Your spouse and children are your dependants and are categorised as per the spouse's legal status in the UK.

The spouse visa is for people whose spouses are settled in the UK or whose spouses be a refugee or have humanitarian protection.

For other visas like the Tier 4 visa, your spouse will be on a Tier 4 dependant visa, not a spouse visa.

Please can a tier 4 dependant working fulltime transition to tier 2(if he secures an offer) while his spouse is still tier 4?

Hello,
I got the first mail 4 days ago stating that I should pay a deposit of £2000. They also said that they may be requesting additional information because it has not been included in my original application and will need it in order for us to make a decision.

The next day... I received another email with a formal offer letter in htm format and other attachments.
I have sent an email to the International Admissions team specifying the scholarship aspect.

Great job!

Personally I feel you would be best served by developing your technical skills before Jan (if you dont have that already), you can develop these skill by taking courses online from udemy, Coursera,edux YouTube etc. Create a profile on GitHub and take on projects. Practise! Practise!! Practise!!!. You will be better served with your ability to solve problems, solutions you can create than the degree you will earn. Combine these two and you should be able to stand out better.

Also learn python..it will help

Best school for Msc Data science is relative. What your budget? how important is school ranking in your search? e.t.c. Whats your work experience since graduation? Has there been any relation to data analysis(or IT in general)? These coupled with a compelling personal statement can/should get you several offers despite your Bsc. I have also applied to several schools for data science in January and gotten a few offers too. Got a lot of pointers from people here (though through the DM). My point is ask nicely, your below question; "Why are guys finding it hard to reply my mgs" would not invoke a lot of positive responses.

Got it for 125k.I was meant to pick up the lutian Lt3990 from ebute metta Lagos for 89k.(lutian contact is Bonaventure, zero eight zero nine one nine two five five nine) But I decided to go the sumec route cos of reliability/authenticity.

I have a 2014 hyundai sonata, and it doesn't runs smoothly,it jerks intermittenly .it runs like one of the nozzle is not working with periodic jerks, The scan does not return any error. Am at wit ends on what to do about it.

Dear OP..marriage comes with a lot of sacrifies and kids causes a lot of changes in the dynamics of your relationship with your significant other. You and the Mrs would have to work out what works for you..be it giving the kids their room, you getting "appointment" in the oda room.etc

Good enough she still is interested in sex. Some women after child birth lose their sexual urge(no fault of theirs)..there is a medical term for it cant remember right now. This scenario is not one you pray to be in..To remedy it one might have to see a sex therapist. Thank God certified sex therapist are growing in numbers in Nigeria.

Sex is a fundamental part of marriage. It takes a man that loves his wife to come online and bare such personal matters, others would take the easy way out, go figure. Be flexible bro..seive through the advises rendered so far. Take the gold throw away the chaff. I wish you and the Mrs more rumble under the sheets.

Anyone used this gen before.. Intend to get it from a firman flagship store (so I know its authentic) Prof, what your say on this gen. A friend has used a kipor diesel gen like this before and complained bitterly. Just want to know if firma version is better.

Great news!!! A federal judge has block the new trump immigration rules(public charge rule) that was meant to go jnto effect on tuesday 15th October. This rule would have made it more difficult for people applying for permanent residency to qualify. Lets all hope it stays that way.

Actually its not. Its not allowing to submit civic documents even though all documents have been uploaded. But I believe I have identified the problem. You can only submit civic documents when all the applicants and derivatives(accompanying members) have been uploaded. But in our case, we have had to remove children (my sibling & I) that have aged out. But the removal is not immediate, its currently showing "under review" from NVC(as shown in the screen shot). Please anyone been in this shoes before? Anyone remove someone not accompanying? I want to know how long it would take to be effected. By the way am filling the application for my parent under f4.

You have to submit your petitioner's tax return even if he doesn't have any income, but then all financial documents of your joint sponsor will be needed ie the w2, tax transcript, proof of domicle, 1-864affidavit of support, proof of citizenship. .

What documents you will be needing to submit for your petitioners household member will be listed to you wen you get to that stage ..in my case I submitted affidavit of support form for householdmember, proof of citizenship, proof of domicile, tax return,w2..
