7K? That doesn't seem like it. If 23.2% raise was negotiated for 7-8 and 16.2 for 9, 7k seems unrealistic. I can't tell though. I don't know the scale though.

This new building levy was raised in my state chapter NMA OGM yesterday, there where so many dissatisfied opinions.

Have paid my practicing license and am certain they will need a gun to make me pay the new building levy. A group of excos just wake up a decided we should pay without consulting their various state chapters.

Lucky you. It is worse in the University setting. For some persons these levies, no matter how ridiculous, are deducted directly from their salaries. Whether you agree or not. Whether you were in the meeting or not. How can a union even have access to your salary without your consent? From research, the lowest some persons in the Universities have been levied for the past few five months is 5000 Naira. These unions have been hijacked by thieves. Unfortunately the EFCC doesn't seem bothered about it.

I believe if the EFCC and ICPC look into the accounts of all these associations so much rot will be revealed. From ASUU dues and Levy to NASU dues and Levy to NAAT, NMA, JOHESU, etc. Especially ASUU, NASU, SSANU and NAAT. Some thieves are really taking University workers for a ride.

I witnessed the eye hospital in kaduna made somebody blind from misdiagnosis and wrong treatment.

That same hospital almost blinded one guy but he went outside the country to correct what they did. Had he not been on money, he will become a blind man. Both eyes.

Private with house officers is nonsense. Private with that no referral policy is a death trap.

Run away from any hospital in Nigeria that tells you it doesn't do referrals. Run away from these hospitals who have house officers running the place. Garki Hospital for example.

I respect these people. They don't worship God because they are scared of hell. The truth is, if Christians imbibed some of their lifestyles the world won't be this corrupt. They don't do the fall and die prayer. They understand love more than these other churches.

Nobody underdeveloped Africa. It's nonsense. Africans' preference for socialism, which puts more emphasis on sharing than production is at the core of the economic problems.

Socialism appeals to the basic instinct of humanity, and Africans have been described as operating at the basic level - living only for consumption purposes. The average IQ of an African is unfortunately very low. Very, very low.

Nothing stimulates the brain. Only consumption and wild music and bright colors. If an African makes $2000 he is already thinking of how to "paint the town red" and his folks will come for him and lecture him on how to share their "patrimony equitably".

Europeans have been fighting wars to dominate each others for centuries. The strong have been messing up the weak for millennia. They are still doing it. But each time, even the underdogs never waiver. They concentrate on production.

I ThankGod you mentioned "Religion,' not "Christianity." They are two different things. Churches are building universities and other businesses and with a perfect administrative structures better than that of Governments. Is that not development. In as much as I am concerned, Churches like Redeem, winners and Salvation Ministries are fast developing this country than most state govt. These churches give out billions of scholarships to students every year.

Don't be scared of throwing away the religion they came with too. Religion has failed us. God has failed his people and this pretense wouldn't change anything.

But is anything wrong in having issues with Islam?
