You'd agree with me that loneliness today is a universal problem that affects nearly people of different ages,races and backgrounds,the number however kept being on the rise especially as the number of social networks continue growing.
Did you know though,that people who spent almost half of their days on social networks are said to be the loneliest?
You might think though that, that is impossible.

Now consider this,what actually determines frienship,is it the quality or the quantity of friends you have? More and more people believe it to be the later,but that is not true.
When it comes to friendship,quality towers above quantity.
The most popular people though surrounded by lots of people constantly, at times have no real friends. Friendship goes beyond numbers and likes or comments on your social networking pages,it involves trust,personal knowledge and love.
But the truth still remains that everyone at some point in their life,have felt alone.. Loneliness has been ranked as twice as harmful as Obesity and equivalent to not less than fifteen cigarates a day,it makes you vulnerable and is a possible death factor.
Like I said earlier,having one million friends on facebook or instagram does not cure loneliness or guarantee friendship.
Learn to make friends. Friendship is a neccesity just like food is and everyone needs it for survival. Know this though that your friends must not neccesarily be your age mates or peers,you can find good friends among both the older people and younger ones.

You learn not only from the maturity of the older ones but their experiences too,their intensive knowledge and wisdom,and this helps you to appreciate them. You inturn impact this knowledge on the younger ones to help them grow in wisdom and discernment, to be able to make the best decisions in life.
Sometimes though we need our moments. To be on our own and think about our life;our solitude. Sometimes rather than see your loneliness in a negative light,think of it as a time to reflect on your life,appreciate it and see value in it,this itself is a desirable quality which will draw you closer to people.
Yes! You can deal postively with loneliness.

I am not mocking you, so I don't want you to feel I am, but if you could read what I have to say, you may understand which way I read my bible, and how I understand it.
I am not expecting you to understand between the flesh and the Spirit at the same time. But if you could just sit back and try and listen to my understanding of the bible, then maybe you would understand why us Christians believe Jesus and God are One in all.
Using scriptures is one thing but to understand them is another, the bible wasn't just written only for the flesh to understand, the bible was written in the Spirit, and the only way to understand the Spirit side of things, is to become a Spirit filled Christian.

And this is how I see the word of God, And when the bible tells me no-one has seen God at any time, and God tells me He is a Spirit, and Jesus lived amongst men in the flesh as a man, then I see a Spirit living inside a man's body, also I have a Spirit {soul} living inside me, and when I look into a mirror, I don't see any other person standing with me, I only see myself looking back at me.
So when I read the word of God. John 17:21 "that all of them may be one, Father just are you are in Me and I am in you, may they also be in us so the world may believe that you have sent Me.
So when I read this scripture, I see it as Jesus had prayed, the Spirit of God now lives inside me, the Holy Spirit teaches me as Jesus had said He will, how to tell a Christian by their fruit you will know them.
The fruit of the Spirit shows me how to pray to the Father, reminds me on scriptures I had forgotten, the Spirit leads me into the word of God, The Spirit has helped me through the tough times. And when I pray to God, It may look like I am talking to myself, but like Jesus I am talking to my Father in heaven, who lives in me in the Spirit.
This is why John 1:1 stands out to me, at the beginning was the word and the word was with God and the word is God. They are both connected together as One person. The Spirit living in the flesh..

And plus the right way to spell Jehovah is Yehovah. God's name is YHAH YHVH' not Jehovah, the Hebrew name of God is EL, ELOAH, ELOHIM.
