Terry Axed As England Captain After 'Affair'

John Terry has been dropped as England football captain following a meeting with the national manager Fabio Capello over his alleged affair, Sky News sources say.

I'm one of those who never saw the Toure/Gallas pairing as being the problem their well known issues aside, it is the way Arsenal plays the passing game that needs to be fine tuned, particularly in the MF, change of shape when CBs go on forays and the statistics is skewed by the fact that when we did lose, it usually turned out to be heavy defeats.

It is the number of touches needed to take the ball to the opposition's danger area that needs to be fine-tuned.
Granted, Arsenal move the ball well. . . . .They pass it well but taking 40 touches to get the ball upfront when 5 is needed allows the opposition to re-organise and form 2 banks of four to thwart such attacks.

Another thang is the overzealous defenders in your ranks. . . . .Every Arsenal player sees himself as a potential striker.
They don't care about the gaps and the space they leave behind and once the opposition breaks then it's voila.
United, Everton and even Stoke had taken advantage of that and i am pretty sure more clubs will do the same if care is not taken.

Have you ever asked yourself if Drogba was having an off day when he played against Evans? Evans was magnificent. . . . .He snuffed out all the threats Arsenal threw at him.
All the chances Arshavin had was against a bumbling Wes Brown, there was never a time any Arsenal striker went past Evans during the game.
