the minimum wage that affects the masses. Let them continue playing their games while we watch.
Politics / Re: Buhari’s Rejection Of Electoral Bill, An Act Of Desperation – CUPP by san316(m): 10:35pm On Dec 07, 2018
kbrule1:

We are going into an election season, thus signing this Bill would have made the elections free, fair and credible. I read through comments on this thread and I marvel at the reasoning of our youths. Politics evolve with time, therefore it is pertinent for laws guiding elections and electoral practices to always be updated that is why there is the need to update at this particular time.
To make us understand where the desperation comes in, members of the Executive (sent in by PMB), Legislature and CSOs sat together to pass this amended bill at the fourth time of asking therefore, there was no justification whatsoever for PMB not to assent to this Bill.

Then if it is so important, they should veto him. As far as I'm concerned, the whole bill issue favors either Atiku or Buhari n the politicians who are seeking elections. Whether it is signed or not, it's all thesame for the masses. Why are they not pressuring PMB to approve minimum wage?, Why are they not pressuring him to ensure that funds are released to the NA to buy arms? Why are they only interested in the election as if Atiku or PMB will do anything different
Politics / Re: Buhari’s Rejection Of Electoral Bill, An Act Of Desperation – CUPP by san316(m): 10:05pm On Dec 07, 2018
Why are these people so particular about Bubu signing the bill. Is it going to end the numerous problems in Nigeria?
Politics / Re: Buhari Rejects Electoral Bill Again by san316(m): 3:45pm On Dec 07, 2018
Why are the masses worried about electoral act amendment that only favors politicians but the politicians(NASS) are not concerned about the minimum wage that affects the masses.

Some people will be holding their chest in pain now. When he left APC, they were all screaming sinking ship sinking ship. Obviously, any politician that decamps from APC to another party because they did not secure their party ticket will definitely align with Buhari. APC may be bad, but you cannot have contact with Buhari and not love him. Ask Umahi, Ask Gburugburu of Enugu, ask Obiano.

lol. only those living in one brown roofed shanty thinks the APC is popular in kaduna. El rufai. Go and ask anybody staying in kaduna where the North and South tilted in the recently conducted Local govt elctions?
Buhari is a failure. the entire Southern Kaduna is already a goal for Atiku/Obi. Kaduna north are waitibg for El rufai and his gang of co travellers. Brown roof inhabitants are in for a shocker.
Those posting stupid comments about size of venue, youvmust be extremely myopic not admit that unlike the PDP, the APC desperation to cling to power has turned them into an antidemocratic cult, where opponents posters are removed and opposition are denied access to Govt owned venues.

Are you talking about the Kaduna that is close to Abuja or Kaduna Nzeogu?

I believe it is a loan ooo. But from my understanding in Banking, Money launderers use loan offer letter to conceal their stolen funds.

But this shows that the president has integrity. He was the military head and could take any money without trying to justify it to anyone but he didn't.

answer diz intelligently like u quoted me above...What's the generic composition of APC? I mean who and what is APC? If u are really a student of history and u are a sincere nigerian devoid of the popular zombiesm syndrome..You will never push me or anyone else to the extent we will ask u the aforementioned questions...All these APC are a conglomerate of past PDP people..For example...Ameachi..Let's start from there..

Ok, now we are getting somewhere. If APC is a conglomerate of past PDP members, why are we still trying to return Nigeria back to the main PDP when by your inference, we all agree that they misgoverned the country?

Then next to the composition of APC as a party. Nigeria practices a presidential system of government which recognizes the president as the head of the executive and he takes responsibility for the successes or failures of his government. That is why whatever happens under his government, even if he has no knowledge of it, it is Buhari. This brings to fore, the significance of the main drivers of a government.

APC is led by Buhari, Tinubu and Oshiomole at the federal level as the main drivers and none of these three have ever been in PDP. what I mean to say is that the party thrives on their capacity as movers and directors of the party vision and principles.

And for the rest of the the party members, It is impossible for you not to have vestiges of PDP in any party in Nigeria currently because for the first 16 years of our democratic experiment, PDP was the dominant political party with hardly any serious opposition until the mega merger that brought about APC. This is why they prided themselves as the largest political party in Africa. Also looking at the main political figures we have today, they have been in politics for over 20years. Considering the nature of our party system that anyone can cross carpet ten times in a week, it is not unexpected that we will have ex PDP members in APC and vice versa.

So let's first of all focus on the drivers of the parties, then consider what resources each party had over the period of their reign and how much they achieved with it.

yea u right ironically and sarcastically likewise...APC came to power with deception kiss the truth...They made all sorts of promises, whilst garnishing it with well collated and targeted audience propaganda but it became their own undoing
...People who still canvass votes for them are delusional and mediocres...They complained about expensive governance and promised to ban medical tourism, reduce presidential air fleets...

The aforementioned are within the executive mr man...And i don't recall u av an opposition in the executive
..So what cuzd the hindrance? Because i know they av alleged dat corruption was fighting back and thus couldn't perform to optimal...Basic charity begins at home man...The problem is an average Nigerian, is an hypocrite...And engaging them and wanting the truth as it is..Becomes an herculean task depending on which side of the divide u find ursef..

You shoul be aware that campagn promises are campaign promises and it stops at that in Nigeria. You cannot tell me that PDP kept all their campaign promises in the 16 years they ruled. APC has their baggages yes of course, but compared to the PDP baggage, do u think i makes sense to let PDP return? Quote me any where, when it comes to scorecard on actions taken by government to engender development in infrastructure, social welfare etc, PDP has not done in 16years as musch as APC did in 3+ years. APC is not perfect but it should not be a task to discern politics and separate it from real performance.
