Guys, is it possible to use a dollar card and pay for an item on a site where the amount is listed in Euros?

I'm trying to help someone pay for a certificate online and payment on the site is in Euros, I'm just wondering if they'd be a conversion or I will need a Euro card for that.

Yeah it is all good until you want to fund it. A dollar card from our banks is only good for big spenders. I can't be running around every time just to fund $200 or $10.

if they will allow a transfer from bank account to the USD account then it won't be a problem.
