To back my claims.....in 2012, James Cameron went even deeper than these guys went...he went down about 33000 ft... and to top it all up, he stayed there for 3 hours before resurfacing again. If you take your time to research instead of believing in any conspiracy theory you will realise that the Submarine James Cameron went on was a very standard Sub which was built by the Russians and its capacity is just one person sitting in a fetal position, the Sub is so standard that it have backup to it's own backup, like the people that built the Sub planned for plan B if the Sub failed and planed for plan C if plan B failed.
The James Cameron sub have a system whereby if the sub loses power, it releases a flotation device that takes it back upwards
On the other hand the Ocean gate sub is so freaking substandard, there is no backup plan if it fails, they were basically living on a prayer in every trip they took and their luck runs out, many expert says the Ocean gate Sub was made with substandard material that couldn't withstand the high pressure of the depth it was going but the CEO brush it off and risk his and everybody lives.

Basically to answer your question, there is no conspiracy theory here, Rich people are human too and they make foolish decisions or unlucky ones and they die and in nowhere have they reported that those rich people were in any trouble with the law or having financial crisis.

When I first heard about the Sub I was very sad especially when a lot of news site were doing countdown to their Oxygen level, it's really a painful way to die, your oxygen decreasing and you knowing nothing you can do about it and there is no help coming, it's reminded me of the way I was feeling last month been so clinical depressed and feeling so hopeless in everything.
I was really glad when I found out that they imploded and didn't feel any pain or even realise what was coming to them, RIP to them of course but if there was no way of surviving, it is better to die instantly.

This should make many people realise that life is short and tomorrow isn't promise and we should make the best of it

You already have the answer to your question, once you become rich and your friends are still poor, jealousy and envy start growing which can even lead to hatred.
So once you make money, you move to a better place but dont cut your friends away, the ones you know are very genuine with you, you can carry them along, teach them ways to make the money too but one thing you should do before teaching them is MAKE SURE you have make a lot of money from what you are doing.
A saying goes "you know who you like but you dont know who like you the same way"
Reason for this is some friends can spoil your source of income or even start spreading what you are doing or some people just have bad luck and once you introduce them to a business, the business collapse.

So even if you are helping your friend, always know it is 50/50 even if you feel this friend is genuine never trust 100% to protect yourself, if your friends make money from you, all of you guys will be rich together and maybe help each other in the future.

My point is you can move from the trenches and you can also help your friends move from the trenches too but make sure you are already well established first.

It's obvious you are a very ambitious person and your girlfriend is not.
She is not bad, not everyone is goal driven and some ladies grow up with the mindset that the man should provide all their needs and no matter what you do, you can't change that.
From my perspective I think your girlfriend will hardly change, you will keep pushing and pushing until you are tired and even if she does something now once she start giving birth she might use that as an excuse to stop doing any work so if you want to be with her just know you might take 100% of the responsibility and if that's not to your liking you can break up now.

For me personally I prefer you stay in Nigeria and invest, if that bull run works out, you can start a business and travel abroad for vacations.
When you make bunch of money, you can still relocate and if it didn't work out you can come back to Nigeria and continue your businesses.

The honest truth is Nigeria is not really a safe country if you dont have investments you can just Japa but if you are doing well here dont take the risk.
