Do manual Outbound. A newbie should do manual Outbound for a while and understand some things before going into merge mails. I used to outbound for three hours every morning even when I had the money to buy a plan. Even up till this day, I still do manual outbound though mostly mass mail.

But why are people scared of having a logical argument on this matter? I don't like IPOB or Kanu myself but wouldn't it amount to foolishness to blame them of murder without any evidence? Isn't that too simplistic and allowing our hatred for them cloud our reasoning? How else should a logical and sensible person handle this? If your name is terrible, you can list in 2000 marketplaces and no one will buy it. Dan, Epik, Afternic, Sedo (though I've stopped listing here).
