Not to ruin your business but you'll truly charge 25k for designing a website. From this same 25k, youll: 1. Buy a WordPress theme for $59 (21k plus) 2. Work on up to 5 pages for the same amount. 3. Brand and redesign to client's taste. Wow! Even though I have an inkling on how the 'buying' will be sourced, I can't help but say you guys shouldn't bring disrepute to Web developers and designers. |
Venn Regular... That's the font name. It is also close to the Open Sans font. |
The virus gave us a headstart but the useless president at the helms of affair thought to leave our doors wide open to allow 'businesses' run as usual. We just issued a travel ban when foreigners with great travel history had filled the country in the past week. Useless, insensitive government. |
Two things; either the aged woman was positive and Enugu health workers are not equipped and do not have the appropriate test kits for the virus or that change of environment illness killed her. From the narrative, it is obvious that Enugu isn't equipped to take on coronavirus at the moment because I see no reason why the test would take three days when that of the world and Lagos' takes a day or hours. Beyond negligence, it is wise to quarantine and isolate every one who came in contact with the deceased since the result could be false. The so called isolation center looks like a community hospital. Other than Lagos, I sincerely doubt any other state in Nigeria can manage victims of the virus. The State government will no doubt respond to save face and rescue itself fromthis embarrassment. Gburugburu is only interested in looking like an active governor. He is clueless as Buhari himself. |
Crayonforest:Asaba was still under the old Bendel when the likes of Hubert Ogunde graced our screens in the 80s. We shouldn't mince things and mumble everything here. Yorubas are the pioneers of Nollywood and it was led by highly educated folks among them whose goal was to showcase their culture. Ogunde and a few educated Yoruba entertainers had been acting since 1945 before they digitalized their plays in the 80s. English Nollywood or what we call 'Igbo Nollywood' today didn't come until about 3 decades later, roughly. The earliest Igbo actors who took opportunity of the industry were largely uneducated. Eucharia even mentioned this recently when she graced 'Your views' on TVC and it explains why unlettered actors like Mr. Ibu, who though came quite early was boxed into acting the village clown and along with other actors. Although Hubert Ogunde's first screen movie was in 1979, his theatre group had been around since 1945. And note, Ogunde formed the first contemporary professional theatrical company in Nigeria. To see who started what, do a simple Google check on the development of the Eastern region in '45 and Ogunde's theatre group in 45. No disrespect but this aspect of our history doesn't deserve to be twisted to suit any narrative. bigpicture001:That's the essence of movies. Of all tribes in Nigeria, none is as culturally immersed as the Yorubas when it comes to movies. They comfortably still do movies produced in their mother tongue while you're most likely to see an all Igbo cast speaking English like deportees. Plus, one of the reasons Genevieve's movie, Lion Heart was dropped from the Oscar award for further consideration was nothing other than the use of English. The pioneers of Nollywood are none other than you think. Asaba made movies have always been considered inferior, which is one of the reasons most of the so called Asaba actors moved down to Lagos. On the use of language, I'd tip the Yoruba movie industry as the best when it comes to promoting culture. Generally, Nigerian movies are tacky. |
Zubby disappointed on this a whole lot! 1. The Nigerian movie industry started in the West and not the South or East like he is trying to portray. 2. I honestly don't understand the basis for 'honouring' dead actors. It wasn't like there was a category for this in this year's AMVCA. 3. The first 'Living in Bondage' doesn't need to be recognized before the new one can win an award. It makes no sense. 4. How many Nigerian movie lovers truly voted? We have a way of claiming the whole thing was rigged when you didn't vote. The tribalism was too cheap. He should have based his claims on solid evidence before tribalizing his rant. This is inferiority complex at play. |
manlawal:Note, I NEVER SAID PEOPLE SHOULDN'T THREAD CAUTIOUSLY. Inspection is one of the ways people do this, which I suggested to the other person before you hoped in like a market woman. I thought the essence of the thread is solely for clearance? Y'all insult people who sell at prized sums and still have issues with those who do at 'ridiculous' amounts? If this isn't a sign of something chronic, then I wonder what is. This isn't the first and won't be the last time someone will pre-book on this thread. It happened on a massive scale last year with a dude relocating. Voicing out is one thing, allegations are another. I am sure you are learned to tell them apart. I am not threatening in any way but I sure as hell believe you have it all figured out that I was the same 'scammer' when you are invited by the police. |
manlawal:Lawal, this is a very serious allegation against my person. Outside of here, you would have been whisked by the police and asked to link the 'possibility' of me being one and the same with the said person. Kindly focus on buying your ceiling fan rather than throw subtle jabs like a teenage bully scared of girl in his class. I don't take scam allegations with kids gloves, let alone against my person. Be guided. |
Ogbunigwe2018:That's you nau. I am not saying the same expressly applies to her but most who do do so because they are leaving the country. Not everyone can trust random strangers and have their monies tied for two weeks. But there are people who do. Personally, I don't even know if I can pay for an item without walking away with it same day. |
gmacnoms:O pari nìyẹn. |
gmacnoms:I understand your fears but then again, it is why the inspection is necessary. Most people are so reserved that they wouldn't use their main handles to sell stuff on here. I don't even use this to sell but buy only and I have sold a sizeable amount of unused items over time. It won't be bad to go check out the items. Plus, this isn't the first time something as this is coming up. We had one last year and people pre-booked items, even two cars. |
ikorodureporta:It all depends on the size of the church and measured put in place. I'm in church, been in church since 6:30 AM and there are ushers that are compulsorily asking folks to clean their hands with sanitizers before coming into the auditorium. Would I attend any event at any of the religious grounds along Lagos-Ibadan expressway or something as large as those? No. |
gmacnoms:It is possible that she is travelling and won't be forfeiting those items until the stated time. If possible, ask to do an inspection of your desired stuff and pay then pick up in two weeks time. |
Humanoid01:Romeo Must Die, Fearless, Once Upon a Time in China (MY BEST), War (ft Jason Statham), The ONE (the antagonist though), The Bodyguard, etc... Na wa o. ![]() |
meekparagon:The first has a better UI. I'd go for that if I were you. |
polimaf:Can it fly for 30k? Plus where in Lagos are you? |
It is the end of the world already... |
Spain's La Liga, the Dutch Eredivisie, Portugal's Primeira Liga and USA's Major League Soccer have been suspended over coronavirus concerns.https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/51853524

sicily4u:That is a 7.5kva generator and the new one is around N240 - N250k, depending on where you're buying from. It is not about the money in some cases but about the quality of what is being marketed on here, particularly electronics. If you have your reservations about a product that has been listed or your knowledge on a listed product is limited as with this, simply look away rather than like-hunts and end up soiling things for the advertiser. |
polimaf:Thanks, bro. Sadly, the recipient had hinted about HP earlier. So I think I want to do an HP. I'm grateful and sorry for your troubles. |
Ademat7:Looking at something between 30-35k. Possible 4GB RAM At least 320GB HD If you have any, let me know, please. |
polimaf:Not a gaming laptop. Plus, something in the region of 30-35k is what I'm looking at. Sorry. |
I need a good laptop at clearance sales price, please. I need it ASAP ![]() |
ajosegabriel:Interested... What's the hard disk space? |
Adakintroy2:This is from a betting, 90 minutes perspective. Liverpool lost at home by a 2-3 scoreline, taking the aggregate to 2-4. No way in hell would a knowledgable person on football matters say Liverpool won at home. It would have been said that Liverpool lost to Atleti if they did so in a PK shoot out. |
frankmoney:The last 15 years... Kindly do a breakdown of the number of UCL trophies won by each of the top European leagues as well as the number of times the league representatives have played in the finals. |
studentofTruth:I kúkú hinted. Just that young football fans who started watching football recently dragged me on this thread. Like fart, they have disappeared into thin air. Atleti is great nuisance, anytime, any day. ![]() |
maynation:Please be a lady of your words and do as you promised prior the match. ![]() |
franksunny:How market? ![]() |
Shredded on home turf. Can a club be this useless? ![]() First they soiled their unbeaten run, bashed them psychologically for Watford to run riot on them and now finish them off at their touted fortress. Simeone just reminded these noise makers why he is the highest paid manager in the world. Ẹkùn Egbere reloaded! ![]()

maynation:So it is now 'haters'? After 'sleeping on the thread since 3PM, and you think this outro is your best? ![]() Failure is an orphan sha ![]() |
