If backlinks are solid, and by this I mean quality ones not built around bots where you have over 50k BL and 0.5 DA, that will help with traffic to the site and more conversion in whatever service you choose to offer with it.

If you build a website on it, because of the quality BL it has, you will get traffic from the sites that linked to it. More traffic. Same with redirecting. Sometimes it is just for affiliate networking purposes. Read up on the importance of Backlinks and Domain Authority and how to know good DA. You can visit DNAcademy or Google.

That's easy na. Copy the names and put in an excel file to create a csv document. It should have the heading 'Domain' the same way emails in your csv outbound leads have 'email' as first word. Then create a column with the name 'Buy Now'. The column is by the side of Domain. Then simply add price to all of them one after the other. Save as CSV Comma Delimited. After that, go to dan, afternic, etc., and add the file. Easy.
