Xmen149:Ordinarily you can't do Msc with HND. But since you have Msc and PGD it may be possible but we can't tell you for sure. So my advice is that you search for schools/courses via daad/Google/Wikipedia, mail the course coordinators and ask them if you are qualified for MSc (attach your HND and PGD certificates). |

Chuukwudi:Don't try it. When the embassy does certification, they bind the documents + application form together. Unbinding it renders the certication void. It's clearly stated on the embassy website. Just wait till the application starts, then print the application form and go certify with your documents at the embassy. Please don't be in a hurry, this journey requires patience or you'll be frustrated. 5 Likes |

chuksinfotech:If you don't want to miss the admission opportunity I suggest you focus on getting to Germany. Again ask your school to extend your enrolment. Yes, if you resume December/January, you'll have missed a lot but at least you can still take one or 2 courses, write the exams and pass. That your Masters is for 3/4 semesters doesn't mean you must finish in 3/4 semesters. 2 Likes |

Tekecoms1: Guy you no try. I and Hadampson responded to you with a list of schools, schools that someone painstakingly took time to compile and this is what you can say? OK no problem. Go and do your research yourself. And if you're going for summer, I advise you write English test. Schools are very scarce for summer and you'll be limiting yourself. 2 Likes |

fabulouskill:No it's not unless she also gets admission then she'll be going as a student on student visa. It's better for you to go first and let her join you on family reunion visa. With family reunion visa she'll be able to work while you study (students can also work but for 20 hours per week) 2 Likes 1 Share |

chuksinfotech:Don't give up hope yet. Have you been following this thread? First of all, you need to write to your school and ask for enrollment extension. Get extension to December/January. Then you can cancel and rebook. See ehn, don't put too much pressure on yourself. If you don't make it for winter, then you can make summer. Either defer your admission to summer or start applying for schools for summer. |

princecase: If they state on the website that they require GRE, then it's so. And they're not the only ones, TUM and Hamburg University also require GRE for some of their courses. You can mail the course coordinator to confirm though. |

Modesta24:I get your point dear and I agree with you, not everyone will/should do menial jobs to survive. The key to getting a good job is based on many factors such as skills, language, the demand for the course you studied etc. People need to factor all these in. 1 Like |

HighPriest0: You've said it all bro. When I see people focusing on how much money they'll make when they get to Germany and abroad in general, I just laugh. I have many family and friends who live abroad and I'd like to say this: DON'T RELOCATE ABROAD TO GET RICH. YOU BETTER LEAVE THAT MENTALITY BEHIND IN NIGERIA. RELOCATE TO GIVE YOURSELF/YOUR FAMILY A BETTER STANDARD OF LIVING. That's all I'll say. 11 Likes 2 Shares |

hiplus:First I think you should concentrate on gaining admission. PhD admission in Germany is not so easy. You'll need to write research proposals and mail it to various professors in schools there. And if they're interested they'll contact you for PhD. Most PhDs are fully funded. Check daad.de for openings. Once you secure admission taking your family over shouldn't be a big deal. |

Chuksraymond:1. Summer 2020 starts March/April 2020, September/October 2020,you're talking about winter 2020. 2. You can renew your passport when it's 6 months or less to its expiry date but you can only do it at NIS Headquarters in Abuja. So just relax for now. 2 Likes |

doyindeda:The embassy will still release dates, it's only a matter of time. Just be calm and patient. If you've done your enrolment and/or if your school allows you to resume from December upwards, there's still time. So just focus on other things to take your mind off it, like learning the language. If you're a summer applicant, then focus on getting admission first. 2 Likes |

Dear All, It's been a while and I missed you all!! Let me first start by saying that I apologise for all the negativity my actions caused on the thread last week. I'm deeply sorry. As the admin rightly said, buying/sourcing for SL is illegal and a fraudulent act, one I've never engaged in. However, my post to @horladayour1 portrayed such. This would have created a platform for innocent people on this thread to be scammed by fraudsters. I believe this was what the admin was trying to avoid and that's why he banned me. As moderator of this thread, @Justwise has worked tirelessly to prevent fraud of any kind here. His efforts should be commended. Thank you @Justwise for all that you do here. And thank you for reducing the ban. I can assure you that I won't repeat the mistake again. I was touched by the number of people that spoke in my defense and the number of people who reached out to me privately. It really warmed my heart and restored my faith in humanity. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH. My prayer for you is that on the day you need help/defence/support/encouragement, may you find it in abundance in Jesus name. This thread has become family to me. And no matter what happens, you never give up on family. So I'll always be here to offer help in any way I can. It's good to be back!! I wish us all success in our various endeavours. Peace and Love, everyone. 57 Likes 4 Shares |
